The question remains, who told Dominic Casey to search in the wooded area near where Caylee Anthony’s remains were discovered and who was on the other end of the cell phone providing him information? Is it possible as we have previously suggested that Casey Anthony was tipping off either members of her family or her legal team as to where Caylee was left? The PI’s just happened to not find the exact location.
Casey not going public as to who he was talking to on the cell phone; however, investigators do know.
The video of Anthony family PI, Dominic Casey, shot by fellow private investigator 
Jim Hoover searching for Caylee Anthony on November 15th and November 16th of 2008 is causing quite the commotion. The video is reportedly taken in the area where 2 year old Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains were found. However, the video was taken approximately one month earlier.
There is some disturbing new video connected to the murder case of Caylee Anthony. Until now, investigators and only a few others have seen this video. Private investigator Jim Hoover shot the video of the Anthonys’ private investigator Dominic Casey on November 15th and November 16th of 2008.
This was at the scene a month before Caylee’s remains were found there — and at a nearby abandoned house. At both locations, he was focused on groupings of concrete stones.
This chilling video was given exclusively to WFTV.
Is it possible the the PI’s confused which houses to look behind? After all Zenaida Gonzalez could have been Code for Caylee Anthony’s Location and Not Just a Nanny’s Name?
What is remarkable about the video is the fact that Dominic Casey seems to be frantically trying to find Caylee’s body in an abrupt and abrasive manner one not consistent with trying to preserve evidence in the course of finding Caylee Anthony. The video shows Casey ramming a metal rod into the ground in what is supposed to be near the eventual crime scene. Then Casey is at a nearby house ripping open black trash bags in a manner hardly conducive with preserving evidence. According to FOFL reporter Holly Bristow, Dominic Casey and James Hoover told her that they were not in the exact location and Casey estimates that he was maybe about 150 feet to 200 feet away from where they believe Caylee’s remains were found.

It shows Casey searching and ramming a metal rod into the ground at the crime scene mere feet away from where Caylee’s remains were later found, and at a nearby house, where he also forcefully knifed open black trash bags.
However, the most intriguing and startling part of the video might be the piece where Dominick Casey says while searching in the wooded area, “it would be right here.” How would anyone know “it” would be right here? Why would they not allow the sound to be recorded? Were names referenced or would the audio make it obvious as to who was providing inside information?
His colleague, private eye Jim Hoover, who shot this tape, would not allow WFTV to record the sound, but a reporter listened to the whole thing and clearly heard Casey say “it would be right here.”

The PI looked for Caylee Anthony’s body at almost the right spot. Why video tape the whole thing?
I would not jump into the brush with a cell phone
glued to my ear. My best guess is momma and pappa Anthony were in a car or somewhere with a spy glass trying to direct the PI to the body. Did Casey tell the truth in a letter or her lawyer?

Um, Like, the ones put in the A’s 4th of July Backyard weekend project? You know like on the 3rd of July where Lee gets a call from Cindy and he and MP spend the evening trying to track Casey down with calls and texts until around 3am? The ONLY activity from Lee on Casey phone the entire time she is “missing”?
Anyone think maybe something sinister was found in the yard? Anyone pretty sure that one of the stones from the A’s property, albeit new or old, was found in the garbage bag?
I saw Nancy Disgrace get her pantys all balled up over the video then one of her guests said it was a rutine search.
I’m just curious…
How many of you believe that if the Anthony’s
private eye had found Caylee, they would have
reported their findings to the Police? This
abandoned house? Who would have been taking
trash bags there? Could the bags be filled
with stinky teddy bears? Meanwhile, Caylee
still remains at the mortuary in a cardboard
box. Whoever it was that said this case is
depressing was 100% correct.
I am, completely, disgusted with Padilla. The
man that bailed Casey out and has been a spokes-
person for the family, it seems, is considered to
be reliable. How is it that he, personally,
knows all the people that have been working for
the Anthony’s and what does he have to gain by
discrediting Mr. Kronk? I trust Padilla about as
far as I could throw him.
I’m also curious about the date the fake bones
were found by his search team… could he be,
merely, a distraction for the media and law
enforcement… a circus director to cover over
the real searches that were going on with the
Anthony’s private investigators at the abandoned
house? Why isn’t law enforcement looking for more
evidence IN that house?
Watched Nancy Grace last night thinking she would say something about this but she didn’t. This is just too strange and to me indicates they all knew the truth but continued to deny and tell lies. I think Casey is going to make some kind of deal soon, and so much money already spent, I think the state will go with a deal. She will get off with about 20 years is what I am thinking, not justice for Caylee.
It was NOT at almost the identical spot where Caylee was found. They were some 600 feet away. That is a long way from the actual spot.
Now there is proof from the meter reader’s interview that the officer the first time poked around in water so there WAS water there in August.
You know, I’m also getting sick and tired of Greta and the long haired dude that think this meter reader is involved when he is NOT.
My guess would be that Dominic Casey was on the phone with Jose Baez.
I believe Casey Anthony, the cold blooded murderer, confided in Baez, telling him where Caylee’s body was.
All of this was done to make the crime scene either look like it was contaminated (advantage for the defense) or an attempt to move the body to another location never to be found
Still no mention of a funeral service for little Caylee Marie Anthony

Oh, speaking of Roy Kronk, it was stated on Nancy Grace last night that Kronk was at the crime scene back in November. This had not yet been reported until last night. Why was he there?
No reason that I can think of to suspect that the meter reader was involved.
As for this investigator … was he being used in an attempt by the perpetrator(s) to make sure that what was hidden, stayed hidden? Or was he in the know?
Or did she, like someone elsewhere whom we know, realize that one of her shoes was missing….?
Some of you people amaze me. You really think the police would have CLEARED…read it again CLEARED this guy if he was involved. It HAD been reported he was in this area as far back as AUGUST. The dude has nothing to hide and has again been cleared by the police as having ZERO ZIPPY involvment in this girls death..PERIOD. The police KNOW who did it and how. The police are not the dummies the media and conspiracy loons make them out to be…the are trained professionals.

Also, I have been back and forth on L Padilla but he does get the inside scoop before hand. And while he is the first person to say he loves the media attention, I think he is a good resource for NG as he was inside the home with the Anthony’s and provides that first hand knowledge.

Whichever of Casey’s childhood friends provided police with the tip probably indicated in their statement they’d known her since grade school. I do remember there was one girl interviewed who lives a house or so down on Hope Spring Dr. She made comments about having a child of her own and not agreeing with Casey’s lifestyle now that she too was a mother. Wish I could remember more, but in the video, the childhood friend told that they 2 would play/hang out in those woods and even bury pets there. Geez!
I cannot see why LE would want to bother with a plea deal for Casey…they certainly have plenty and a bunch more than we know, and look what we can tell from what we know already!

I am thinking/believing the PI hired by the Anthony family was in fact told to search that area by Casey’s friend “Tracy (not sure on name”.
Makes sense to me… If I had been Tracy (whatever her name is) I would have thought of the same thing…Gee, If she killed Caylee she might have buried her where we buried our dead pets, close to home (as Casey had stated on the jail tapes, I think Cayless is close to home).
The PI was probably on his cell phone talking to Casey’s friend Tracy (if that is her friends name) on the video.
She might have given the PI several “spots/area’s” where they use to bury their pets to check.
I don’t think Casey told anyone where Caylee was buried…nope…She is not talk’n…not “confessing” to knowing anything in regard to her daughters death other than Zenida did it…

You have your facts misconstrued. The area was filled with water back in August after the tropical storm Faye (I believe). This is what Kronk was referring to on GMA this morning when after he called the first time in August. Of course by mid-November the water would have receded. Get your damn facts straight before calling the police liars.
There is a reason police went into the Anthony home 3 times and it’s NOT because they had nothing better to do, rather because of evidence they had found at the scene. I guess Tim Miller is a liar too. August people the water was there, NOT November as some here try to claim and others in the media MISreport.
The Anthony’s PI’s are not even filming anywhere near where the body was found. 600 feet away is quite a distance from where she was found.
You do not all the circumstances around this Hoover film. It’s not a coincidence that the Anthony PIs were looking in this area in mid-November. They KNEW where the body was…

There is evidence of a decomposing body and samples of Caylee’s hair in the back of the car that CASEY was driving. She was found broken down without gas in the same exact location the body was found. She asked her neighbor for a shovel. She knew the burial site like the back of her hand. She told her mother she KNEW she was close by. THESE ARE FACTS! JUST LIKE THE FACT WHERE THE POLICE CLEARED KRONK.

The neighbors said that the area had just dried up about 10 days before Kronk discovered the remains. As for this friend that talked about burying dogs, I, honestly don’t remember that being said until after Caylee was found. It had rained during most of the month of August and I’ve heard it said that the area tends to be swampy, anyway. NG said that the area where Caylee was buried (at one time) was still under water when the P.I. filmed that ‘search’. If you remember, as he was using a trowel to dig a hole, it filled with water immediately ie. the water table was very high, even then.
I’m sorry, but I disagree with the notion that the P.I. was performing an ‘official’ search. I’d have to question their intentions in making that kind of statement. Just like Susan said, if they had of found Caylee they would have contaminated the crime scene. Ofcourse, I don’t think it was their intentions to ever call the police to report their findings, but I don’t know how one would go about proving it.

Did you hear what that medical examiner said last night? There were no ‘post mortem’ broken bones. However, if bones were broken prior to death, hemorrhage would still be detectable in the bone.
Just the thought of it is enough to make a person sick… depressing to say the least.

But, lastnight, Nancy Grace had a doctor on her show that read the autopsy report and it said that she had no ‘post mortem’ breaks. But, we know that something was broken. All I’m saying is that the taping came post mortem, she was taped into her car seat before being put into the trunk that’s why she had the tape on her head. There was no drugging. I’ll bet you anything they can find duct tape glue on Caylee’s car seat.

you are so sweet!! It realy is sad especialy for those that have children and grandchildren. It’s hard to imagine anyone ever doing anything so brutal to them. If one of my daughters or family members did this to their children I would disown them. they dont deserve my love and respect. I feel for little caylee that in the last minutes of her life she had no one there for her. I cant even imagine her fear if she was aware of what was happening to her.. such a small child to comprehend such cruelty. I think often of her and pray that justice is served and all parties involved will be held accountable. I hope that the anthonys live the rest of their lives with the wrong they have done to this little girl by protecting casey for killing their only grandchild out of hate and jealousy for her mother. also often on my mind is trenton duckett.. he was from florida he was two years old.. he disappeared and the mother tried to say he was taken from a window that wouldnt have fit his body. later the mother was confronted on national t.v by nancy grace and later comitted suicide. we dont know where he ended up at or even if he is alive or dead. one can only assume. Last I heard from the Orange County Coroner’s televised report was, the cause of Caylee’s death is undetermined. It was also reported there were no broken bones.

The fact that the PIs were searching that area, plus Dominick C saying “It should be right here” — that sure does sound like they had some specific information! But on the other hand, the fact that they searched at 2 different places (the swamp/woods area and the empty house) that were not within walking distance –that sounds like whatever information they had was maybe not THAT specific.
Apparently he seems to be looking at some cement blocks as some kind of landmark? maybe someone tipped them they had seen some paving blocks like those in the Anthonys’ yard? (but if so, why not say so ?)
Or maybe it really WAS a psychic who had some kind of vision involving 3 cement paving stones?
Or, of course, maybe it was the evil Casey who told someone. But after bluffing all along, would she confess? I’d think she would feel at that point luck was on her side and they might never find Caylee and she was better off keeping quiet and sticking to whatever variation of the nanny story she has told Baez and her family.
She might have told some sob story that it was an accident, but how does she explain how Caylee “accidentally” got duct tape over her mouth? And if she told with the idea of getting them to destroy the evidence, why videotape it?
******* Hmmmm…..unless….unless maybe the PIs were “going rogue” and while supposed to find and destroy evidence they were really hoping to find and VIDEOTAPE the evidence and sell footage of the discovery.

If they were teenagers, I wonder if the abandonded house that is known to be back there will factor in anyhow? As for the PI looking for a stone of some sort, maybe a headstone for a pet? Maybe they were figuring Casey put Caylee there too? Seems to be what others are thinking/blogging about the Internet on a couple other sites.

Just wondering … and this might be clear out in left field … but is it possible to think that maybe there was some kind of payoff in the works … that this Padilla was being prompted by Casey Anthony and/or others to find the body, and so he could cash in on this?
And maybe he could develop that into some way to get C.A. off the hook?

I was agreeing with Scott’s theory in post #23 about Kronk not being involved, not necessarily a fan of name calling and insults. Not really appropriate. For the record though, I enjoy reading many of Scott’s posts and agree with his thinking and views on most days. He’s very color, makes it interesting. He must have been having an off day. You seemed to do a pretty good job defending yourself and sticking up for your beliefs I noticed. Good for you!

I’m not psychic but I’ve got a theory.
The police are withholding information, Caylee died of a broken neck. Her mother injured her, then held her til she died of internal bleeding. Huffing.
Caylee taped her head to the car seat to get her home. She was going to bury her there, under her playhouse but it was hard to dig (huffing). So she throws Caylee in the trunk. When she, finally, thought of a place where the soil is damp all the time… it’s easy to dig there… she goes and bury’s Caylee.
I was kidding when I said that a murderer never returns to the scene of the crime. She returns plenty of times… all the time thinking of lies. Things she can say… excuses. Everyone knows the rest. I am Hope and if I could, I would rescue you all… every single one of you.
Tortured, battered and bruised… broken.
I would do it all again if, only, I could.

All this stuff about the video is pointless because the PI was on the phone with Casey’s childhood friend who was telling him the location of where they played and had pet burials. It’s
nothing more than that. I don’t believe for one second that he was on the phone with Baez or Lee Anthony or any of the family. And there’s no way Casey has confessed to anyone, because: 1)Casey has convinced herself she can get away with it- just like her warped Mom who says Casey was a loving mother and would never hurt her child when we all know that’s such a lie. 2)Also, does anyone actually think Casey would be on the other end of the phone with the PI from jail when it’s all recorded and public record from jail?!! Get real people!! This is all just media hype about a video that proves nothing- only that the PI’s were talking to a friend of Casey. Big deal. Even NG suggested it could be Casey. NG is really dopey sometimes and I can’t stand her show anymore. It’s all sensationalism and repetative information!! She never offers deep analysis of anything or context on important clues.

But it would be interesting to see who’s name is written in that book, wouldn’t it? Or who’s finger prints might be on it. How did that book get there, in the woods with her?
I mean, we sit here and say it all the time… How could they do this? How could they ignore their grand daughter and protect Casey ALL the time? Maybe it’s because they knew or came to know the truth a long time ago. And then we state, ‘I can’t believe they’re doing this shit’ and the truth is that we have to believe it because that’s what’s happening. They have lost their grand daughter, they knew it and they were made to make a choice. They took that chance and got Caylee.
Now…
They don’t want Casey, any more. Suddenly, they wanna hide and change their names. They don’t want anymore pictures… they’re through with the game.
Why?
Because the cat is outside the bag. They know what happened to Caylee and that’s it! Now Lee’s attorney draws it to our attention that he could be charged with obstruction? Why? Because they lied and they know it and they want to tell the truth. Don’t underestimate the closeness of a Son and his Mother.
Any mother is going to side with her grand child when they find out she died like this. The tide has turned. Now she knows she is staring into the face of a psychopath. Cindy wasn’t happy about the neighbor’s names, you think she’s happy about this?
Meanwhile… we wait.
Casey has had no visits from members of her family since Thanksgiving? Maybe they’re too busy counting all that money?

I think it is “strange” that there is so may pictures of her partying. Who is taking all these pictures of Casey and why? I was young once too, but usually the last thing you want is pictures of yourself in these situations!!!! It just appears that someone is trying to exploit her for a reason. Or maybe herself.
