Aruban police officer, Edgar Maduro, is suspected of false reporting. Maduro is now formally suspected of violating article 194 of the Criminal Code, in other words, false reporting. You mean after all this time there is an actual criminal code in Aruba for false reporting on a declaration? Maybe the OM would like to go back and re-evaluate all of the declarations by Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, Satish Kalpoe, Paulus Van der Sloot et all and see if the same criminal codes were not violated in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Its the least the OM could do after 3 years have transpired since Natalee Holloway went missing.

ORANJESTAD – Police officer Edgar Maduro was interrogated as suspect on Thursday morning, in the case in which he reported an attempted manslaughter by lawyer Hendrik Croes. It appears that Croes self has also reported against Maduro on April 24.
The Public Prosecutor (OM) is now suspecting him of false reporting and decided to hear the police officer again. After Maduro was confronted on Thursday with the existing suspicion, he told the OM before the interrogation that he appeals to his right to remain silent. Maduro didn’t want to listen to the findings of the National-detective and left with his lawyer after having left behind a written statement saying that he does not see any reason for adding to the statements he had already given.
Maduro indicated further that the questions during his interrogation on April 2 came directly from the office of Mister Croes. The OM indicated in a reaction that this remark is entirely Maduro’s view. The OM decides after the National-detective rounds off the report, how the case against both suspects, Croes and Maduro is going to be concluded.
FALSE REPORTING
When Maduro was heard on April 2, the OM became suspicious that he wasn’t entirely truthful in his reporting of March 16, 2008; also as a result of witness declarations, including two police officers, TV-images, and marks on Croes’ car and his statements.
The OM decided to investigate some more and the National-detective reconstructed the incident at the roundabout of Paradera on May 18. Maduro is now formally suspected of violating article 194 of the Criminal Code, in other words, false reporting. He was therefore summoned by the OM for interrogation early this week and his superiors were also informed. According to the OM, the KPA has also informed the police union.

As dinner concludes, Detective Jacobs appears at our table.
… The detective says he just wants me to sign a new statement. Jug immediate asks him, “What’s the difference between this one and the one she gave you this morning?’ Jacobs says that some dates were wrong on that one and have been corrected, and he needs my signature on the new corrected one.
The document is in Dutch, which is Greek to me. I have no idea what it says. I can’t tell if it’s different from the one the young officer read to me this morning, which I signed, or not. But all I have to rely on is the Aruban police process, so I gladly submit to his request and sign every single page.

Also, I noticed that Eric Soemers’ name was on it, but that detective was not even present during the interview. How many statements did Joran and the Kalpoes make and continually changed their stories….documents altered, statements changed….Beth was a victim of that also, she signed a statement and then was told she had to sign another because the date needed to be changed but what they really did was change the statement…she wasn’t aware of this at first because it wasn’t written in English and she trusted what they said, after having it translated she found out….lucky for the two black security guards that Beth came along and saved them for being blamed by the 3 murderteers….
And just what actually happened to Office Halle, he reportedly retrieved a body from the sand dunes on June 2, 2005. Dave Holloway saw the officer slam the trunk of his car and speed off when he approached. Allegedly a crooked police office, so they say, but who knows…he can’t defend himself because he’s dead…

What mother in her right mind would want their daughter to go to this place? You can lie and frame people for murder, get togther with others and make up lies to tell the cops, clean your car before daylight inside and out the night the person you were last seen with goes missing, you can lie where you left the missing person numerous times, be in counseling for stealing, no was it study habits?, no was it gambling, no was it anger problems?, out gambling and drinking all night underage repeatedly, brag it takes a case of beer to get you drunk, lie about your shoes mysteriously missing and unaccounted for, have a vip pass underage to a bar, let her former judge in training father take you underage to a bar and gamble with you then leave you to gamble more, let the guy’s father and mother and 2 friends with the mother lie over and over that the missing person was last seen with, throw wine in peoples faces when you don’t get your own, smoke weed and brag how to beat a drug test in jail, smoke weed and confess you were with a date that had seizures and imitate them shaking , throw them in the weeds, and call someone to get rid of them, while you go home and sleep fine, you can say you took Natalee to your house, next time you say you didn’t, you can say in chat sessions the fact the girl is dead is not good, tell a girl on the phone I don’t want to tell you what happened and get you involved, have most of your friends arrested for heavy battery, murder, kidnapping, give 5 different ways you got home, all 3 last with Natalee conflicting statements, have your father’s friend handle the police case, be a cousin to the police, have an AHATA member briefing the usa when your cousin is a suspect, take the fifth over and over, have your lawyer meet with the prosecution and say my client had something to do with this, its up to you to prove it, have your father refer to the victim as a body with 2 days after shes missing, all hide out in the house and let everyone else look in a place that you lied about taking her, say in a chat session you lied about the victim to throw off and investigation before anyone even knows shes missing and there is an investigation, call the victim names because she was dressed in summer clothing etc…
but heaven forbid if you are an 18 year old well loved honor student who went out and got a job to help pay for her 4 day graduation trip with her friends to celebrate and enjoy what they all worked hard to achieve, and they were all doing fine until these 3 entered the picture..
