Former CIA Agent Valerie Plame & Joseph Wilson sue VP Cheney, Karl Rove and Libby
Former CIA officer Valerie Plame and her husband Joe Wilson are suing VP Dick Cheney, Karl Rove and Lewis Libby along with 10 unnamed administration officials or political operatives because they engaged in a “whispering campaign” to destroy her career.
The lawsuit alleges that Cheney, Libby and Rove “secretly spread rumors” that Plame used her position at the CIA to get her husband sent on the Niger trip. It accuses the White House officials of violating the Wilsons’ constitutional rights to equal protection and freedom of speech. It also accuses the officials of violating the couple’s privacy rights.
The civil lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, attorneys fees and costs.
I guess Plame and Wilson missed the part about Valerie’s outing of her by her own husband in “Who’s who in America“. Valerie shouldn’t you add your husbands name, Joe Wilson, to that same law suit?

Also … to file a law suit isn’t there supposed to be a damage? Maybe, with the jet setting life style you have been leading, you can explain the damages? Seems to me you have actually benefited from all of this all too willing MSM exposure.
The lawsuit accuses Cheney, Libby, Rove and 10 unnamed administration officials or political operatives of putting the Wilsons and their children’s lives at risk by exposing Plame, who left the CIA in January and is writing a book about what’s happened to her.
The Gateway Pundit has a great “must see” array of the suffering, anguish and pain that both Plame and Wilson have suffered in this experience. Below is just one example of their Constitutional rights being violated.

Most of us could wish for such damages and violations to our privacy . Oh yeah, wasn’t the investigation into Karl Rove dropped by the Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald? Details … details.
