The Amateur President Barack “O Bow-ma” … Obama Bows to a Despot Japanese Emperor Akihito!!!

Barack Obama disgraces America …

Is this the CHANGE you voted for America … a leader that bows to all others? This might be a first … I am speechless. This wasn’t just any bow, it would almost appear that Barack Hussein Obama was kissing the shoes of the Japanese Emperor Akihito.

Obama_Bows_Japan

Unreal, a US President Bowing to a Despot … How low will the new American president go for the world’s royalty?

Barack Obama, the gutless wonder Bower and Chief once again disgraced and embarrassed America and bows to a foreign leader. Why the hell is Barack Obama bowing to a ruling tyrant of a despot regime?

Obama’s breach of protocol is of a piece with the substance of his foreign policy. He means to teach Americans to bow before monarchs and tyrants. He embodies the ideological multiculturalism that sets the United States on the same plane as other regimes based on tribal privilege and royal bloodlines. He gives expressive form to the idea that the United States now willingly prostrates itself before the rest of the world. He declares that the United States is a country like any other, only worse, because we have so much for which to apologize.

Let’s see the White House and their state run media lackies try and tell the American People that Obama was not bowing to a foreign leader and that he was instead looking for “CHANGE” that he dropped on the ground.

The LA Times asks “How Low Will Obama Go”. The question that might need to be asked of Obama is how low are you willing to embarrass the United States of America and its citizens. News Busters asks the question … how will the media respond to Obama’s most recent bow?  It is an interesting question seeing that the NY Times covered former President Bill Clinton almost bow to Emperor Akihito in 1994.

However, we will go one better. We ask … how do YOU THE PEOPLE feel about your President bowing before others?

How low will the new American president go for the world’s royalty?

This photo will get Democrat President Obama a lot of approving nods in Japan this weekend, especially among the older generation of Japanese who still pay attention to the royal family living in its downtown castle. Very low bows like this are a sign of great respect and deference to a superior.

OBAMA … WE, THE UNITED STATES BOW TO NO ONE!!!

When is this Man-child President going to get it through his thick head that America Presidents do not bow to royalty? Or is he purposely trying to humiliate America and Americans?

However, as stated by Macsmind … “This is expected of a gutless wonder, a child king with big talk but little action.   A fooking disgrace to Americans everywhere he treads.”

Hat Tip: Hot Air … “Clearly a bow … and clearly not reciprocated.’

I am in agreement with The Astute Blogger … enough is enough. It has got to the point where Barack is willfully trying to harm this country, cause divisiveness, embarrass, ruin and destroy the will of America. Bowing to another shows that he is not fit to be President of the United States and it is time for impeachment.

Why is Barack Obama so filled with contempt for the United States that he feels the need to diminish it, embarrass it and humiliate America? WAKE UP AMERICA and learn from the fatal mistake you made in 2008. This is what happens when you elect a socialist, Leftist, American loathing community organizer President.

Do you feel better now than you did a year ago? How are you feeling about that CHANGE now? How do you feel that your President feels fit to bow down to others in submission?

It is time for this President to go.

He is not fit to lead this country. It is becoming obvious that he is trying to humiliate it, apologize for it and ruin it from the inside.

Unemployment over 10%, federal deficits out of control, tax… tax .. tax, can’t make a decision to protect US soldiers in Afghanistan, weak on defense, clueless on the economy and only looks to destroy capitalism and implement socialism.

Now he goes over seas once again and bows to others. UNREAL.

All this while he has terrorists tried in civil court and not a military tribunal. But not before getting out of Dodge like a coward.

When all is said and done after Obama is voted out in a land slide in 2012 … Jimmy Carter will have looked like a great President compared to this joke.

Since when is the Emporer of Japan a “ruling tyrant” and since when is Japan a “despot regime?” I’m sure that’s news to the State Department. Do you guys ever check your facts before you rush to post your anti-American propoganda?

He’s an idiot. He was an idiot before he was elected and has proven himself over and over to be inept at leading the USA.

He needed to be gone long before he ever got started.

Obama will be voted out in a landslide for the embarassment that he has caused this country.

      The facts are perfectly fine.

However, the focus is not on the emperor … the focus is on the “A$$” clown & chief called Obama.

He bows before others yet destroys the very country he is President of. His act is old and he and Democrats will pay dearly in 2010 & 2012.

Yes # 3, that is correct.

The USA bows to no one.

We rid ourself of the crown over 200 years ago and we shall never bow down to any one.

If you don’t like it you can suck it. The United States has come to the military aid of how many of your globalist countries so that they did not have to bow down before anyone.

Sadly, this President is a cancer set forth to destroy America. We will rid ourself of this POS in 2012 and learn a valuable lesson along the way to never vote back in a lying, slick BS artist like this ever again.

I can only imagine how much trouble this country will be in if Obama has to make a decision. HAS TO….in a crisis situation. Can you all imagine that? He promised every idiot, moron, and welfare baby everything. Not to mention the voter fraud acorn did. Hope and change. Oh yeah. He told everybody what he was going to do. Change and transform? Well he is sure keeping that promise. This “sack of suds” will make Jimmy Carter look like a true genius after his 4 years. And boy he is straight outa the gate that’s for sure. The economy is crap, the job situation is crap, the war situation is crap, he’s spending money we don’t have, and all Obama is and has been doing is trying to take over heailth care. Pure brillance. Oh here’s something for all the Obama voters: The zoo called…you’re due back at 6!

SM: Really. I know that we can count you as one. Other than that, I see people expressing their freedom of speech and expressing their opinions. But the LEFT does not like that when we dare say a thing about Obama.

We all thought that Biden was going to be the embarrassment. Turns out it was Obama.

    17. Savantage on November 15th, 2009 12:11 am

Some of you people are delusional…Are there really still people who believe he’s not a born American citizen?

To the person who brought up WWII…Uh, that’s very much in the past. We can not continue to use good actions from the past as an excuse for bad policies in the present. One “just war” does not justify us to continue policies of domination. Our reputation abroad was destroyed under Bush and went up dramatically when Obama stepped into office. That says something, doesn’t it? If we continue acting as Bush did, as a dominant asshole, then no one will support us. We aren’t as powerful as we used to be. Americans need to learn humility. That’s why other countries hate us–even when we go on vacation, we act like we own the place.

Obama is bowing because it’s a sign of respect and is customary in Japan. Have you ever been to Japan? It’s how you greet everyone. You bow to literally everyone as a form of hello. And as for calling Japan a despotic regime…are you confusing it with North Korea or even China? Please, please get your facts right…
      __________
      SM: Actually, you are delusional.

Obama is looked upon overseas as a weak and ineffective President. The purpose of the US President is to protect and serve the people of America, not be liked.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

You are a fool if you think that GWB changed the way those abroad viewed the United States. It shows just how little you really do know and how many CNN, and BSNBC sound bites you listen to.

Policies of domination? Put the crack pipe down.

The United States is the only country that comes to the aid of those in trouble with military and domestic aid. You really need to get a clue.

Do you think Reagan was liked when he told the USSR and their puppet regimes to tear down the wall and fought Communism?

Do you think that most countries are not envious of the United States?

Oh, but the Obamamessiah finds it his duty to apologize for the United States.

Obama is a weak President and it is on display every day. Al-quaeda, Iran and North Korea wet them self laughing that America would have elected such a timid, weak president in today’s dangerous world.

But I guess we are now liked in Venezuela.

You guys are not whiners, you are just clueless socialist who hate the United States.

Did you notice that the Emperor of Japan did not bow back to Obama? I think he dissed em. In Japan that, not bowing back is code for calling someone boy. What ya think of them apples?

    19. OneCountry on November 15th, 2009 1:11 am

Bowing is a tradition is Japan. It is giving respect to the elders. Clearly the majority of the responses here are from uneducated white trash. Bush was the worst president ever and left our country in debt, our President is doing the best with what he was given. I thought this country was supposed to be united? All I see are two deaf and blind parties. I am so tired of ignorant and selfish people ruining our great country. WAKE UP!
      __________
SM: A note to the misinformed LEFT Moonbats. The US is not Japan. A US President is not supposed to bow to anyone. ANYONE!!! No matter who the foreign dignitary is.

BTW, how typical of the the lame LEFT, that when they cannot explain Obama’s ridiculous actions, they bring up Bush. When is your joke of a President going to stand on his own two feet and man up? What, was Obama’s bowing Bush’s fault to?

Also, lib clown … if bowing was such a sign of respect in Japan, why did the Japanese Emperor not reciprocate the bow to Obama?

HMMM? Because the Emperor of Japan is supposed to bow to no one as well. You IDIOT!

And you dare make comments about others. Go read a book.

If you are tired of selfish and ignorant people running America then you best take a look at Obamacare and the government take over of your life it will do. You better take a look at the $787 billion pork barrel Democrat give away passed off as stimulus. Why do you think it created no jobs?

Your pathetic Presidents response and defense to everything is its Bush’s fault. Gutless. Like every President does not inherit the good and the bad of the previous Administration. Oh, but Barrack is different. Because this community organizer is in so far over his head and has not a clue. What stupid apologists who will defend any stupid action this clown does! So his bow to the Saudi King was just Asian tradition? Did you see anyone else in the Saudi King receiving line bow?

Now, as SM asks, if you contention was that Obama was just following the tradition of everyone in Japan bowing to everyone – why don’t we see the emperor and his wife bow back to Obama? Obama was not there representing himself. It was not Obama meets Japan’s Emperor. It was the United States of America meets Japan.

Barack Hussein Obama purposely bowed to the Emperor in order to subjugate the United States of America to Japan. He did the same to the Saudi King and then his administration denied it – so he does it again in Japan just to make sure we all get it – Barack Hussein Obama is out to embarrass the United States of America and he’s doing a bang up job at it. You are defending the indefensible.

These countries are laughing their heads off. Just like all the cozy cozy stuff with Iran who told Obama to go pound sand!

My hubby of 44 years is Japanese. He and his sisters have been Canadian citizens for 50 years and are very westernized. Other than greeting friends and relatives who visit from Japan … the tradition of bowing … for the most part … is history.

However … one of my sister-in-law informed me today that there is proper protocol in regards to the bow. A bow of mutual respect implies the same depth and not deep. However … if you are acknowledging a person of great important … greater respect … the bow is deep.

In other words … when Barack Obama almost kissed the feet of Japanese Emperor Akihito … he was acknowledging that he … as President of the United States was inferior … unworthy of respect.

Think about it. If respect was what it was all about. It was Japanese Emperor Akihito who should have afforded the President of the United States of America the deep bow. After all … Obama was a guest on Japanese soil.

While the Japanese media has largely avoided commenting on the incident, numerous comments have been made on Japanese blogs and open forums. The general comments have been rather different in tone from that of American counterparts. Here are some select comments made on several sites:

      [All comments translated from Japanese]

      * “What a bow!”
      * “Such a deep bow from Obama, what a fine guy.”
      * “I’m surprised he bowed. He’s really trying hard to meet the Japanese way!”
      * “President Obama is a top-class person, isn’t he? Amazing!”
      * “The Emperor is giving a nice smile!”
      * “Is the Japanese Emperor really that special?”
      * “The Emperor or the Pope, the President or the Prime Minister, whoever is greater is not something that I think can be decided objectively.”
      * “I laughed because it was a much better bow than I had imagined.”
      * “Obama’s huge!”
      * “Obama has more of a true Japanese heart than most Japanese do.”

Americans as a rule never dominated ANYONE. We saved Europe from Hitler and got little more than an extended hand from the leaders demanding more of our money to bail their weak collective asses out. We left Japan alone to continue their government as well, something a “dominating” country would not do.

Nor do we have a desire to “dominate” any Mideast country. We need to get the facts straight here.

      #30 NewGirlBoston-

      Need I say more?

      #32 SM response –

If you look at the closed society of the Japanese one may find it an offensively racist and xenophobic system where no foreigner is really that welcome, white, black or brown. They seem to want their country(for want of a better term) “pure”. Wikipedia(Ethnic issues in Japan) states that “Only about 1.6% of Japan’s total legal resident population are foreign nationals.” so I highly doubt that they would be tolerant of the President as a citizen, let alone a leader of any sort.

#37-St. Hi, Friend======As you so clearly pontificated once again….your comments to #32′s response is on point. Good point you raise.

While this is a little OT, wanted to share… While most Americans believe that Japan is still a force to be reckoned with (and even though it was way beyond my time)—I will never forget my Grandfather sitting me and my siblings down many days or nights and showing us an old movie of actual clips of combat in Japan of WWII. He also opened his footlocker from WWII, and went through every letter, momento, uniform, diary, etc. and it is as clear to me as if it happened yesterday. To see the pain and various expressions on his face as he gingerly touched each possession as if he were holding the Holy Grail itself.

Unbelievable. He was not a man of many words, but he carried around several small shards of scrapnel is his shoulder and one in his leg and absolutely refused to let any Surgeon remove them. He lost 3 true friends during that war(they were sent from the same small burrough in Brooklyn, NY) during that difficult time in his past. When others would venture to ask him why he never had the schrapnel removed he would say…2 reasons….”One, it isn’t life threatening” and two, he “wanted to remember my friends that were not as fortunate as me” …who gave their lives protecting our great Nation. After the bombing of Pearl harbor was many, many years in his past (when he was about 71 years old in fact) he went to Hawaii and paid his tribute and due respect by standing at the Memorial in the harbor. He dug out his old WWII cap (kind of a flat one, if I recall) and stayed at the Memorial until long after the sun had set. He said it was the most beautiful sunset he had ever seen…the sky so bright and awash in intense oranges, yellow, reds. He cried a lot that day for his fallen friends, and he left his cap there for them. He ingrained in myself and my siblings to never, ever forget all the Men and women who serve this Country and have given their lives in the process. He even told us, he was not ashamed to admit he even cried for all the (very very young he said-) Japanese Men who lost their lives and were forced to fly planes to Pearl Harbor and carry out their treacherous mission on that fateful day. He said, “It’s so sad, but no one really ever wins in War.” How true.

I think he was very proud the day my Father carried on the family tradition and joined the USAF. Even though- when my Dad served -it was during a peace time- I know the visions of sitting by the fireplace listening to my Grandfather’s many stories, watching those movies, and seeing all the various photos of his little personal tribute upon his visit to Pearl Harbor will never leave me.

A beautiful memory that you and your siblings have of your grandfather. Truly a patriot who served the country and I thank and honor this most graceful member the the greatest generation! May his spirit of freedom and decency reside in all true Americans.

My father served under Gen George S Patton during the war and he was involved in the liberation of the concentration camps. Those who refute the Holocaust have always been viewed as crackpots to me since my father bore witness to this inhumanity to mankind.

He also witnessed the other horrors of war seeing his friends die and at the end saw young German children being sent to fight these seasoned soldiers. His heart fell heavy seeing that sad sight.

He received the Bronze Star which we didn’t realize until his passing. seems that it wasn’t what he was fighting for as he never mentioned it.

It is distressing sometimes to see how time passes and what is viewed as “progress”.

It was a time when only one paycheck was needed to provide for a family, feed, pay bills and put a roof over their heads. Now our children have the potential of enormous debt and the leader of the free world bows to the son of the person that perpetrated the attack on Pearl Harbor.

      God Bless America.

I’m sure you guys then had no issues with Republican President Bush holding hands on long walks with the Saudi Royals, Republican Nixon bowing to the Japanese Emperor, or Republican Ike bowing to the Pope, the French President and half a dozen other leaders.

I’m tired of wingnuts. Your hypocrisy is not lost on America.

Holding hands? Get Real. As opposed to bowing to them like Obama?

This is the sad state of affairs of the LAME LEFT. They have no answers to debate or defend. Their answer always is when it comes to Obama … well GWB did this, wah, wah, wah.

      HOW PATHETIC.

I thought we were promised change? So then why is your boy the same then as Bush, according to your comment.

FACE IT … THE ONE WILL BE ONE AND DONE IN 2012.

Let’s just hope we still have a country left to fix.

      Lame!
You people obviously were not paying attention in to your nursery Rhymes… Since when are statements like “we bow to no one” considered UN-Humble?
Jeez people, you need to get out and see the world. The US isnt the only civilization on the planet. – Hardly!

Humility and respect! Ever heard of it?
      ___________
SM: Ever heard that the US President is supposed to represent the US, not bow down!

There was no other foreign leader who bowed, Only the child President Barack Obama. Where is his peace thru weakness gotten him? NADA, NIL, ZERO!

This clown does this to humiliate the US, no other reason.

We do not expect the Emperor to bow to a US President either, so why in HELL should a US President ever bow? This is just another example of just how out of touch this weak and ineffective President really is.
