U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley To Leave Post at Year’s End … But What is Next? (VIDEO)

THERE IS ALWAYS A METHOD TO THE MADNESS …

Yesterday, it was announced by President Donald Trump that Nikki Haley would be resigning from her position as U.N. Ambassador and leaving at the end of the year. Haley, the former governor of South Carolina, has done a phenomenal job as U.N. ambassador and become a rock star within the GOP. The resignation was done at the White House with much pomp and circumstance in the Oval Office. This is not a normal exit for an ambassador, which begs the question, what is next for Nikki Haley? Rumors and speculation are abound. Will Nikki Haley run for Senate or maybe, just maybe VP? Haley stated yesterday that she would not be running for president in 2020 and only campaigning for President Trump. But it is hard to believe that Haley’s political career is over when she has such a political future.

Nikki Haley is a child of immigrants who rose to become South Carolina governor and then President Donald Trump’s ambassador to the U.N., before her resignation Tuesday. She will leave her U.N. post at the end of the year.

Haley, whose parents were from India, brought diversity to the administration and Trump’s naming her to the post showed he was willing to welcome Republicans who had been lukewarm toward him during the presidential campaign.

Haley had little experience in international affairs prior to her appointment. But she quickly became a prominent voice for Trump’s foreign policy.

With the Democrats being so divisive between men and women, is it possible that Nikki Haley becomes the VP for 2020?

President Donald Trump Holds ‘MAGA’ Rally in Johnson City, Tennessee (VIDEO)

PRESIDENT TRUMP ROCKED IT LAST NIGHT IN TENNESSEE

Last night President Donald Trump held a rally at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson, Tennessee for GOP Senate candidate Marsha Blackburn and others. It was massive, powerful and simply awesome.  Trump has the ability to fire up Republican supporters like no one since Ronald Regan. Trump touted the strong economy and warned everyone in his speech that a Democrat take over in November would erase all that has been accomplished since he was elected.

The Know News:

President Donald Trump took the stage to cheers at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, Tennessee, shortly after 7 p.m. Monday for a rally in support of U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s Senate campaign.

Trump began by talking about the turnaround in the economy and finally “putting America first.”

He touted the replacement of the “job-killing disaster known as NAFTA with a brand-new U.S./Mexico/Canada trade agreement and we’re calling it USMCA. No more NAFTA.”

Calling it “fair, modern and balanced,” he said it’s the largest trade deal the United States has ever negotiated and will produce jobs so companies will stop leaving.

He talked about the importance of the election, and referred to the Democrats as obstructionists and enablers of the fake news media.

He said the Democrats “campaign on resistance. They’ll take everything, including your Second Amendment, away.”

He said a Democrat takeover of Congress will plunge the country into chaos, the stock market will drop, taxes will rise and crime will flow into the nation through open borders.

He blamed the Democrats for trying to destroy Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

“They are indeed the party of crime,” he said at one point, referring to “Democratic-supported immigration policies.”

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) Says He Will Vote Yes to Confirm Brett Kavanaugh

IT WOULD APPEAR THAT KAVANAUGH WILL GET A POSITIVE VOTE OUT OF COMMITTEE ALONG PARTY LINES …

As reported at CNN, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) states that he will vote to confirm (video) SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh. In a statement from Senator Jeff Flake, he said the following:

Flake apologizes to Kavanaugh and Ford at Judiciary hearing yesterday: “The process is imperfect, but it’s the best the Judiciary Committee can do.”

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) today released the following statement:

“After hearing more than 30 hours of testimony from Judge Kavanaugh earlier this month, I was prepared to support his nomination based on his view of the law and his record as a judge.  In fact, I commented at the time that had he been nominated in another era, he would have likely received 90+ votes.

When Dr. Ford’s allegations against Judge Kavanaugh surfaced two weeks ago, I insisted that she be allowed to testify before the committee moved to a vote. Yesterday, we heard compelling testimony from Dr. Ford, as well as a persuasive response from Judge Kavanaugh. I wish that I could express the confidence that some of my colleagues have conveyed about what either did or did not happen in the early 1980s, but I left the hearing yesterday with as much doubt as certainty.

What I do know is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. That is what binds us to the rule of law. While some may argue that a different standard should apply regarding the Senate’s advice and consent responsibilities, I believe that the constitution’s provisions of fairness and due process apply here as well.

I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”

We shall see. I will believe it when he finally makes the vote.

FORD-KAVANAUGH HEARING: Christine Ford Admits During Testimony that Senate Democrat Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein Recommended Activist Attorney Debra Katz to Her (VIDEO)

WHAT WE LEARNED YESTERDAY DURING SENATE JUDICIARY HEARING THAT IS TROUBLING

From the Washington Free Beacon, it was revealed yesterday during the Ford-Kavanaugh judiciary hearing that the Senate ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein’s office recommended the liberal activist attorney Debra Katz. HUH? How does this happen? From the Feinstein office that withheld the Ford letter from from the Republican chairman and the FBI comes this gem. Yeah, there was no political games going on here.

Rachel Mitchell, a prosecutor in the Maricopa County, Arizona Attorney’s Office who the committee selected to assist Republican lawmakers in questioning Ford, asked Ford in what she described as a “clean-up question” about her attorneys representing her through the process.

“Which of your two lawyers did Senator Feinstein’s office recommend,” Mitchell asked.

“The Katz firm,” Ford responded.

Ford is represented by Debra Katz and Michael Bromwich. Of the two, Katz, has been the public face of Ford’s team. She is the one who appeared on television to announce that Ford would testify publicly.

AZ Sex Crimes Prosecutor Rachel Mitchell Told Republican Following Senate Judiciary Hearing She Would Not Charge Supreme Court Nominee Kavanaugh After Hearing Testimonies of the Kavanaugh or his Accuser Christine Blasey Ford

ARIZONA SEX CRIMES PROSECUTOR RACHEL MITCHELL SAID SHE WOULD NOT CHARGE KAVANAUGH AFTER HEARING TESTIMONIES …

It was high drama yesterday during the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing as accuser Christine Blasey Ford and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh provided testimony during the confirmation hearing of Kavanaugh. But after hours and hours of testimony, did we really learn anything new that we already didn’t know? Did Dr. Ford provide any corroboration to her accusations? Did Kavanaugh crack and provide a lack luster defense? The answers are no, no and no.

In a meeting with Republicans following the hearing Arizona sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell told them her analysis and that after listening to both Ford’s and Kavanaugh’s testimony, Mitchell stated that this case against Kavanaugh could never be brought to a court room and that she would never charge him.

Brooke Singman of Fox News quoted one source as saying “Mitchell was very clear with senators that based on evidence presented, she couldn’t bring the case ‘anywhere near a court room.’”

As reported at The Politico, Rachel Mitchell told the Senate Republicans that as a prosecutor she would not charge Kavanaugh or even pursue a search warrant.

Then, in the full GOP conference meeting, Murkowski, Collins and Flake offered their colleagues no signal of where they would land, according to an attendee. Rachel Mitchell, a lawyer who was retained by the Senate GOP to question Ford, broke down her analysis of the testimony to Republicans, but did not advise them how to vote. She told them that as a prosecutor she would not charge Kavanaugh or even pursue a search warrant, according to a person briefed on the meeting.

The examination of Dr. Ford by Arizona sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell for the Republicans, went slow, methodically and pretty much no where. Let me just say I initially thought this would be a mistake and it was. However, even with this wrong type of questioning, it was obvious that Ford’s accusations against Kavanaugh were just that. There was no corroboration or evidence to prove her accusations. In fact, a he said, she said turned in to a she said, they said. All of the witnesses that Ford stated was at the party where she was sexually assaulted all stated that they either had no recollection or no knowledge of any such get together. Even Ford’s long time best friend from high school, Leland Ingham Keyser, stated she was never at any party with Kavanaugh. Christine Blasey Ford went on to say she didn’t expect Leland and a boy, P.J. to remember that party because it not a remarkable party compared to their “more notorious parties” and that nothing remarkable happened to them. HOLD THE PHONE. How about Ford remember? She is claiming something “remarkable” did happen to her yet she can’t remember the time, day, month or really year the party took place. Ford can’t remember how she got to the party or home from the party. I do not doubt that something happened to Dr. Ford in her life. But it was not Kavanaugh. I think Dr. Ford is troubled and needs mental health help to deal with the demons, not a Democrat party of shills looking to use her for their own power.

In the end I think the GOP’s decision to use sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell was a mistake by Republicans, but it served its purpose. Republicans were cowardice because they did not want to look like a bunch of white men attacking a accusing female. Good grief, grow a set. That is what was do refreshing about judge Brett Kavanaugh’s opening statement defense, then Sen. Lindsey Graham.
