Former FBI Director James Comey Admits that He Leaked Memos … Did Comey Violate Laws In Leaking The Trump Memo? (VIDEO)

JUST WHO COMMITTED THE CRIME?

In one of the most damning moments of from Thursday’s Senate Intelligence Committee hearing during questioning from Senator Susan Collins (R-ME), former FBI director James Comey admitted that he leaked the Trump memo. Legal scholar and analyst Jonathon Turley asked the question, did Comey violate the law when he leaked this Trump memo to his friend, Columbia Law School Professor Daniel Richman, and directed him to leak it to the media? Like clockwork, the leaked memo showed up in the New Your Times.

Comey admitted that leak after Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, asked him why he kept those memos, and then asked if he ever shared any of them outside the Department of Justice.

Comey replied by saying that after Trump hinted on Twitter that he might have tapes of discussions between the two men, he thought it made sense to release his memo, and admitted he was hoping it would create the need for special counsel.

Via Jonathon Turley:

One of the most interesting new disclosures today in the Comey hearing was the admission by former FBI Director James Comey that he intentionally used a “friend” on the Columbia law faculty to leak his memos to the media.  Comey says that he did so to force the appointment of a Special Counsel. However, those memos could be viewed as a government record and potential evidence in a criminal investigation.

Notably, Columbia Law School Professor Daniel Richman on a faculty webpage reads that he is “currently an adviser to FBI Director James B. Comey.” Richman specializes in criminal law and criminal procedure.

The problem is that Comey’s description of his use of an FBI computer to create memoranda to file suggests that these are arguably government documents.  Comey admitted that he thought he raised the issue with his staff and recognized that they might be needed by the Department or Congress.  They read like a type of field 302 form, which are core investigatory documents.

The admission of leaking the memos is problematic given the overall controversy involving leakers undermining the Administration. Indeed, it creates a curious scene of a former director leaking material against the President after the President repeatedly asked him to crack down on leakers.

Besides being subject to Nondisclosure Agreements, Comey falls under federal laws governing the disclosure of classified and nonclassified information.  Assuming that the memos were not classified (though it seems odd that it would not be classified even on the confidential level), there is 18 U.S.C. § 641 which makes it a crime to steal, sell, or convey “any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof.”

Lib Senator Al Franken Cancels Bill Maher Appearance Amid “House Ni&&er” Comment Controversy

YOU WOULD NEVER WANT THIS DUDE IN YOUR FOX HOLE …

Following the Bill Maher “house ni**er” comment controversy from HBO’s “Real Time” show, Sen. Al Franken has now canceled his appearance..  It wasn’t too long ago that Sen. Franken (D-MN) said he would stand behind liberal comedian Kathy Griffin and appear with her after her ill-fate Trump decapitated head stunt. Guess what, Franken flip-flopped on his words and has since canceled his appearance with Griffin too. This is kind of interesting seeing that Franken got his fame in life from being a former SNL cast member. If there is anyone who would have stood behind fellow comedians, one would have thought it would have been Stuart Smalley. Maher has since apologized for using the term. But the damage has been dome. Because a liberal politician pandering and schilling a book has no room for context of words.

It is rather interesting to see libs attack their own. I guess its a good think Richard Pryor is no longer able to do his act, or Eddie Murphy for that fact. Who finds it fascinating that the Democrat party had no problem electing for year, Sen. Robert Byrd from West Virginia, a former member of the KKK and Exalted Cyclops, yet what Maher said is just completely wrong?

A spokesperson for Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) confirmed to HuffPost that the senator is canceling his appearance on the upcoming episode of “Real Time” in the wake of host Bill Maher’s use of a racial slur on-air.

“Senator Franken believes that what Bill Maher said was inappropriate and offensive, which is why he made the decision not to appear on the next episode of ‘Real Time,’” the spokesperson said in an emailed statement. “He was glad to see Bill, who the Senator considers to be a good friend, apologize and express sincere regret for his comment.”

Last Friday, Maher joked that he was a “house n****r” while in conversation with Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.), who invited Maher to “work in the fields” of his represented state. Maher later called his use of the term “offensive.”

The backlash was strong enough for Maher to apologize ? something he’s known for rarely doing ? and for HBO to confirm that the network currently has no plans to fire him.

Pure Liberal Insanity … Bully Kathy Griffin Whines that She is the Victim (VIDEO)

SHE DID WHAT SHE DID AND SHE’S THE VICTIM … TYPICAL LIBERALISM.

Comedian Kathy Griffin had a presser yesterday and made a complete fool out of her self, if that was even more possible. UNREAL. This is what happens when you grow up in a liberal bubble. Even during this train wreck of a presser she still could not be human. Just say goodbye.

She made this about females? Really?

Flashback: Remember When Kathy Griffin Bullied Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Respecting the President … “Take it Down a Notch Bitch” (VIDEO)

KATHY GRIFFIN HAS BECOME A MICROCOSMIC OF LIBERALS … A DIFFERENT SET OF RULES FOR OBAMA THAN GOP PRESIDENTS.

Kathy Griffin needs to stop whining and accept responsibility … for all the hateful, mocking and mean spirited this woman has done, Karma is taking place and as we know, it can be a bitch.

Why are we dwelling so much on the Kathy Griffin debacle, because it is more than just one individuals colossal screw up and not just crossing the line but it speaks to today’s Democrat and liberal psychosis when it comes to politics and President Donald J. Trump. Truth be known, I have never found Kathy Griffin all that funny. She is no Joan Rivers, Carol Burnett or Lucille Ball. Okay, we’ll make it more contemporary, she is no Paula Poundstone or Ellen DeGeneres. The fact of the matter is that Griffin’s ill-advised, hateful attempt at humor by using a bloodied, decapitated head of Donald Trump was a career-ender. For some one not to have seen that or one of her peeps did not step in and say, ahhh, wait a minute here, just shows how far the LEFT has jumped the shark.

Remember when Kathy Griffin had her own show? That’s okay, never do I. But in 2012 on the “Kathy” show, she bullied Elisabeth Hasselbeck, then the token Republican on “The View” and made the following comments: “with her attitude to the president, who was a Harvard Law professor,” telling her to “take it down a notch, bitch.” Imagine that, Kathy Griffin said you respect the Office of the presidency. But of course in liberalize that only means when a Democrat is in office.

Maybe Kathy should have continued to take the advice that Barbara Walters told her and she would not find herself in the middle of the fire storm she is and no career. But this is not what liberals do in present day. They have reached such a frothing, psychotic state that they have no idea where sanity begins and ends. This is the reason why so many have run from the Democrat party, can you say blue color workers, because in essence, the Kathy Griffin has come to be the poster child of the Party … bat-shit, crazy and nuts!

VIA Mediate:

Once upon a time, Kathy Griffin had her own talk-show on Bravo called Kathy. Things were simpler then: Barack Obama was up for reelection and marriage equality was a big issue. Griffin played a clip from Obama’s appearance on The View, and let Elisabeth Hasselbeck really have it for her “attitude to the president, who was a Harvard Law professor,” telling her to “take it down a notch, bitch.”

Nowadays, Kathy Griffin is in some serious hot water for a picture of her holding Donald Trump’s decapitated head covered in fake blood.

In the clip, Griffin speaks of her time on The View and how Barbara Walters said to “respect the president.” But oh my, how things have changed. Perhaps there was an unmentioned caveat to Walter’s lesson: if it’s a President you don’t like, you can totally depict his bloody, severed head in a photoshoot.

Hillary Clinton Continues to Blame Everyone for her Loss … Now its the ‘Bankrupt’ DNC’s Fault (VIDEO)

THE BUCK DOES NOT STOP WITH HILLARY … SHE IS ALWAYS THE VICTIM!!!

At a Recode conference on Wednesday, an extremely bitter Hillary Clinton slammed the DNC and blamed them for her crushing 2016 presidential election loss. Of course we know that Hillary the candidate had nothing to do with the loss as she has gone on to blame the Russians, former FBI Director Comey and now it’s the bankrupt DNC’s fault that she lost an unlosable election! Hell, she even slammed the NY Times. But maybe the most incredible line from Hillary Clinton was, I was the ‘victim’ of an assumption that I would win.

Hillary Clinton on Wednesday broadly spread around the blame for her loss in last year’s presidential election, pointing to suspected Russian cyberattacks, the Democratic National Committee’s data operation and a “very broad assumption that I was going to win.”

Full video below of the interview. Wow, after painfully making my way through this entire video, I can now say more than ever how estacctic I am that Hillary Clinton did not win the presidency in 2016. To all that voted against her, thank you!

Full transcript: Hillary Clinton at Code 2017.

Mossberg: How do you do it? How do we do it going forward?

Let me just do a comparison for you. I set up my campaign and we have our own data operation. I get the nomination. So I’m now the nominee of the Democratic Party. I inherit nothing from the Democratic Party.

Mossberg: What do you mean nothing?

I mean it was bankrupt, it was on the verge of insolvency, its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong. I had to inject money into it …

Mossberg: This is the DNC you’re talking about.

The DNC, to keep it going. Okay. Donald Trump, who did nothing about really setting up any kind of data operation, inherits an RNC data foundation that, after the Republicans lost in 2012, and they thought they had a very good operation with the setup that Romney did called ORCA, they thought that was really state of the art, they lose.

So they raised — best estimates are close to a hundred million dollars, they brought in their main vendors, they basically said, “We will never be behind the Democrats again,” and they invested between 2012 and 2016 this hundred million dollars to build this data foundation. They beta tested it. They ran it … somebody was able to determine about 227,000 surveys to double check, triple check, quadruple check, the information.
