Judge Refuses To Dismiss Charges Against John Mark Karr
Maybe John Mark Karr should have taken the plea deal previously offered to him. A Judge on Friday refused to dismiss the child pornography charges against him. Karr remains in jail in lieu of a $200,000 bail. John Mark Karr faces 5 misdemeanor charges of child pornography.
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) — A judge on Friday refused to dismiss child pornography charges against John Mark Karr, the former suspect in the killing of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey, after prosecutors admitted losing key evidence.
Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Cerena Wong criticized prosecutors and sheriff’s deputies for “mistakes and missteps,” such as losing the computer on which police said the five suspected images were stored and failing to tell her about the loss immediately.

I am scared to say,but I think this part of the new tourism slogan”No American left behind”/crass but accurate to the Aruban Government in its actions.Joe
we go to the extreme limits to bring our servicemen home. the same should be true of our students. out of country tourism by americans is encouraged by our govt. it is one of the tools used in our diplomatic services. it should be a service of the american govt. to protect american tourists overseas.
