And we shall see … on the day after Obama wins the market is down nearly 500 points.

Wall Street falls sharply as investors, worrying about recess, ponder Obama impact on economy

      http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/081105/wall_street.html

His first picks for his cabinet are hard hitting leftists from the Clinton era in Rahm Emanuel. A man who has always gotten in the face of Republicans and never ceeds a point.

Hardly a “can’t we all get a long” start.

Russia is already poking her finger in Obamas chest!

      Change!

One positive note, the dutch will be losing Aruba to Hugo!

      Change!

It may actually be worse than Carter. Jimmy was in the Navy and last i checks when he became President he had no terrorist ties, he had no radical reverend associations like Wright and he had no toasting of PLO spokespeople. The only thing he had was his brother Billy.

Worse yet, we live in a post 9-11 world. These are dangerous times and called for experienced people. Not a feel good moment for America.

What is going to happen when the American people wake up one day and find out they do not like the change?

What will happen when those that thought they were getting other people’s wealth, do not?

Americans should be panicked. They have no idea who Obama is or how he will govern. The MSM made sure he was not properly vetted.

So I pose the question … how does one stand behind a man that they do not even know?

      Obama our first bi-racial president,

    6. Scared Monkeys on November 6th, 2008 7:44 am

Notice how suddenly the MSM are lowering expectations of the Chosen One, the Obamamessiah?

Suddenly he cannot make the sky bluer or the birds chirp in better harmony. Now, once they have lied to the American people to get in office … the road will be harder to hoe than previously stated.

Folks, remember the post that I wrote on credibility, courage and character.

The speeches are over and its time to be President. To many voters out there thought that just electing the President was the goal. No, leading is the goal.

It is a kin to thinking that giving birth is the end game with a child. No, its just the beginning. Raising that child to be an honest and productive member of society is the end game.

With Obama … its a crap shoot because he has never been tested, nor vetted.

There are people who will be severely disappointed with Obama. Why? Because he made outlandish promises to all people. Wait until his Utopian ideas and socialist policies buck up against the reality of a capitalist society and market.

      #5. Actually he is not.

Can anyone name the actual first bi-racial President? (Hint:) No its not Bill Clinton.

Awaiting your answers and the MSM will never report on it.

I know, but I googled it. Warren G. Harding

Red, Obama, and his worshippers claim he is the first black president, he is also white. That makes him bi-racial.
Did anyone see the jaws drop at the Obama rally in Chicago, when Obama said “it is not going to be easy” ? Whooops, was that a bubble pop, I heard? Plenty more, from where that came from.

LOL, be careful what you ask for.
Well, we got two years then we need to get congress straightened out and I mean out….

    10. Miss-Underesmated on November 6th, 2008 9:33 am

Oh, let’s not forget, not too much confidence in our president elect, market took a huge dive yesterday.

    11. WTF? on November 6th, 2008 10:55 am

I caught part of a national radio broadcast last night (Jim Bohannon, I believe), and one of the pundits was saying Obama had been in touch with Iraqi officials. He was unsure if the discussion was pre- or post election, but the Big -0- reassured Iraqi officials he would not pull the troops out of Irag in the near future.

The response was in the form of a question: “if that’s true, won’t there will be many on the extreme left who will feel they have been sold out, and will begin calling -0- an “Uncle Tom”, among other things?”

This could actually be fun, at least for a while!

    12. WTF? on November 6th, 2008 10:57 am

      Miss-U,

Have you heard when the “Peace Dividend” checks will be mailed out? I have a mortgage payment coming up….

    13. Susy Q on November 6th, 2008 11:11 am

Seems like some folks want our President to fail…I think he needs all of us behind him in these trying times. Just my thoughts…

    14. Rusty Bridges on November 6th, 2008 11:26 am

I had an idea for a system of spreading the wealth. Everybody turn over your gross wage weekly to a bank account, the government takes its 30% taxes out and then divides it up equally among the legal citizens over 18. No more welfare, no more food stamps, food and medical expenses will be the responsibility of the individual. Null and void all patents so the prices for goods and services would be competitive. No more credit, cash only. What do you think about that? Oprah, Matt, Madonna, anybody?

    15. Miss-Underesmated on November 6th, 2008 12:54 pm

Rusty, works for me. I won’t have to work, worry about my bills. Hey I am all for it. Where do I sign up? Let’s face it Okrah wanted to be in the history books for helping the first black man become president…..hey Okrah….he is also white. So like does that not count???

    16. ANewGirl on November 6th, 2008 7:26 pm

Considering our current state of affairs—it would appear as if THE CHOSEN ONE has got his work cut out for him!

The economy is in the shi**er, the stock market continues to tank, China owns us with all the money we owe them, Russia is rearing it’s ugly head again, and yes, we live in a post 9/11 world. Let’s not forget the energy crisis, sever enviormental issues…Oh, and did we mention that we’re dead broke? Uh-huh we did. NOT the time to have a Socialist in office, I would say.

As much as I do want to get behind any President, I’m sorry- I didn’t vote for Obama for many reasons and I fear that his complete inexperience is going to cost us dearly as a Nation…right across the board!
