Wow, well there you have it.
Casey seems caught now, no way around fingerprints on duct tape.
Anyone have any idea how they know the dect tape was intentional?
I do think it was but wondering how they will prove it as I assume it slipped off the bones.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) – Evidence discovered in the woods where Florida toddler Caylee Anthony’s body was found last December match identical items found in the house where she lived with her mother and grandparents.
Documents released Wednesday by the State Attorney’s Office in Orlando show the same type of laundry bag, duct tape and plastic bag discovered at the crime scene also were found in the house where Caylee lived.
Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with her daughter’s murder. She claims that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter and has pleaded not guilty.
Caylee was 2 when she disappeared last June. A month passed before authorities were notified of her disappearance.
This is so sickening. I just can’t imagine how this poor little angel must have felt to have the one person in this lifetime that was supposed to protect her, did this to her. It’s just heartless, to see her not even feel bad and to not be hurting, how can it even be possible? My heart goes out to the Anthonys, they are going through yet another loss. May the good Lord be with them.

I really like this site for all the great coverage, but the grammar in the posts undermines your credibility. For example, “eluded” should be “alluded” … just give it an extra proof read before the final posting… don’t be in a rush to scoop everyone and post an error like the MSM always does!

In some situations such a shirt might be cute, but in this case I think it says a lot about Casey’s mindset.
The diary entry for June 21, 2008 is the clincher. I’m paraphrasing; Casey has no regrets, she’s just a little worried and hopes that the ends justify the means. The “ends” equals her imagined better life without a child. The means are the gruesome results scattered all over Suburban Drive. With the history from her friends its clear that she has been severely mentally ill and or sociopathic for a while.
I have no sympathy for the Anthonys especially not Cindy or Lee. Cindy knew that her daughter had deceived Jesse Grund into thinking he was the father of the child and then after the man was nothing but honorable and loyal to her daughter and granddaughter she points the finger at him as a possible suspect. Cindy knew her daughter was a thief who stole from her own grandparents. Nothing was done. She knew her daughter was not a fit parent and did nothing because “she could not afford a lawyer” Please, if you have a grandchild that is endangered would you not sell everything you had to protect the child?? Cindy did not.
Did Cindy not miss her laundry bag which was Caylee’s burial cloth? Did Cindy not miss the Winnie the Pooh blanket which has been missing since June 15, 2008.
And then at the memorial service both she and her son pay strong unmistakable tributes to the accused and likely murderer? Cindy went so far as to say that Caylee got her sense of compassion from Casey. That is either a serious delusion or a purposeful lie. I believe that is a lie and Cindy lies and taught her daughter to lie in all things big and small and the cost was the life of a child. What’s that compared to paying for an attorney??
And Casey’s kiss off message to her daughter Caylee: Dressed her in a pink tee shirt that says “Big Trouble Comes Small”
Hope they can get a match to the fingerprints since they have cleared George, Cindy and Lee…. Now for Casey….LETS HEAR IT!

I knew Casey was guilty with the information we already knew and couldn’t fathom that the evidence could be much worse barring a possible fingerprint matching Casey but the facts we’re learning now have gone beyond anything i could ever imagine and i’ve just begun reading it.
It will be an outrage if Cindy gets away with all she’s done to hinder the investigation of police to protect the one who she knew murdered lil Caylee from the day she smelled that car.

I never did assume that Lee was Caylee’s father.. never saw anything that would point to that.
Not surprised on this evidence though. I’ve said all along…no matter how Baez tries to spin it..There is noooooooo mother who loves their daughter the way these people claim..would never, NEVER call police and report her missing right from the start.. I would be in such a panic, I could’nt even function were that my child, let alone partying, getting tattoos, shopping.. I would be so upset. When the grandmother does call, she tells them the car smells like a dead body. Casey’s problems started long ago and it appears much of it comes from her relationship with her mother.
George wants to commit suicide and ends up in a mental ward at the hospital…Baez checks himself into the hospital with a stomach ache…Lee’s crying at the memorial, acting and talking like a mental case…Cindy thinks she has 3 kids…What’s next?
Prior to the hospital visit Baez might have been a good customer at the local drug store, you know Pepto, Maalox, GAS X, Imodium D.

On two different occasions, Lee and George Anthony told Murphy that Cindy and George Anthony were considering getting custody of Caylee.
The above shows that the Anthony’s knew exactly how Casey was …. I mean when you want to take your grandchild away from it’s mother is because the mother is “unfit to parent the child”.
But yet the Anthony’s in front of the camera’s stated what a loving mother Casey was.
Honestly, maybe “lieing” is just a natural way for them to react to any situation. Just lie, change the stories, throw a cover over the elephant in the living room and call it a coffee table.

Reading this I feel sick, I always hated Casey,
but now I just feel so grossed out, Its beyond dislike, destine or demonic .I would always follow the story with interest but somewhere in the back of my mind I would think i don’t know no one could kill someone like that and not even flinch, no tears no prayers no upset nothing, but her lies were so smooth I do not know how she kept track she isn’t that bright.And as for Cindy, yes she has gone through a terrible thing and i want to show some compassion, But the gloves are off now bi**h . Just taking a guess…but summizing the reason LE has again released 1,000 pages of new evidence & reports is to make Casey (Baez) plea out to Murder for a reduced sentence??? or try and negotiate down from the death penalty which could well be back on the table.
The writing has been on the wall since the beginning, but much of the newer evidence are the nails in Casey’s coffin….great job!
Casey will also be responsible for the slow but sure continued mental health downfall and possible complete nervous breakdowns of George & Cindy. Then again, Cindy’s been in denial about so much for so long, who knows. Just one reason personally I couldn’t bear to watch the Memorial Service…..just like everyone reported====Cindy & Lee practially made a mockery about Caylee’s death paying any type of tribute to Casey…and Lee asking people not to rush to judgement. Please!
What about Caylee? They certainly never helped her during her brief, innocent life and did not even do her justice after her death. Such a crying, shame—literally!

This still leaves the unanswered question about who the father of this precious child was. Doesn’t anyone believe he has the right to know he had a child and she was murdered? Casey couldn’t have slept with that many people in a months time, that she doesn’t even have a clue as to who the father might be. Why was it such a big secret from day one? Why did she hide the identity? Why did she forfeit child support, social security and other benefits to keep his identity hidden? There is still something about this that doesn’t ring true. What teen-age girl isn’t going to at least reveal to her mother the paternity of her child? The most disturbing part is the fact that this story is nationwide news and someone out there, in this world has seen this story, and knows that he slept with Casey Anthony around that time and knows that he could possibly be the father of this child. Why hasn’t he come forward to be tested? What does he have to fear? There is no longer a threat of child support. Where is this man? Maybe the next person tested for a match should be her own father, or another close relative. This is very abnormal, that even in the death of this child, they still will not reveal the father’s identity. There is absolutely a reason for this. I guarantee that.
Not sure if someone else has pointed this out or not. The documents state that the fingerprints of Cindy, George and Lee were not found. It does not mention Casey or testing for her prints.I’m sure that they hers would have been tested. Is it possible that they are holding back on that until it has been throughly tested for Casey’s prints? Maybe possible not to disclose that until all tests are completed and not violate the discovery turn over process.
The other thing regarding the 03 on the journal page, what year would Casey have graduated High School? I know when I was a teenager I always wrote my two digit graduation number on things.

This case is so horrible and reminds me of another case where the family protected the murderer in their family at any cost with his connections. So happy that Casey isn’t going to slip out the grave she dug for herself.
It’s been reported the paternity tests (DNA) are in, and Lee is NOT Caylee’s father. How many here have “egg on their face” for accusing Lee of being the father? Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t like Lee either, and I’m certainly not defending him or his actions.
Thats true Cindy,Geo & Lee have been excluded for fingerprints but Casey was not and Lee isn’t the father nor George coz i’m sure they compared his with Lee’s to Caylee’s to cover all bases & put the question to bed once and for all. Great move as thats one way the defense isn’t going to have to use to hijack & misdirect the jury.

I guess the investigators think the tape was intentionally placed based on it’s position. For example, if the tape was only partially attached to the body, one might think it could accidentally gotten caught on the body. Where as if it were fully attached and placed very correctly over the mouth, one might surmise that it was intentionally placed.
Gotta wonder why if Cindy wanted Caylee and Casey didn’t – what was the fight about? Why didn’t Casey just let Cindy take her? Could it be that Cindy only used this threat to control Casey?
George – ha, wouldn’t you try suicide if you were married to controlling Cindy? I think George has done some wrong things, but only because he’s weak and Cindy has been calling the shots. That doesn’t mean he’s not guilty, only that *I* believe his heart may have been in the right place.

Hi I have been reading the post on this site for a while now but this is my first post. There are so many things in this case that just make me sick and I am one of those people who is just as mad at the grandparents as I am Casey. I feel sorry for them as far as they don’t have Caylee anymore and believe that they loved Caylee as best as they understand love but I just don’t understand how they have just given up on their little granddaughter when she needed them the most. I truly believe that if they would have fully cooperated with police form the beginning Caylee’s body might have been found sooner. I mean who doesn’t notice that their child is missing a blanket, while there may be lots of possibilities as to where the blanket might have been you would still notice that it was missing and Cindy should have told police about that in the beginning. Same with the laundry bag. How in the h@ll do you misplace a laundry basket?? I would immediately know if one of my laundry baskets were gone, I mean c’mon!! Maybe if she would have offered this information to the investigators early on someone might have paid more attention to Roy Kronks tips! Instead they let that baby lay out there for months. There is just no reason for anything that they have done. And I know people always say that people react differently during tramatic events but the Anthony’s are off the charts!!
Read Orlando Sentinel today and Baez said there are no fingerprints on the duct tape and there never was any red sticker of any shape or size found on the tape.
MacKenzie said the forensic report on duct tape, plastic bags and other items is a one sided law enforcement-generated report and is bias and speculative. So she’s calling the state’s forensic specialists liars.

I believe Baez was commenting that in the discovery it did not indicate Casey’s prints were found. Duh. He knows had they been tested and found exculpatory, it would have to be disclosed. It specified that GA, CA, and LA prints were not found, not that there weren’t any recoverable latents at all. Dumbass.

I have seen conflicting reports of no fingerprints period and the ruling out of George, Cindy and Lee.
However, the police report says that the FBI reported on the heart sticker.

Well, i’m back to my original thought abuot the paternity of Caylee………….Casey told many ex-boyfriends that George abused her. Perhaps George is Caylee’s father. As I keep trying to point out, early reports stated that Casey was George’s step-daughter and Rick, Cindy’s brother, stated in a blog posted here by misskatie that George IS NOT Casey’s father. Whew! The whole family is nuts, but aside from Casey, Cindy I feel is the next one responsible for this travesty.
George forget it, he’s a lovable schlep who has been hen pecked to death (almost literally) by the women in his life, but Cindy is a conniving weasel. Her many lies and cover-ups include,the washing of the pants,and removal of bag saying the car smelled like rotting pizza along with giving the wrong dates as to Caylee’s missing, Blaming Jessie Grund or any one else she could think of. Acting like there was a baby sitter when she knew there was none. giving FBI the wrong hairbrush,and toothbrush, stating she should have given them the dogs toothbrush. Reporting that the area they found caylee in was personally covered by (her people )and they found nothing. Told police Casey is a good mother, but she worked a lot, lied and resisted Tim Millers help by repeatedly stating she would only look if it was for a live Caylee. Any person with a brain would look no matter if the child was thought to be living or dead. Just look !!!!. There has been so many more lies she has told. Can any one think of any others?

I don’t believe anyone has commented on the findings of a pregnancy test in the garbage found in the trunk of Casey’s car. Apparently she thought she was pregnant again and was going to trap Tony Lazarro. The papers found in her car shows doodles of Casey Lazarro so she was already planning her new life with Tony and baby number two. This is perhaps the MOST frightening thing found among her “possessions”.
I followed this website a few years ago and then moved on because it had just turned into a lot of gossip. I checked back today and it’s unbelieveable! Just a bunch or wild speculation and hatred directed at people you don’t even know. All most of you know is what you Think you know. I think it’s imparative they find out who the father is as it may have a huge impact on this case including motive. I feel the LE in Florida could’ve done a lot more, including arresting CA for obstructing an investigation. It goes back to why not one adult in that household didnt call in a missing child. Forget Casey, why not grandma, grandpa or uncle? They’re all full of doodoo and if they cannot see this well, Florida is worse than I thought

I have a real question of professional and moral ethics to the, some day highly paid-high profile specialists; Dr. Lee etc. They are guaranteed celebrity and fame and money in this case but why are they choosing to represent Casey Anthony instead of the young, murdered innocent victim Little Caylee. Does the mounting evidence and TRUTH and JUSTICE for Caylee not matter?
The journal was a set up by the family. They are intentionally trying to throw doubt on the case. Oh it was written in 03, maybe yes, maybe no. This gets sicker all the time. There has been so much covering up done in the “name of protecting Casey”. Give me a break. Who was there protecting the poor little toddler when she was at the mercy of this demon of a mother. I am sick of hearing how much she loved that little girl. She loves no one but herself, not George, Cindy or the simple brother Lee.

I do believe something happened to Casey at one point of her life, or several points in her life. After all, you dont become a murderer of your own child overnight(no excuses for her at all) however perhaps the law should take it further and investigate her accusations of abuse and find the biological father as it could make things a little clearer and it could establish another motive. Could explain the stange behavior of the grandparents also.
