Todd Black … Jose Baez (Defense Attorney for Casey Anthony) and the Florida Bar … Could There be Further Inquiry … REQUEST FOR INQUIRY/COMPLAINT FILED !
The following is a rather interesting email that I received today regarding further potential inquiry by The Florida State Bar into Todd Black, not his real name, and the Law Firm of Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez. It appears that a new request for inquiry has been filed with the FL State Bar. This is not the first time that content from Scared Monkeys has been used during litigation. The Dr. Phil attorneys used many postings as defense exhibits in in the case of Deepak & Satish Kalpoe v. Dr. Phil.
Since the Nancy Grace Show recently received a nasty gram from Todd Black we decided to earlier today forward this email in hopes that they might reference it in tonight’s show. We shall see if its mentioned during Nancy Grace’s coverage of the Caylee/Casey Anthony case this evening.
Take the time to read this master piece that was submitted to the Florida State Bar, let’s see if they dismiss this like they did a previous investigation into Todd Black and Attorney Jose Baez.

Wow! This is a GREAT peice of work! Congratulations! I wish you much success!
You think Lawyers have some code of ethics they follow? I wish they did. Look at Congress. All those BUMS at the FCC, FDA, SEC, FAA, ect,…
Even if attorney Jose Baez is busted by the Florida bar it will be a fine or a suspension. They know how to walk the line. They protect each other.
Black or whatever he calls himself. Will just go to CANADA and change his name again..
Iam sure soon the state of Florida will be paying Baez’s legal fees.
Great work Blink..love the letter..I am thinking they are going to take a second or third look at ole Baez now………thanks to the craftmenship of Todd Black, er Gil Cabott er whomever he thinks he should be this morning.
The advertising complaint was started by Beaconhell.com. Is this the response to that complaint, or is this the first complaint about experts?
MorningStar-
this is not a response, it is a formal complaint/inquiry to the Florida Bar re Mr. Baez for reasons and supporting evidence contained therein. It has nothing to do with any previous investigation, and in fact could not because the last investigation was brought forth by the bar itself, not an individual. To reopen that one would need to have standing in the Florida Bar.
[...] Wednesday, it has been confirmed that a Complaint/Inquiry was received by the Florida Bar, through ACAP, regarding Lead defense Attorney Jose Baez. Within that complaint, it is also stated that there [...]
Well done!
Let’s hope this time is FINALLY the charm.
As a resident and taxpayer in the state of FL, I am far more concerned about having funds available to educate our children–and not continually wasted on the web of deceit woven by Caylee’s murderer and those who seek to shield that murderer from accountability.
Why is that letter composed of first person with grammatical errors? Why didn’t the person who sent the complaint to the bar have it edited by a second or third party?
__________
SM: That’s your complaint after reading this well thought out letter to the FL Bar?
Once you take the time to do something like this … maybe you will have the right yo criticize someone’s effort. Sadly all you have is gramatical errors. Get real. Go make yourself useful.
