Thanks again Monkeys … this weekend you stood for what is right. You may have been few in numbers but you made a huge impact … Aruba was not allowed to promote their propaganda unchallenged.
      .
      Hugs to all … Janet

FROM ONE CANADIAN TO ANOTHER … YOU MAKE ME PROUD!
      .
Dana, God bless in your efforts in keeping the disappearance of Natalee Holloway from fading from media attention. Dave Holloway, claims if it were not for the media the Aruban investigation would have been a closed case from the get go.

HOLLOWAY: Oh, the media was our best friend. If it hadn’t been for the media this thing would have been swept under the table the very first day and we’d have been calling back to Aruba “Have you heard anything? Have you heard anything?” I truly believe that.

To all the Monkeys who participated…..God Bless You! I know that Beth and Dave appreciate your time and efforts on behalf of Natalee.

Aruba…..we are not going away! You might as well give in, and return Natalee to her homeland, and to her family.

    4. Observer on March 26th, 2007 3:15 pm

      Nice Job Dana,Klaas and Red!!

Special thanks to the 3 that couldn’t make it but did donate to this peacefull protest!! Also to those monkeys who supported us and let us know. This was not organized by the Holloway/Twitty family but by two caring people(Hot Shot and Richard)You should know it was a succesfull event as we did get news coverage on the 11pm news and also the following morning.

Dana: Sorry didn’t hear that first question..LOL!! I think my hands and ears were purple from the cold. I’m no different than the other monkey’s. We are all outraged what they did to Natalee and her Family. When I heard Aruba was a major sponsor at this event I had to go. I only live a hour away.

Red: Your right..They spent enormous dollar’s for this event!! Lets hope Aruba does the right thing in the next two month’s. If not we will go to every function that they are major sponsor’s at. The protest’s in the future will only be more organized with more participants. We dont want any accolades for showing up at this event all we want is justice for Natalee and her family. Thanks again for all the support..

hey observer, how r you doing?

God bless you guys! I wish i could have been there with you guys!

So, some of the Arubans gave you guys a dirty look, don’t worry about them. They are ignorant.

      Take care,

      From your Aruban friend:)

      Hi Arubaanse,

Only one was a troll to me out of the bunch. She was dutch aruban or american..Those that I didn’t talk to I waved to and they smiled. I talked to probably half of them and they were good people. They were trained a bit in what to say but overall the ATA picked out good reps I think. I dont think alot of Aruban’s know the nightmare that natalee’s family has gone through anyway.

The dirty looks came probably from frustration. They had a smoke break when one of the station’s were filming as well..I am sure they were hoping we didn’t show up for day 2. We didnt make there job any easier by talking to people before they entered the Aruba Area. I am quite sure the longer we talked to these Aruban’s the better friends we would have become. It was a cat and mouse game for them when we were aroung that area. Like I posted one of the ATA member’s handed the girl a note when I was talking to her..

      Thx…

    7. joe bear on March 26th, 2007 4:57 pm

well, the statement that it was a dutch aruban says it all.Are there any nay native arubans gone bad in the bunch.

    8. Dan in Tx on March 26th, 2007 5:32 pm

      Observer,

If (or rather, when) Aruba does not do the right thing in two months, what will we do? Will we organize and fight even harder or give up? I ask this because there are murmurings on the hate sites that ALE will say “No evidence to prove murder, so she must’ve run away”. Never mind that the FBI has stated Natalee does not fit the runaway profile and that an 18 year old adult doesn’t have to ‘run away’. Never mind that the kidnapped/captive investigation is still ‘on the back burner’ and unresolved.

As concerned supporters we should think about getting organized and making sure Aruba realizes that any claim of kidnapping is just another lie to us unless they prove it.

    9. Observer on March 26th, 2007 6:02 pm

      Hi Dan,

We have two great Dans here :)

I think we have no choice if they dont prosecute and come clean..Yup organization is the key..This was just the start..I can only imagine what we can accomplish the next time Aruba is a huge sponsor at these travel shows..We fight harder..I will never give up..Will you??

Everyone knows it was a coverup and we all have a good idea why there is no evidence..I have no idea what the family has planned..I hope to god there is some developments from now until may 30th..However the last year has not looked too promising..

      Observer,

I’ve been trying to organize people for a long time, you know that. Its hard without input from the family here and there.

    13. Observer on March 27th, 2007 1:09 am

      Hi Dan,

I say we start a network and start to get organized with the people here and the other blogs. I met everyday people in boston that asked what they could do to help. If people know the story and see the initiative.. Number’s of Natalee supporter’s could become quite big. Cant exactly post here on the front page of strategy to put pressure on the Aruban Govt for answer’s.

The family I am sure is preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. They will have to make a decision shortly if nothing is done by may 30th 2007. The kalpoe lawsuit is also in the works. Looks to me that the family didn’t want to burn down all the bridges. They are still clinging to a bit of hope.

Full on boycott is gonna upset many people in Aruba. Maybee thats what it will have to be to get any answers or justice…As of right now Paulus Van Der Sloot and his friends in the Aruban Govt have got away with murder..

I agree with you about the family..But I know they are around..

    14. Richard on March 27th, 2007 3:46 pm

Remember, the email site VolunteersforNatalee@gmail.com is set up and is intended to be a kind of central clearing house for other boycott demonstrations. I’ll be glad to pass on to anyone my ideas on what to do, and possibly on what we might have done better. Doesn’t mean I’m right, of course.

      Take care,

      From your Aruban friend:)

      ….

      Arubaanse is great reminder…

      this should not be about
      Dutch v Aruban v American

      It really is this simple…

It has been about a boy who
could never seem to tell the
truth. One who was the last
to be seen with Natalee Holloway.

      5.30.2005

Still no solid story that can be verified.

He has 4 different MAJOR STORY VERSIONS

22 + LIE TWEAKS … and on and on

His LIES look like Santa Clause’s gift list
      for the effin Walton Family.

“DUH, it jez beeee mind boggling.” -JVDS

This has been about Joran and that
      moron, liar of a father!

      Color: Who cares?

      Country: Who cares?

Who was last with Natalee, and still lying about it?

…and let’s continue to SUPER ZOOM FOCUS in on why!

We have the rest of Joran’s life to finally
extract the truth out of him. Settle in, buddy.
I have a feeling this is going to take awhile!

      -J4N

“…and now this is possibly THE TRUTH, offer
not valid in Hawaii, and on weekends.”

Long live our Arubaanse! Maybe she’ll
      choose politics in the future
      an oust that *TOOL

    16. Patti on March 27th, 2007 10:40 pm

      Observer:

Just wanted to say thank you, again, now that the smoke has cleared. I can’t tell you how proud I am that there are people like you in the world. It’s never easy putting yourself in the front line to defend a position that in some peoples eyes is political. You helped to make people see that it’s not anything like that. You brought the humanity into the boycott and were a great representative of the people that care about Natalee. This is all about a government that robbed a little girl, atleast in my eyes, of her right to justice… and, perhaps, her right to be returned to her family. That’s a human issue, not a political one and the loving kindness that you showed to all those that you spoke to worked wonders in our quest for support in this boycott. The numbers are going to drop and they will continue to drop until Natalee gets some kind of justice or is sent home to the ones that love her.

I hope the memories that you have of this event will always remain good ones and that you continue to be an integral part of anything and everything that is done in the future. You proved your leadership this past week-end and it is something that we can all benefit from.

      Thank you, again.

      Patti

    17. Observer on March 28th, 2007 5:04 pm

Thank you for your kind words. Your post’s almost has me speachless..All of us in boston knew that we were representing alot more than just us five. The support here and elsewhere has been tremendous.

Let’s pray someone has the courage to do the right thing. Natalee deserves it and so do the innocent people in Aruba..

      God Bless..
