Prosecutors Want Jail Time For Paris Hilton … I Sense a Prison Flick (Update: Sentenced to Jail) … “The Prison Life”
Why does the though of Paris Hilton in jail seem more like a bad movie script she would pursue, rather than real life? Call it Paris Hilton in Chains … or the Hilton Crowbar Hotel. Prosecutors want to give Paris Hilton jail time for violating her parole. The LA City attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, said “Hilton is being treated the same as anyone else”. Ok, can we stop laughing now. Who honestly believes Paris Hilton will ever see the inside of a jail, unless she is filming another private video to be released on the internet for more publicity?
Paris Hilton will have a very unglamorous new address if prosecutors get their way: the Los Angeles County jail. The city attorney’s office filed documents in Superior Court recommending the hotel heiress and TV star be jailed for 45 days for violating terms of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.
Prosecutors also want Hilton to stay away from alcohol for 90 days and wear a monitoring device that will chart whether she complies. And they are seeking to have her license suspended for an additional four months. (Yahoo News)
Since jail time is really not an option for the heiress to the Hilton Hotel fortune maybe our readers can come up with a more fitting punishment for the troubled and always seemingly in the news for all the wrong reasons Paris Hilton.
Read court documents from TMZ.

UPDATE I: Paris Hilton Sentenced to 45 days in Jail
I have to admit this sentence comes as a shock. There is justice.
A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in county jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress’ famous high life.
Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.
The judge ruled that she was in violation of the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case.
“I’m very sorry and from now on I’m going to pay complete attention to everything. I’m sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all,” she told the judge before he announced the sentence. (Fox News)
UPDATE II: Just say Jail, Baby … The Prison Life
The only bad part about Paris Hilton off to the slammer is we all know that she will use this prison time as a way to market herself …
Instead of Paris Hilton … The Simple Life, it will be Paris Hilton … Prison Life.

Paris Hilton Punishment … Make her eat a burger.
R
Nothing will happen to her. She is rich, sorta kinda handsome and, well, she gots money. She’ll get off. I hope I’m wrong.
#2, yes she will … that’s why I say … come up with your own punishments.
Make her do a TV show with Rosie O’Donnell
Ok….here’s a GOOD punishment for Ms Paris…..
Put her in a room with Rosie, The Donald, Ann Coulter and Don Imus. Rosie will yell at her; “if you was my kid…..!” The Donald will Tell her he is GREATER and more PERFECT that she is. Ms Coulter will call her a Harpy and Paris will be too dumb to know what a harpy is. And Don Imus and Paris can tell stories to each other about how racist each of them are. Then again; would Paris even know who these people are??
I think that Paris Hilton is an example of what a young cousin in his 20s calls a “total waste of space.” She’s probably the perfect example of a spoiled rich brat, at least judging from her public image.
That said, given that the jails are full to overflowing now, and that all kinds of people who should be in them aren’t, for lack of space … is it worthwhile?
I think Paris would look totally Hot in orange! But jail is not what I would wish on anyone. The jails are overflowing now, so she should have to pay a hefty fine, and go to AAA school, and lose her license. But the court should taken her license when she was in court to send them to the Motor License Department. But it would be nice to see Paris picking up trash off the side of the Hwy, or sweeping the sidewalks in downtown Hollywood!!
i was going to suggest she be sent to aruba for a month. thene i realized that could be the equivalent of a death sentence.
dennisintn
Make her actually do one of those menial jobs that they screw up on that sad excuse for a reality show.
Make her do it without makeup and film it for cable TV.
Make her live on the salary for 90 days.
Holy Moly the Poor kid just got sentenced to 45 days in jail.
some {{edit}} kills his ex wife and her lover and gets away with it paris has some minor infraction that happens to everyday joes and gets time. where are al sharpton and jessie jackson help us “justice brothers”
I think she deserves everything she gets. 45 days for three offenses is absurd. She should get 145 days. My friend was killed on Christmas Day by a drunk driver. SYMPATHY!!! DEFINITELY NOT. If this is what money does to a person, then I’d rather be poor. Her mother should join her daughter in the jailcell next to her. Neither one of them has any respect. As you can see, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. They never taught poor little rich girl how to respect the law.
This is what makes Paris Hilton famous. She has no talent, she’s who she is for grabbing the headlines. This is just the Simple Life up one notch.
The notoriety she’ll gain from this short stint in the can will pay off ten fold for her career. From a Paris PR perspective, couldn’t have been scripted better.
Scott – #10. Are you a skinhead or just a dumbass?
2 yrs total would be fair.No special treatment,no SPECIAL TREATMENTS.Joyce,I know and understand how feel and I agree
45 days searching the landfill in aruba, should be right
