Shawn Barth held 13 year old girl as sex slave … where was her mother?
46 year old Shawn Barth has been arrested and charged with rape and holding a 13
year old girl as a sex slave in Ventura County Superior Court. According to reports, the 13 year old was assaulted daily and was too afraid to report the abuse as Barth had threatened her. Barth was charged with child rape, oral copulation on a child and continuous sexual abuse. One of the bizarre aspects as this case is the fact that the unidentified female minor was the daughter if a woman that Barth had previously dated and there was a restraining order; however, the child was never reported as missing.

“She was a psychological prisoner,” Buschow said.
Barth was charged in Ventura County Superior Court with a felony count each of child rape, continuous sexual abuse and oral copulation on a child.
The girl was taken into protective custody last week and her name has not been released.
She was the daughter of a woman Barth had dated in San Bernardino County, Buschow said. The mother is a witness in the case and is cooperating with police.
Barth claimed that he was the girls legal guardian, though he does not have legal custody of her. The girl began attending middle school in Moorpark, CA at the beginning of this semester and school officials were tipped off as to something was potentially wrong when they asked her last school in Yucaipa in San Bernardino County for school records
Authorities did not say exactly how the girl ended up living with Barth.
She was not kidnapped or reported missing, Buschow said.
Buschow said Barth previously had a relationship with the girl’s mother, but he did not elaborate.

I knoe this family and dad was kiked out by the mother and i think she knows more than what she is saying mom was using drugs i think the drugs meant more to her than her kid Wat a shame

the mom is definetely involved! i served time with shawn at glen helen before he got in trouble for this, he was always justifying his acts with the bible. the mom was a crack head and he supplied her with it. he also got other young girls hooked on drugs. His own mom knew about his pediphilia because she would help him out with his relationship with another girl that was also real young. this fool is going to fry in hell. The kids mom needs to be locked up too because she sold her daughter for drugs.
