Rhode Island School Bans Talking at Lunch … It Just Keeps Coming

In a long line of head shaking acts from schools comes this from the state of Rhode Island. St. Rose of Lima Catholic Elementary School has banned talking at lunch time. Good luck. Why? Because there were three recent choking incidents in the cafeteria. Remembering my elementary school days, maybe its not the talking … but the food? Got to love cafeteria blue jello.

Maybe if the schools in this country want to ban anything, it might be the teacher/student sex offenses. That may be a better start.
