Florida Bill Introduced by Democrat State Sen. Audrey Gibson would Require Anger Management Classes for Individuals Who Buy Bullets

The liberal Democrat insanity continues …

State Sen. Audrey Gibson (D-Jacksonville) has introduced a bill in Florida that would require all individuals who buy bullets to first take anger management classes. You read that correct, she is serious. This is not a SNL skit or a story from The Onion. This fool wants to require law abiding citizens to first take certified anger management courses before they can buy ammunition. The Democrat State senator stated that this is not about guns. Why of course it isn’t … NOT!!! It’s just about the ammunition that makes the gun lethal, otherwise you are holding a broom in your hands or I guess you could throw your hand gun at your attacker. Everyone predicted that Democrats would do an end run around the Second Amendment and go after the bullets claiming you have a Right to Bear Arms, not a right to bullets. I dare Democrats to challenge this obvious backdoor attack on the US Constitution in the Supreme Court.

Sen. Audrey Gibson went on to ramble in defense of this ignorant bill that its about safety and we all see road rage on the highways these days. HUH?It is simply criminal that these moon bat Democrats automatically presume that some one has “anger management” issues who would buy bullets. She mentioned road rage so why isn’t she claiming that all people before they get a drivers license pass anger management classes as well? I would like to introduce a bill of my own … any one who introduces such a bill like Audrey Gibson is required to be put in a straight jacket with ties in the back.

A Florida legislator wants anyone trying to buy ammunition to complete an anger management program first, in what critics say is the latest example of local lawmakers reaching for constitutionally-dubious solutions to the problem of gun violence. The bill filed Saturday by state Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a three-day waiting period for the sale of any firearm and the sale of ammunition to anyone who has not completed anger management courses. The proposal would require ammo buyers to take the anger management courses every 10 years. “This is not about guns,” Gibson said. “This is about ammunition and not only for the safety of the general community, but also for the safety of law enforcement.”

The anti-Second Amendment bill would do the following if passed:

Gibson’s bill does not offer a threshold for the amount of ammunition needed to necessitate the need for anger management courses. “It is unlawful to: A) Sell ammunition to another person who does not present certification that he or she has successfully completed an anger-management program consisting of at least 2 hours of online or face-to-face instruction in anger-management techniques,” the bill reads. “The certification must be renewed every 10 years. B) Purchase or otherwise obtain ammunition by fraud, false pretense, or false representation.” Those in violation of the bill, if passed, would face a second-degree misdemeanor charge. Anyone found in violation a second time within a year of a prior conviction would face a first-degree misdemeanor charge.

Bipartisan Group Of Senators on Verge Of a Deal to Expand Background Checks … This is How Tyranny Begins

So this is how tyranny begins and the GOP ends. It obviously makes no difference anymore what party politicians belong to, they are all after more government control over “We the People”.  As reported in the Washington Post, a bipartisan group of Senators is close to a deal that would expand background checks on the purchasing of guns. This ship of fools is passing this off as a bold first step toward consideration of legislation to limit gun violence in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings in Newtown, CT.  Really, how many criminals or individuals are going to put themselves through a background check if they are using a gun in the commission of a crime. Seriously folks, use your brain. With having some one like Chucky Schumer involved in the legislation, this is just a way of Democrats coming one step closer to universal registration of all guns and tyranny. One thing is for certain, any Republican Senator that pens their name to this needs to be primary challenged.

A bipartisan group of senators is on the verge of a deal that would expand background checks to all private firearms sales with limited exemptions, but significant disagreements remain on the issue of keeping records of private gun sales, according to aides familiar with the talks. An agreement would be a bold first step toward consideration of legislation to limit gun violence in the wake of the mass shootings at a Connecticut elementary school in December and comes as the Senate Judiciary Committee is expected this week to begin considering new proposals to limit gun violence. The talks, led by two Democrats and two Republicans, are expected to earn more GOP support in the coming days and likely enough to move the bill through the Senate, according to senior aides of both parties who were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter. “These negotiations are challenging, as you’d expect on an issue as complicated as guns,” the chief negotiator, Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.), said in a statement Saturday. “But all of the senators involved are approaching this in good faith. We are all serious about wanting to get something done, and we are going to keep trying.”

Just curious, how many guns used to commit violence were used by an individual who went through a background check? This entire knew-jerk reaction is Democrats exploiting the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting and the murder of children so to pass their so-called crime legislation that will not reduce gun violence.  Because Democrats never let an exploitable situation go to waste.

Turn About is Fair Play in Politics … Bill by Missouri Republican Mike Leara Makes It a Felony to Propose Gun Control Legislation, In Direct Oppostion to Democrat Gun Confiscation Bill

A bill put forth by  Missouri Republican Mike Leara will make it a felony for any politician to propose gun control legislation. House Bill No. 633 reads, ”Any member of the general assembly who proposes a piece of legislation that further restricts the right of an individual to bear arms, as set forth under the second amendment of the Constitution of the United States, shall be guilty of a class D felony.” Go gotta love it. The bill introduced by Leara is in direct opposition to an alarming, anti-Second Amendment Democrat bill introduced earlier that would call for the confiscation of guns. Leara has made it known that he is under no illusion that the bill will pass. He says he introduced the legislation to make a point after Democrats proposed an alarming gun confiscation bill last week. My personal opinion is neither bill will pass, the earlier “gun confiscation” bill introduced by Democrats was just more Moonbattery and liberal Democrats pandering to the Left. The bill offered by the Missouri Republican was simply to shine the light on the gun confiscation ways of the Democrats. Guess what, it worked!

Responding to a Democratic proposal giving gun owners in Missouri 90 days to turn in rifles, pistols and shotguns deemed to be “assault weapons,” state Rep. Mike Leara (R-St. Louis) introduced a measure on Monday that would make it a felony to propose legislation that further erodes the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Of course the LEFT have lost their minds on the mere suggestion of such a bill. However, they seem to have little issue with the confiscation of guns which is a protected right under the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.  The LEFT goes into full legal precedent mode trying to explain why this is Unconstitutional. Joe Biden Says, “You Don’t Need 30 Rounds to Protect Yourself. Buy a Shotgun” … Big Talk from a Man Protected by the Secret Service

Military-style  weapons and high capacity gun magazines for me, not for thee …

In an interview with Parents Magazine, Vice President Joe Biden continued on the Obama WH’s assault on the Second Amendment and “We the People’s right to bear arms by saying, “If you want to protect yourself, get a double-barrel shotgun.” Biden then went on to say that people assault-style weapons and they don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Biden proposed that people buy shotguns. Really Joe, I believe there are also shot guns on the Feinstein ban list as well. Of course this is rather big talk from a man who has numerous Secret Service agents protecting him and his family with guess what … automatic weapons.

Vice President Joe Biden said people don’t need high-capacity weapons to protect themselves and that the Obama administration’s efforts to reduce gun violence amount to gun safety, not gun control.

“If you want to protect yourself, get a double-barrel shotgun,” Mr. Biden said Tuesday in an interview with Parents Magazine. The White House has proposed banning certain high-capacity weapons and Mr. Biden, who says he has two shotguns, said most military-style weapons aren’t good for home defense.

“You don’t need an AR-15,” Mr. Biden said, referring to an assault-style rifle. “It’s harder to aim, it’s harder to use, and in fact, you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Buy a shotgun. Buy a shotgun.”

The video above was from a Facebook town hall where once again Biden made some rather peculiar and bizarre comments of advice he gave his wife with regards to protecting herself. So let’s get this correct, Biden thinks its responsible to fire buckshot into the air outside indiscriminately, rather than properly aiming a rifle at an intruder? Really? Newsflash to Joe, there is this thing called gravity and bullets fired into the air come down.

“If there’s ever a problem,” Biden said he told his wife Jill, “just walk out on the balcony here–walk out, put that double barrel shot gun and fire two blasts outside the house — I promise you whoever is coming in … You don’t need an AR-15, it’s harder to aim, it’s harder to use…Buy a shotgun! Buy a shotgun!”

I guess Joe Biden missed the story about the folks in Michigan who did need an assault-style weapon and 30 rounds to protect themselves from would be robbers with hand guns.

Freedom’s Light House nails it, “What Joe is neglecting, of course, is that the U.S. Constitution does not say citizens can only own ‘shotguns,’ nor is it any of his business what kind of legal firearm individual citizens own to defend themselves.” But what would one expect from a White House who believes in telling you how to live, what you can eat, what type of insurance you must have and what kind of energy you can use. America, this is the government that you Founding Fathers warned you against.

Vice President Joe Biden says We’re Counting on “Legitimate Media” for Successful Gun Control Anti-Second Amendment Effort

The Legitimate Media? You mean the Barack Obama, corrupt, liberal MSM complex that has been nothing more than a propaganda tool for Democrats and the Obama Administration?

These guys don’t even pretend anymore that the MSM is not their propaganda vehicle. Biden calls for a call to arms of the complicit, liberal, in the tank media for Barack Obama.  During a press conference on gun safety control in Philadelphia, Vice President Joe Biden stated that any reports that suggest that Barack Obama was trying to take weapons away from gun owners was a “bunch of malarkey.” Really, tell that to the individuals who own guns that are on Senator Feinstein’s list of banned guns. Biden said that the Obama WH was counting on the “LEGITIMATE MEDIA” to continue to carry Obama’s water and was key to convincing the American people to provide successful gun control. WHAT, as opposed to the illegitimate media!!!  What, is Biden afraid of, a media that actually cares about the US Constitution to provide the truth to the American people and educate them as to what the Second Amendment really means? They are so afraid of the truth that they would try to diminish anyone who would dare differ with their policies and call them for what they really are. Think about that statement America.  Biden is basically calling out the liberal corrupt media complex, otherwise known was Obama’s lackeys in the media to provide further propaganda that was pro-Obama, rather than doing what the media was intended to do … question government and inform “We the People”.

“To be very blunt with you, we’re counting on all of you, the legitimate news media to cover these discussions because the truth is that times have changed,” Biden added, warning that people would continue to “misrepresent” the White House’s plans for gun control.

“The social media that exists out there, the tragedies that have occurred, the Supreme Court decision affirming that its an individual right to bear arms – all give a lie to the argument that what we’re trying to do is somehow unconstitutional, or somehow goes after the legitimate right to own and bear arms and to hunt and protect yourselves,” Biden added.

Who knew that the Second Amendment had anything to do with hunting? As the Lonely Conservative opines, “To use his own term, he’s full of malarkey. The second amendment was never about hunting and he knows it. But he knows his friends in the “legitimate media” have his back.” Sadly, you would be correct.
