I read it and to me, it looks as if she is trying to lay blame. As in ” look what you made me do now ” Also that Trenton is still alive ( I hope ) .
I am curious as to what law enforcement makes of this
note(s), enlightening of her ex-husbands myspace incident. I will wait to see what they say.
If this young lady thought for one minute this child she “just wanted in her arms” was coming home, she would not have done this.
The only “stress” she was under was facing the fact she was about to be found out. Always the sociopath…pointing fingers and placing blame.
The alarm that caught me the most was NOT anything Melinda said, but what her GRANDMOTHER said. It was that “the police pointed the finger at Melinda because they had no other ideas.” Sound anything like Scott Peterson’s mom?
I fully believe this girl was raised a very, spoiled brat just like Peterson and this was the root cause of all.

after airing on america’s most wanted, they received only a few more names of people she knew. have the people she supposedly ‘watched movies with’ not said anything? has no one come forward that was with her that night?
i find it very disgusting that she didn’t even know what pajamas the little boy had on when she put him to bed. or if she did take him somewhere else, she knew it wasn’t pj’s that he wore but regular clothes.
somebody knows something and for the sake of this boy’s future, they need to come forward!
pktbk…possibly, the 2 guys watching TV with her knew she was a wacko and are afraid to be involved. Then again, maybe they had just returned from dumping little Trenton’s body and were watching a movie. How lovely!
I’m sure these guys have been interrogated. I read in the Orlando Sentinal that the authorities are telling (not asking) anyone who was contacted by Melinda via her cell phone…OR called her during the period immediately before Trenton’s disappearance up until Melinda’s suicide WILL be brought in for questioning if they do not come in voluntarily. That means there are a number of people that still need to be interviewed.

Just a comment about something Melindas Grandmother said to the public over that Saturday prior to Trenton missing. She said that Melinda and Trenton visited with her until about 4:30 on Saturday. They had came over earlier in the day and then they both took a nap and shortly after they both woke they left. That time is the last known time anyone other than Melinda confirmed seeing Trenton before he went mi ssing! My comment or curiosity lies in that time frame- being what I call a Professional Mom with 3 kids under my belt 1-11,1-10,and 1-3 and the dozens of neices and nephews my siblings have produced one thing keeps catching my eyes- kids generally wake up about the same time every morning give or take some mornings- and toddlers generally take a nap around the same time each day give or take so one can only assume a child goes to sleep about the same time at night also give or take- Melindas grandmother said they took a nap that Saturday and woke up around 4:00 or just shortly after and then Melinda said she put Trenton to bed around 6:30 that Sunday- to me that just doesn’t fit. I’m not aware of any children who can take a nap late in a day and then turn around and go to bed without resistance and it is known by the 2 visitors that came over that night that they never heard or saw Trenton and any parent knows that a nap Fuels a toddlers energy. With respect to comments about Trentons clothes-come on- there are times when a child will fall asleep and you can just be so glad for that that you wouldn’t dare wake a child up to change their clothes so I can believe that but nobody will convince me that a child will take a nap and then within 3 or 4 hours go to bed for the night….it just doesn’t happen.
WOW! Just a Few….you thought of something I’d never have thought of with a 15 and 22 year old. NOW I remember how those late afternoon naps messed up sleepy-time (both mine and theirs)…so I would not allow my child to sleep after 3pm.
Good thinking!

I want so much for him to be alive and well somewhere…maybe I’m reading in to the suicide notes too much but I sware it sounds like she didn’t kill him- but that she obviously had something planned. I just don’t know why you would kill yourself and wright suicide notes but not tell anyone where Trenton’s body was (if she killed him). Why did she bother to say, when Trenton is found I will not be a good mom, and Trenton is my essence, I want him to know that as he grows. Gosh, it just doesn’t make sense and it’s so frustrating.
why haven!t the grandparents come forward to be interviewed on television? Also I do not see much emotion coming from trenton’s father either. I pray to God trenton is alive. One more comment, the money that melinda left to the grandparents, sounds to me that this could have come from money that she could have sold the baby, and if their was money missing where she worked that also seems like pay off to help her do something or take trenton to another country,
