Why don’t they put Melissa and Casey in the same chair and fry their skanky arses together!

it isn’t adding up to me. she confessed too readily.

I think she knew too much – said too much and then realized it was either rat on her grandfather or take the fall and so she is taking the fall.

what would bring a woman to rape a girl with a foreign object and then murder her??

I just don’t comprehend how that could be a desire for a woman, especially a woman who spends lots of time with young girls, caring for them, telling them to pick up their toys, dealing with their illnesses, knowing them well as people–how she could suddenly objectify a girl to that degree — and then somehow get off on that — or gain any satisfaction without being totally awash with empathy.

I feel like i can understand a lot of things but i can not understand that. She may say that she did it — but I’m not sure I believe her. Now if her grandfather did it and she found out and then felt compelled to cover for him — that is an emotional choice i could see her making.

I wish to know where in the heck was the grandfather during the time, that Sandra went over to Mellisa’s house. You hear that the grandmother was home…but nothing on the grandpa. I’m also assuming Sandra must have been drugged and stuffed into the suitcase, then taken to the Clover church. I still find the comment from Mellisa’s grandmother very ODD! Why would she say Sandra visited their home often, she was so sweet and how she couldn’t believe that Sandra was abused, then murdered. This whole story is twisted sad, and I wonder what all was found on Melissa’s families computer. I so feel for Sandra and her family, this whole story has had me sadden for days, as I don’t watch the news often and found this out alot later than most. I still think Mellisa’s family is a trip and there has to be something there.

Well, Sandra was friends with Melissa’s 5 year old daughter, so I can understand why Sandra would be over the house a lot, and why the grandmother didn’t think too much about it. The thing that gets me is, she had no prior history of violence. I am a psych major, and unless we know all the facts (which I’m sure we don’t even know 1/4 of them), there is no telling why this happened. All I can say is if she is guilty, death is even too good for her. She deserves to feel the same fear, shame, and pain that poor little 8 yr old felt.

I can see the psychology of a depressed woman from a failed marriage, already in trouble with the law, trying to cover for her grandpa who has an “upstanding” reputation and pastors a church.

As I read these disgusting coments claiming she couldn’t have done it cause she is a woman, so she must be covering for a man, I have to shake my head in disbelief. So I guess the police are either stupid or corrupt or both. They ivestagated the crime followed leads and concluded she alone is responsible, so the police must be wrong. It is scarry to think people really think women are innocent and men are evil. I just read an interview with Marlee Matlin who was molested by a 16 yr old female babysitter when she was 11 yr old, and caused her to turn to drugs. I do not understand why a woman wants to have sex with another woman (or man with man) it does nothing for me but doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen, for gay or bi-sexuals this is perfectly normal. Just cause you can’t imagine someone doing something doesn’t mean they can’t or didn’t do it. I think she alone is responsible and to try to blame it on a man just cause he is a man is just plain sick.

Abbey I agree..women are in trouble for this also, maybe not as often as men..but they are..just like the teachers in the news lately. They murder them, so they don’t tell anyone..Maybe the child says..I am telling on you. From what I read, Melissa’s own daughter wasn’t even home to play with the day Sandra went over and was murdered. Was girl in my town some years ago jailed for bringing over men for her 13 year old daughter to sleep with and she, the mother, would film it.. I figured last week, the cops had a pretty good idea of who did it.. The mother made inconsistent statements just like casey…just like Joran and the Kalpoes.. Many times the people offend and aren’t caught in the act until years later.. My heart goes out to Sandra and her family. I’ve tried to imagine what it would be like to have someone call me to tell me my child was missing or murdered and as horrifying as it feels, I know it’s not even close to what the families who deal with it, go through daily.

What actual physical evidence do they have to charge her with this?I mean if she’s a looneytunes she could admit to owning any suitcase and admit to anything and the way L.E. tend to behave they’ll accept anybody’s confession, because they want to get somebody or anybody for this crime to assuage the public outcry.

The only rule of thumb with psychotics is that
      there are no rules.

Statistics only show you what they have not yet discovered.

When the brain is shot, there are no limits to the depths of which the unthinking animal will
      sink.

How much garbage is getting pumped into your kid’s
head today? Do you care? You need to.
