Jet Blue Pilot Clayton Osbon Goes Nuts on Plane Shouting to Passengers, “You’d better start praying right now.”

It was an airline passengers worth nightmare in a post 9-11 world, a pilot freaking out and spewing comments like, “You’d better start praying right now,” and according to accounts referencing Al Qaeda, a bomb, and threatening that the plane is going down. That is exactly what occurred during a flight from NYC to Las Vegas aboard a JetBlue plane.  Captain Clayton Osbon began acting erratically and was locked out of the cockpit by a fast thinking co-pilot. Osbon then began going nuts in front of the passengers before he was tackled by some heroic individuals on board.

The JetBlue pilot who was restrained Tuesday aboard a Las Vegas-bound flight had a panic attack, according to law enforcement sources, while the FAA called the incident a medical emergency.

Unruly captain Clayton Osbon, with 131 passengers and six crew members aboard flight 191, was subdued by at least five passengers after his co-pilot reportedly locked him out of the cockpit when he displayed potentially dangerous behavior. The flight from Kennedy Airport in New York was diverted to Amarillo, Texas.

Thankfully, there was an off duty JetBlue pilot traveling on the flight who helped land the plane.  Once on the ground, Osbon was taken off the plane in handcuffs and a wheelchair by Amarillo police and is now in FBI custody.

Who finds it a tad bit bizarre that of all the things that a pilot would say would be “bomb” and “Al Qaeda”?  According to news accounts pilots are required to have medical check ups, but not mental evaluations. The airlines might want to add those the the list after this bizarre event.

Teacher in France Calls for Moment of Silence for Serial Killer Mohamed Merah

UNREAL … School teacher in France calls for a moment of silence for serial killer and possible terrorist Mohamed Merah. According to reports, the students told their principal that their French English teacher called the serial killer a “victim,” and that she said his links to al-Qaida were fabricated by the media and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Mohamed Merah murdered three children and a rabbi at a Jewish school and killed three soldiers … but this fool thinks he was a victim.

France’s education minister called for disciplinary proceedings against a teacher in the north of France on Friday, after she allegedly asked her students to observe a moment’s silence for serial killer Mohamed Merah, the man who gunned down three children and a rabbi in front of Jewish school in Toulouse earlier this week.

Students in the the French English teacher’s class in Rouen wrote to their principal that she had called the serial killer a “victim,” and said his links to al-Qaida were fabricated by the media and French President Nicolas Sarkozy, according to AFP.

As stated at Weasel Zippers, what a shock that few were thrilled by the idea. Mohamed Merah was finally shot to death after a long stand off with police.

Stand Off in Toulouse, France With Suspected French Gunman (Mohammed Merah) Linked to School Shootings Killing Three Jewish Children & a Rabbi … Claims He Has Links to Al Qaeda (UPDATE: Gunman Dead)

There is a tense stand off in Toulouse, France as police have surrounded the suspected gunman responsible for the school shootings earlier this week where three Jewish school children and a Rabbi were murdered. What a shock, turns out that the suspect is claiming to have links to the terror group Al Qaeda. The barricaded suspect is also suspected of killing three paratroopers. The suspect has been identified as Mohammad Merah, a 23-24 year old Frenchman of Algerian descent.

About 300 police officers surrounded an apartment in the south of France on Wednesday, trying to coax a man whom authorities called a self-styled al Qaeda jihadist to surrender after a series of shootings that left seven people dead.

Soon after special operations police mounted their raid in Toulouse at 3:30 a.m., shots rang out from inside, wounding two officers, police said.

The man later threw a handgun out the window, but he has other guns, Interior Minister Claude Gueant said.

As the standoff stretched to its sixth hour, Gueant said he expected the suspect to give himself up in the afternoon.

Bin Laden Ordered Obama Assassination to Put “Completely Unprepared” Joe Biden Into Office of Presidency

This is rather interesting … Osama bin Laden ordered  assassination of President Barack Obama to cause chaos and have a “completely unprepared” Joe Biden assume the Presidency. Hmm … imagine that logic, having a “totally unprepared and inept” President taken out in liu of a “completely unprepared” one. It would appear that Bin Laden spent one too many days in seclusion.

Who is the “completely unprepared” one?

Before his death, Osama bin Laden boldly commanded his network to organize special cells in Afghanistan and Pakistan to attack the aircraft of President Obama and Gen. David H. Petraeus.

“The reason for concentrating on them,” the al-Qaeda leader explained to his top lieutenant, “is that Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make [Vice President] Biden take over the presidency. .?.?. Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the U.S. into a crisis. As for Petraeus, he is the man of the hour .?.?. and killing him would alter the war’s path” in Afghanistan.

Administration officials said Friday that the Obama-Petraeus plot was never a serious threat.

Wasn’t it Biden who said, “Mark my words. Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking …  to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.”

Bin Laden must have missed former President Clinton’s comment that Obama Isn’t Ready, Too Inexperienced.  I am guessing that Bin Laden had never seen the above VIDEO questioning Barack Obama’s lack of preparedness as stated by Joe Biden stating that being President does not lend itself to on the job training.

Al Qaeda Terrorist Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki Dead … Confirmed, the ‘FACEBOOK FRIEND FROM HELL’ Killed in Yemen

Al Qaeda terrorist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki won’t be down for breakfast. According to confirmed Yemen and US officials,  the American born cleric al-Awlaki has been killed in Yemen.  Anwar al-Awlaki has been linked to many terrorist attacks on the United States, including the Fort Hood Massacre,  the attempted Christmas Day underwear bombing and the Times Square bomb plot. Al-Awlaki was killed about 5 miles from the Yemeni town of Khashef, east of the capital city of Sanaa.

The American-born radical cleric al-Qaeda Anwar al-Awlaki, a major jihadist figure who U.S. officials say inspired several terror plots against the U.S., was killed overnight in Yemen, U.S. and Yemeni officials told ABC News.

A senior U.S. official told ABC News the U.S. had been tracking al-Awlaki for some time and had just been waiting for the perfect moment to strike. A Yemeni official said al-Awlaki was killed along with an unknown number of al Qaeda confederates, possibly in a drone strike.

As we like to say … “Good riddance to bad rubbish”. The folks at Wizbang second the motion. As reported at the Jawa Report, it was first reported that Yemeni forces were responsible for the killing of the American born traitor terrorist al-Awlaki; however, it is looking more like a US drone attack.

Born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, al-Awlaki lived in the United State until the age of seven when his family returned to Yemen. Al-Awlaki returned to the United States in 1991 for college and remained until 2002.

It was during that time that as an imam in California and Virginia, al-Awlaki preached to and interacted with three of the September 11 hijackers, according to the 9/11 Commission Report. He publicly condemned the attack afterward.
