ORANJESTAD/AMSTERDAM – Two Arubans are on an American list
of buyers of fake diplomas. The list in the possession of the State Council’s Office of Washington State has leaked out and can be found on the internet. In the online diploma fraud in the United States, also names of buyers from the Netherlands have been given out, including those of several top managers at large companies.
Two Aruban names appear on the list, namely that of one Herman Gilbert Croes who bought the false title of Doctor of Business Administration and that of one Greto ‘Tito’ Muyale who bought a fake high school diploma from Liberty High School.
Diploma mill degree recipients
Almost 10,000 people spent $7.3 million buying phony and counterfeit high school and college degrees from a Spokane diploma mill. The complete list of buyers, which the U.S. Department of Justice has refused to release to the public, has been obtained by The Spokesman-Review and published July 28.

If 10,000 people bought these fake diplomas for a total of $7.3 million, then by my math the averate price was $730. Check the math, please.
One would think that the college diplomas would go for more than the high school ones, but since they’re all fake anyway, and probably cost about the same to produce, maybe there was a flat rate.
I wonder if there were volume discounts?
Anyway, it’s nice to see that some people still have faith in the American educational system … or, at least, the benefits of having partaken of it.
If these documents are available from fraud, what about others? Thank God that we have the FEMA bureaucracy, courtesy of 9/11, to keep us safe.

One doubts that anyone in the Aruban government or law enforcement would have qualified for even a fake diploma. These hucksters must have some sense of self-worth, after all.
Then again, why would anyone in the Aruban government or law enforcement want people to think that they could get through high school?

Everyone on the island of Aruba is a fake,so why not have fake Diplomas.

Years ago some friends (and myself) looked into buying a fake dimploma as a “gag gift” for someone. They had their (real) dimploma up in their office and we were going to swap it for a different one. Crazy that their name would have ended up on a list like this.
People lie on their resume all the time (and get away with it). Why bother forking over money for something you can just make up and hardly ever get called on it anyway? Nobody checks your diploma, and if they did (and you had one from Kangaroo University) you would be just as busted as if you lied that you graduated from “University of North Carolina”.
