Orlando, FL– Late this afternoon, Blinkoncrime.com has learned that detectives within the Orlando Police Department and the Kesse family, upon receipt of myspace photos and subsequent comparative photos developed by blinkoncrime, believe that James V. Hataway, the number one suspect in the disappearance of Ocoee woman Tracy Ocasio, may be the suspect caught on surveillance in the Jennifer Kesse case, parking her car in the lot where it was later discovered on January 26, 2006.

no, this guy is not the same person in the surveillance camera, the guy at the gate has black long hair,pulled up and tucked in a black rag, to me he looks latino,his pants are spray painters cover alls tied around his waist,in his right hand he’s carring an igloo liq. cooler, in his left hand he’s carring a pair of paint shoes by the shoe laces, one shoe is facing his butt the other is facing the camera, this person is walking back to Jennifer’s Apt. complex, and works the second shift, this is also the reason the dogs track Jennifer’s scent back to the Apt., her scent was on him.
This person is a gang member, and was working at her Apt. his vehicle was left at the apt. complex when he took her to his home..I’m very familiar with those spray painter coveralls.
I disagree. The back of his head, from the upper middle, to the nape, is shaved. His stride looks like Hataways at the bar.
Where do I see Hataway’s stride? Hataway looks bald on top. The person who parked Kesse’s car could have been bald and wearing a hat. His hair at the nape looked very thin. The shoulders looked sloped like Hataway. Unless Hataway changed his appearance and style since, he doesn’t look like the sort to ever have worn his hair and dress in a hip hop sort of way as the guy in the video. Unless he had a restaurant or some job in the vicinity requiring a t shirt and khaki type pants with black shoes.
If it was her murderer 3 years ago, he could have used disguising clothes, someone else’s clothes to fool the investigators. May be this person even knew where the camera was and parked on that spot purposefully, and walked in front of it. Just like a fox.
Another thing- if Jennifer got promotion, someone’s envy could decide her destiny.
From a picture of a person of interest it can be seen that person’s head fits about 7- 8 times into body length. That is characteristic of a tall person, or a person with small head and long legs.
If the person would not be walking fast, but stood still, he (she) would appear 3 inches taller.
By measuring distance between a fence and a position of a person on a sidewalk, and knowing distance between bars on a fence, it is possible to figure out the shoe size, and everything else from there.
The guy in the video is wearing some kind of cap that a bald headed person would wear.The movie (The Professional)Jean Reno was wearing same kind of cap.James Hataway is bald on top with short hair in the back.Jennifer did say the workers stared at her that could be 1 clue that it was a worker.I think she went out her door got in her car and the man was in the back seat otherwise she would of screamed if he grabbed her outside the car.They should of got that video out sooner so people would of remember seeing the suspect.I wish she had some sort of tracking gps device or even a panic button to send a signal to police when your in trouble so they could track her in a hurry and catch the suspect.I hope they find some sort of closer because not knowing is worse than death.
