Reuben Trappenburg – Jossy Mansur – O’Reilly Wants to Know – Who Knows More?

A very interesting and informative video clip of an interchange between Bill O’Reilly, Jossy Mansur, and Reuben Trappenburg on last nights O’Reilly Factor. The discussion was based around Jossy finding out about 3 women who have supposedly been targeted by Joran Van Der Sloot as objects of his affection, perhaps against their will.

Reuben has a very hard time determining if the police know about this, and is befuddled how to answer it. Bill O’Reilly pokes some fun at the Aruban Government Spokesman. “Maybe he should be in charge of the investigation?” referring to Jossy.

The file is 4.2 megabytes, so it will take a while to download if you are on dial up.

Natalee’s Mom Reacts to Deepak’s Carlos ‘n Charlie’s Video & New Allegations

Last night on Scarborough Country Beth Holloway Twitty reacts to the video tape of Deepak Kalpoe being seen entering Carlos ‘n Charlie’s. (Full transcript) What a comparison. One one hand we have Beth on Aruba separated from her family, friends and life back in Alabama frantically trying to find her missing daughter and then we have Deepak just going back to Carlos n’ Charlie’s like nothing has ever happened.

The quote of the show and all one has to understand about the philosophy of an establishment like Carlos n’ Charlie’s is the following:

HOLLOWAY TWITTY: You know, Joe, what angers me the most is that Deepak Kalpoe, being a suspect, is allowed to enter Carlos ‘n Charlie’s, where, Joe, I can’t even keep a poster of my daughter hanging in the establishment. I can’t—I have put one up there so many times, and I can’t even keep one in their bar.

The interview continues …

Defending Natalee Holloway Coverage

The SoCal Law Blog has a nice piece on the defense of the coverage of the Natalee Holloway story. They discuss Greta Van Susteren defending her coverage of missing teen Natalee Holloway.

Here is the plain truth: We have a missing persons problem — a giant one. The problem includes adults and children. It is here in the United States and overseas. We can either help or spend our time acting holier than thou (“I would never do such a story… I prefer to do high brow stories” Like what? Character assassination of Judge Roberts for sport? I have seen those swipes at him. He is not my first choice, but he is an able man with a distinguished legal career and yet people want to rip him apart — including checking out his kids’ adoption papers! It does not get much dirtier than that! )

Having actually been to Aruba to help the Holloway and Twitty families and dealing with the emotional aspect I would concur. There has been a rash of missing persons cases with children, teens and adults. Maybe the focus should be on these important topics ? What really is more important than the safety of our loved ones?

Julie Popovich disappeared August 11th from Ledo’s Bar in Columbus, OH

Twenty-year-old Julie Popovich disappeared August 11th from Ledo’s Bar on North High Street, as reported by channel 10 WBNS in Ohio.

Columbus Police are convinced that whatever happened to a missing woman, she did not go willingly.

Twenty-year-old Julie Popovich disappeared August 11th from Ledo’s Bar on North High Street. Her friends said that she left the bar around 1 a.m. Thursday with a man they did not recognize.

Police have ruled out the possibility that Popovich simply took off on her own and want to talk with anyone who saw her that night.

Julie Popovich is 5’10″ or 5’11″ — I’ve seen both heights in various descriptions, a slender 104 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 614-645-TIPS.

SunnyinTX wrote: Are either gendered dog more suitable/ trainable…I most often seem to hear females names of S&R and cadaver dogs….

Sam: Depends who you ask. I have a F, she is great, dependable and very good at what she does but she will be the last F I own. From my experience, the males have a stronger drive…..I know I’ll hear it from that statement…..Sorry all the female fans…….

cathicus wrote: Can you let the dogs off-leash to find a scent? I imagine that in dangerous situations such as a landfill, it’s better to keep them on-leash. I own sight hounds – greyhounds who would be no good at this job. My hat’s off to your dogs.
