2 year old Caylee Anthony has been missing since June 9, 2008. Her grandmother, Cindy Anthony, told CNN that, “I believe we’re going to find Caylee.” The real question is whether they will find Caylee Anthony alive. It’s not the media, police or courts that need to be criticized, one might ask the family why they were not more forthcoming from the start of this missing persons case.
Larry King: Do you have any thoughts, Cindy, as to what happened to your granddaughter?
Cindy Anthony: My thoughts are a lot clearer now than they were that night that I made three 911 calls. I’m very confident that Casey will be exonerated of all charges once we find Caylee, so that’s why our focus is on trying to find our granddaughter.

Anthony: I believe she is alive when Casey handed her off to the baby sitter. At this point, I just hope to God that no one has done anything to her.

Seems that Casey knows where her child is. And it doesnt look good. Does this family realize how ridiculous these statements that they or their lawyers make? how transparent their explanations are? Nobody is going to take these people serious until they start telling the truth. all of them.
I have been keeping up with this story and find it so bazaar how the mother and grandmother are acting.. they havent seen the two yr old daughter/grandaughter in over a month and the mother doesnt seem worried !! or to concerned if caylee is ok or not… not only that!!! her behaviour is realy strange…. she either did something BAD to caylee OR perhaps she wants people to think that caylee is with the babysitter… therefore if caylee is found dead.. the blame would be on the babysitter … that she knows does not exist… meaning they cant track her down.if she is non-existent. she isnt very smart … geez and her mother isnt helping her by making excuses for her…. they ask her questions about caylee .. the cell phone…she beats around the bush !! she is telling them what they want to hear…
how can a mother be missing her daughter and not show worry…. seeing her in court smiling and acting like she doesnt have a care in the world realy concerns me… somethings wrong….
she must think she is going to walk if they dont find caylee…. she wacko and so is her mother.. the apple doesnt fall to far from the tree!!!!!

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not reporting your child missing. I cannot imagine that Casey’s friends and family believe a word she says. Cindy may be able to go on TV and say she believes her daughter, but I bet she lays awake at night wondering what Casey really did to Caylee.

How it is for a Powerful Intervention or some sort of treatment for themselves.
Who the heck would contribute to a fund raiser for bail ? Or for looking for a non existent nanny or some babysitter she used in the past,or her cell phone or the SIM from the phone She will do a runner as soon as she is out of jail, GPS or not.
I have been reading here and following this via CNN. Very sad and pathetic. The only one who deserves any sympathy is the poor baby.
Cindy should have been “slapped and sterilized” 23 years ago. This story just makes me mad…that baby is gone and these two women are acting like they are from another planet, they don’t even speak our language!

Last night on Greta’s show Ted Williams has been in Florida on this story.. He went to the apt building where Casey said the babysitter lived, however she never did live there..She said she looked at an apartment in the building before. The apt. Casey said the babysitter lived in, noone has lived there as of July 15th for 150plus days. Casey said she worked at Universal studios, they went there,, they said Casey was fired from there in 2006.. Just after Caylee went missing a neighbor said Caylee borrowed a shovel.. Cadaver dogs hit on the back yard as well as the car.. and of course we have heard the tapes of Cindy Anthony saying the car smelled like a dead body and cops also saying that. I thought maybe at first maybe Caylee was sold or dead, but no longer feel that way.. I feel she is no longer alive. What kind of mother complains all the cops or anyone wants to ask questions about or talk about is the missing 2 year old. If I were Casey that would be all I would want to talk about, not my bf’s phone number or going out partying in clubs and not even call authorities she was missing. As for Cindy Anthony, Jackie Peterson comes to mind. IMO..

More new photos of Casey partying…. Some more photos after her daughters alleged disappearance…. The strangest thing I’ve read, (which I do not know whether fact or fiction) is something about a break in to the Anthony family’s backyard shed and two gas cans were stolen back in June or whatever. Then I’m thinking like do the math here. Did Casey maybe try to burn the evidence before a burial? That would be really really bad. Investigators (or Somebody) must have some knowledge of Caseys whereabouts or a vague time line of hers during the 30 days Caylee went missing. Casey really needs to spare her family all the grief and tell the truth. Perhaps a life sentence in a Mental Institution is a viable option for Casey.
Brain can’t take anymore of the lies.. Now her bf’s roomate who is a dj at the club the pictures were taken of Casey partying at said.. Casey told them , Caylee’s father was killed in a real bad car wreck on the way to Caylee’s birthday party and the grandmother said the father had no contact with Caylee at all and had never met Caylee.
June 13 Caylee was at the apartment with the bf and his dj roomate and Casey, she left to change clothes and take Caylee somewhere else and they never seen Caylee again. She always told them Caylee was at her nanny’s or grandmothers.
The friend who Casey said introduced her to the nanny came forward and said he never introduced her to any nanny ever.
Family called the police to the house to report 2 gas cans stolen and yet never mentioned Caylee was missing.
I think I found Joran Van Der Sloot the perfect gf.. She should move to Aruba, she too could be off partying in Thailand, via I was doing weed defense.
Ok, those of you here who know the law. Can the police give Casey truth serum to try and get her to lead them to recovering the daughter? It is impossible to think someone could actually flip and do something horrific as some people are probably speculating she did; then be seemingly reserved from any great emotional outbursts after so long a time as she has been jailed. I’m not certain if the family is still in denial anymore by now, but Grandma sure took a long enough time to start figuring it out.
And then my chihuahua jumped my lap and said Help Daddy, MaMas hurting me. No one will believe any defense from here… anything resulting in the girls death would be indefensible i m o.

So why do they get a public platform? No law against it, perhaps, but if they’re wacko in the first place then maybe going on TV represents a triumph to them.

#8 Miss Katie – You asked before about Trenton (previous posting) and all I can say is that the police was able to track her cell phone signal days before she reported Trenton missing and she drove around the Ocala forrest. That is not the kind of place that a young mom will go with a baby. Sadly, I think she was getting rid of his body in an area infested by alligators and other animals.
Casey is out of her mind and using the same defense that the “runnaway bride” used: “it was the latino, not me!”
Right, any latino that knew anything about this “sitter” will be calling the police in no time if that meant finding this little girl plus a reward of $225,000. Economy is not precisely “peachy” right now so there is more than enough motivation when this is all over the news.
There are no other parents talking about knowing this woman and confirming that she took care of their children at some point. Not even the friends that Casey is saying introduced her to the nanny.
I pray that the truth is discovered and that we do not have to live with the “where is this child?” like we are living with Trenton’s image.
I just cannot get over how stupid Casey Anthony is thinking that anyone would believe the ridiculous lies she’s telling. I also find it hard to believe Cindy’s comments about how much support she is getting from people who believe Casey is telling the truth. Come on! Who is buying the crap she’s selling? I really don’t believe they are buying her lies, cops today on a press conference said Casey holds the answers and knows more. The cops know much more than they are telling the public. I believe they are trying to work with the family to find out any and all information they can.. Don’t necessarily mean they believe all of it. Everyone I’ve heard mention this police dept.. says they are good. A former NYPD cop tonight said, maybe they should turn her loose and watch her. FBI is working it too. Casey’s father is a cop too. In his heart, what he truly thinks, he probably wouldn’t say. Maybe Casey left her in the car while out partying and was hot in the car. Clearly by telling all her lies, she don’t want the truth out.
When Casey is in front of a jury, her attitude and her / her families obstruction isn’t going to be in her favor. Does that come into it when they have the ” penalty ” phase of a trial ?

I was thinking last night that she might have had a babysitter months and months ago ( when she worked at Universal ) in Sawgrass or whatever apt complex that was called and was going to try to pin it on the elusive babysitter. I find the entire situation bizarre. I think both the mom and daughter are BIZARRE. I have an 8 month old grandchild whom I live 6 hours away from. If I didn’t communicate with my daughter and see her on the webcam DAILY, I’d be on her like white on rice. These people claim that Caylee and Casey lived with them and yet they can’t even remember the last time they saw them????? This girl is a sociapath with absolutely no conscience and I hope they fry her. I hate to say it, but that child is dead and her own mother is the culprit. I say law enforcement knows MUCH more than they are saying and need to cut to the chase. One more thing, that DNA evidence is already known to police. It can now be processed very quickly. They know the answers. The grandmother is a raving bitch who is making a total ass of herself in the media. I would be absolutely mortified if I were portrayed in the light she has been. I hope she goes down too. She knows MUCH more than she is giving up right now. Strange indeed. They have the Grandmothers myspace or flicker, or whatever, where the grandmother posted something to the effect that my granddaughter was taken away from me. This was about two weeks before the family(grandmother) reported the baby missing.
Mom(Casey) knows much more than she is saying. GRandmother also knows much more. Friend on the ground in Orlando says the family thinks the media is betraying them, another one says the FBI presented some very enlightening facts to Grandma and family and very SOON you will see Grandman change her tune. She doesn’t want to be considered material witness. Grandma is NOW straddling the fence in order to get Casey to talk.

Dad visited Casey today. Jig is up, so say some on the ground in Mousetown. The Casey stall tactic won’t make it another two weeks. The date is important because, they have to charge Casey or release her.
Are they trying to work the best deal behind the scenes? More than likley Caylee is NO LONGER with us. Casey in some sort of deep, traumatic stress syndrome and they are trying to reach her.
Family attorneys have shut GRANDMOM up! Could authorities be looking to charge her as material witness?

On Dads visit today, he shared with Casey what the CSI team took and what will be found. Cooperate now is the best course. Notice how the family says that Caylee will be found, but they don’t say found alive. They know more, its just a matter of time.
Its just like that case in Utah, where the husband killed the wife. The family has to cooperate in order to get the confession now. Grandma can’t do it, Brother is trying, but not getting anywhere.
So they sent in Grandpa today and guess what? Casey broke down and began crying. My spidey senses say we are close to a confession now.
33- RE: Case in Utah…. Is that the one where the guy like stabbed her multiple times and like disposed her in a mattress; I think he was sentenced to a psych ward for life. He too had lied about his life & job & stuff.
In the Anthony case there is circumstantial evidence adding up. When Casey states she feels Caylee is close to home, I think she means she is with the Lord. In the Utah case I recall it may have taken time to find remains despite a confession.
Has anybody else noticed that Grandfather George’s comments on Saturday were the nearest thing to a plea asking the “kidnappers” to release Caylee?

There are some news stories leaking out that the police found DNA–it’s unclear if this was from routine samples they obtained from the Grandparents home or from the trunk of the car.

Feds talked with grandparents and are explaining the hard harsh facts of forensics. The Grandparents will be lawyering up next, but they better play ball so they are not charged with accessory after the fact. More than likely Caylee is with angels and this was a tragic accident of neglect on Casey’s part. Immunity deal? Give me a break. She messed up, she lied, she obstructed and now she wants a get out of jail card free for cooperating. She is sick and needs help and incarceration is sometimes a form of help. Maybe have much time in isolation and in psych ward, she will learn what a privilidge it was to be free and given a gift from god (Caylee) No deal, lets get closure, so the family and community can heal.
I lived in Florida and the authorities will turn on that Amber alert at the drop of a hat. Authorities never once blinked and activated that alert from the get go. That should tell you something. Shame on Cindy for berating the media. No babysitter exists, no kidnapping, nothing. Casey messed up bad, Caylee more than likely is dead, and Casey is too immature, insecure and idiotic to do the right thing. Now they are preparing for insanity and some stress syndrome defense.

If LE DO find Caylee’s remains, the family will claim the “babysitter” or “kidnapper” as they are now saying, did it. The “kidnapper” disposed of Caylee. That’s the next scenario they are preparing for – I can sense it. They know investigators have alot of evidence, most of which they are not sharing with us, and they are getting nervous that Casey will be proven to have been a reckless, narcissistic, miserable excuse for a “mother”. Like we don’t know that already.

This is just terribly outrageous, that a mother would first call about her daugther stealing from her and then on second thought O, my grand daugther is missing. I have a question Did Casey always leave for a month or so and then come home? Didnt her parents EVER CALL casey or ask how precious Caylee was her in that whole month she was gone?? THESE AER VERY sick people.
Casey, if you had a woman lawyer, a woman guard, a woman judge all women jurors, you would nOT be able to cajole, intice or flirt with them, you would speak the truth. YOu have a narcissitic attitude that sends a I love you message whenyou are with men. YOu are a very selfish young woman. But you may not be able to keep up all the lies.
Casey needs alot of attention, right? Well, take the men from her view, such as, have all women for her case. Women lawyers, women judge, women guards and have women partol the area, she might not be able to lie as easily to a woman as she does so convincingly to all the men she “gets involved”in her life and they let her get away with mURDER!!!!

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING NANCY GRACE FOR WEEKS NOW AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THE DETECTIVES CAN’T BREAK CASEY….SHE SEEMS TO BE ALOT SMARTER THAN THE DETECTIVES. IT SEEMS LIKE THE DETECTIVES ARE JUST PUSSY FOOTIN AROUND WITH HER DURING INTERIGATION SOMETIMES I HEAR SNICKERING AND A LITTLE LAUGHTER IN CASEYS VOICE. THE GIRL IS A STONE KILLER. KAYLEE WAS IN HER WAY, PLAIN AND SIMPLE SHE HAD TO GET RID OF HER. “THE LITTLE DARLING HAS GONE TO HEAVEN. TAKE THE JAIL STORE AWAY, THE BOOKS,HER BLANKET, PILLOW AND GIVE NOTHING BUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD, TREAT HER LIKE THE ANIMAL SHE IS, KEEP HER IN SOLITARE FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES…TILL SHE TELLS THE TRUTH. I was not impressed with the Larry King interview last night. If the Anthony’s were trying to convince everyone that Caylee is still alive and that Casey is innocent, then they failed miserably. Someone stated on this forum that Cindy said she hopes whoever has Caylee, doesn’t do any harm to her. That sounds like another ploy to aid Casey, because if Caylee’s body is found, they can claim that the person or persons who took Caylee, did it – not Casey. Just the same, I can’t imagine how terrible this is for George and Cindy. Maybe they weren’t the best parents. They spoiled Casey and enabled her lies over the years, but they surely couldn’t forsee that their daughter would be a baby killer. For that, I do have sympathy for them. Cindy is blaming the media and Nancy Grace for trying to convince everyone of Casey’s guilt, but the facts, evidence and lies speak volumes of truth regarding the circumstances in this case.
OmG…so many crazy ppl out there..wtf????? Who would do that to their kid? Tht is crazy…Caylee’s mom is definitely crazy…better yet…the whole story is strange….
You know she has to answer to god for this and I know caylee is up there in heaven and jesus is holding her in his arms i hope and pray that she does not get out of jail she doesn’t deserve to have childern and if she didn’t want her she could have given her to some one who did want her this really up sets me but i know she in heavn with christ and he will always love and protect her up there she is a little angel and i hope her mother has very sleepless nights and caylee haunts her every time she closes her eyes .
Cindy is nutters. Why so quiet now that they body has been found and identified? George, it isn’t too late to institutionalize her!
