Senator Dianne Feinstein’s Gun Ban Shot Down By Harry Reid, Vows She is Not Done Yet … “I’m Not Going To Lay Down And Play Dead”
Senator Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) anti-Second Amendment gun bill shot down by fellow Democrat Senator Harry Reid.
Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has gutted the gun control (anti-Second Amendment Democrat gun grab). As it turns out, the controversial assault weapons ban will not be part of a Democratic gun bill next month. As reported at The Washington Times, Sen. Dianne Feinstein emerged from a closed-door meeting with Majority Leader Harry Reid on Monday, but her ban on assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines didn’t. Reid turned down her attempt to bring her ban on 157 different weapons and ammunition clips aboard the Democratic Party’s comprehensive gun bill, Politico reported. The eventual bill that will come up fro a vote will resemble little of what Barack Obama had demanded after trying to exploit the 26 murders at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT.
Dianne Feinstein claims … I’m Not Going To Lay Down And Play Dead” … What a sick and poor choice of words.
The gun control bill headed for the Senate floor bears little resemblance to the far-reaching proposal President Obama unveiled after the deadly shooting in Newtown, Conn.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has decided the federal assault weapons ban will not be a part of the base bill and warned Tuesday an expansion of background checks to cover private sales might not make the cut, either. [...]
Reid said the assault weapons ban sponsored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), which faces staunch opposition from the gun rights group, could have sunk the entire legislative effort.
“Right now, her amendment, using the most optimistic numbers, has less than 40 votes. That’s not 60. I have to get something on the floor so we can have votes on that issue and the other issues that I’ve talked about. That’s what I’m going to try to do,” Reid told reporters Tuesday. Reid has previously opposed the assault weapons ban.
Obviously Harry Reid realized that the so-called assault weapons ban had little chance of passing the US Senate, especially after DI-FI was schooled by Sen. Cruz when Feinstein claims she was not a 6th grader. Out apologies to 6th graders everywhere. Feinstein claims that Reid promised her a separate vote. This loon actually thinks that this bill would pass on its own. Even Reid wants no part of it in a gun safety bill.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) Schools 6th Grade Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) on the US Constitution and the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments … Feinstein Responds: “I’m Not a 6th Grader… I’ve Been Here For a Long Time!”
WHY WE LOVE SENATOR TED CRUZ AND NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHETHER HE IS ELIGIBLE TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT.
Yesterday, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) took Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) to school and taught her the finer points of the US Constitution and the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments. In an astute, logical and intelligent manner, Sen. Cruz asked Sen. Feinstein a simple question as to whether the 1st Amendment should only apply to some books and not others? Also, would the 4th Amendment only protect the rights od some individuals from illegal searches and seizures and not others? Cruz so brilliantly phrased, constructed and articulated his comparison question that it left Feinstein to snap back in an emotional manner and say, “I’m not a sixth grader … it’s fine you want to lecture me on the Constitution.”
The Question from Ted Cruz to Dianne Feinstein From The Weekly Standard:
The question that I would pose to the senior senator from California is,” said Cruz to Feinstein, “Would she deem it consistent with the Bill of Rights for Congress to engage in the same endeavor that we are contemplating doing with the Second Amendment in the context of the First or Fourth Amendment, namely, would she consider it constitutional for Congress to specify that the First Amendment shall apply only to the following books and shall not apply to the books that Congress has deemed outside the protection of the Bill of Rights? Likewise, would she think that the Fourth Amendment’s protection against searches and seizures could properly apply only to the following specified individuals and not to the individuals that Congress has deemed outside the protection of the Bill of Rights?
Senator Feinstein took exception to the fact that she was schooled by Cruz stating she thought he was arrogant and patronizing (VIDEO). Arrogant? Actually Feinstein thinks she should not be questioned by a freshman Senator. Now that’s arrogant. Obviously the Democrat Senator who’s only qualification on the US Constitution is that she has been in the Senate for decades cannot deal with a debate on her Unconstitutional gun ban. Actually Senator Feinstein, the fact that you have been in the Senate is only more of a reason why there should be term limits.
GAME, SET AND MATCH as in the end Feinstein was forced to answer Cruz’s question saying, “Obviously YES!”,However, do you want to get in the mind of a ceased, anti-Second Amendment liberal … Dianne Feinstein compared the so-called assault weapons banned, that has already failed in the past, to child porn.
Ted Cruz is a star in the making and a breath of fresh air in the US Senate in Washington, DC. Another reason why we love Senator Ted Cruz, from Weasel Zippers, checks out his back ground and the reason why he could so easily make Feinstein twist in the wind.
In one corner we have Ted Cruz, a brilliant Harvard educated Constitutional lawyer who has authored more than 80 Supreme Court briefs and presented more than 40 oral arguments, including nine before the Supreme Court itself, he also served as law clerk for Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist.
By the way DI-FI, next time don’t insult sixth graders.

Oh the Hypocrisy … Gabby Giffords’ Husband Mark Kelly Testifies Against Assault Weapons Then Gets Caught Buying an AR-15
THE LEFT JUST CANNOT HELP THEIR HYPOCRISY …
Former US Rep. Gabby Giffords (D-AZ), a victim of the Tucson, AZ mass shooting in 2011, and her husband, Mark Kelly, testified in January 2013 before Congress on gun control. The two gun control proponents and so called champions of the Second Amendment used anti-assault weapons rhetoric to have our liberties taken away at the rational of using responsibility. Hmm, just curious Mr. Kelly, what killer or crazy person uses responsibility? Mark Kelly then went on the talk shows to spew his anti-assault weapons mantra.
“Have turned every single corner of our society into places of carnage and gross human loss.”
Look who just got busted buying one of the evil AR-15′s!
Mark E. Kelly, gun-control proponent and husband to former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, recently purchased an AR-15 (an “assault weapon,” he called it)—which he now says he intended as an illustration of the need for more stringent gun laws.
Kelly reportedly bought the AR-15 and a 1911-style semi-automatic pistol at a gun store in Tucson, Arizona.
Breitbart News received a tip on this when Neil McCabe, editor of Guns & Patriots newsletter, contacted us on March 7 and said:
Mark E. Kelly, made purchases which included an AR-15–sometimes described as an “assault rifle”–at 3:30 pm on the afternoon of March 5 at Diamondback Police Supply, 170 S. Kolb Street, Tucson, AZ.
According to McCabe, witnesses to the purchases claimed Kelly purchased “high capacity” magazines as well.
After having been found out, suddenly, Kelly announced on his Facebook page that he was not going to keep the AR-15, which he has yet to pick up from the store. BUSTED!!!

Florida Bill Introduced by Democrat State Sen. Audrey Gibson would Require Anger Management Classes for Individuals Who Buy Bullets
The liberal Democrat insanity continues …
State Sen. Audrey Gibson (D-Jacksonville) has introduced a bill in Florida that would require all individuals who buy bullets to first take anger management classes. You read that correct, she is serious. This is not a SNL skit or a story from The Onion. This fool wants to require law abiding citizens to first take certified anger management courses before they can buy ammunition. The Democrat State senator stated that this is not about guns. Why of course it isn’t … NOT!!! It’s just about the ammunition that makes the gun lethal, otherwise you are holding a broom in your hands or I guess you could throw your hand gun at your attacker. Everyone predicted that Democrats would do an end run around the Second Amendment and go after the bullets claiming you have a Right to Bear Arms, not a right to bullets. I dare Democrats to challenge this obvious backdoor attack on the US Constitution in the Supreme Court.
Sen. Audrey Gibson went on to ramble in defense of this ignorant bill that its about safety and we all see road rage on the highways these days. HUH?It is simply criminal that these moon bat Democrats automatically presume that some one has “anger management” issues who would buy bullets. She mentioned road rage so why isn’t she claiming that all people before they get a drivers license pass anger management classes as well? I would like to introduce a bill of my own … any one who introduces such a bill like Audrey Gibson is required to be put in a straight jacket with ties in the back.
A Florida legislator wants anyone trying to buy ammunition to complete an anger management program first, in what critics say is the latest example of local lawmakers reaching for constitutionally-dubious solutions to the problem of gun violence. The bill filed Saturday by state Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a three-day waiting period for the sale of any firearm and the sale of ammunition to anyone who has not completed anger management courses. The proposal would require ammo buyers to take the anger management courses every 10 years. “This is not about guns,” Gibson said. “This is about ammunition and not only for the safety of the general community, but also for the safety of law enforcement.”
The anti-Second Amendment bill would do the following if passed:
Gibson’s bill does not offer a threshold for the amount of ammunition needed to necessitate the need for anger management courses. “It is unlawful to: A) Sell ammunition to another person who does not present certification that he or she has successfully completed an anger-management program consisting of at least 2 hours of online or face-to-face instruction in anger-management techniques,” the bill reads. “The certification must be renewed every 10 years. B) Purchase or otherwise obtain ammunition by fraud, false pretense, or false representation.” Those in violation of the bill, if passed, would face a second-degree misdemeanor charge. Anyone found in violation a second time within a year of a prior conviction would face a first-degree misdemeanor charge.

Bipartisan Group Of Senators on Verge Of a Deal to Expand Background Checks … This is How Tyranny Begins
So this is how tyranny begins and the GOP ends. It obviously makes no difference anymore what party politicians belong to, they are all after more government control over “We the People”. As reported in the Washington Post, a bipartisan group of Senators is close to a deal that would expand background checks on the purchasing of guns. This ship of fools is passing this off as a bold first step toward consideration of legislation to limit gun violence in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings in Newtown, CT. Really, how many criminals or individuals are going to put themselves through a background check if they are using a gun in the commission of a crime. Seriously folks, use your brain. With having some one like Chucky Schumer involved in the legislation, this is just a way of Democrats coming one step closer to universal registration of all guns and tyranny. One thing is for certain, any Republican Senator that pens their name to this needs to be primary challenged.
A bipartisan group of senators is on the verge of a deal that would expand background checks to all private firearms sales with limited exemptions, but significant disagreements remain on the issue of keeping records of private gun sales, according to aides familiar with the talks. An agreement would be a bold first step toward consideration of legislation to limit gun violence in the wake of the mass shootings at a Connecticut elementary school in December and comes as the Senate Judiciary Committee is expected this week to begin considering new proposals to limit gun violence. The talks, led by two Democrats and two Republicans, are expected to earn more GOP support in the coming days and likely enough to move the bill through the Senate, according to senior aides of both parties who were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter. “These negotiations are challenging, as you’d expect on an issue as complicated as guns,” the chief negotiator, Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.), said in a statement Saturday. “But all of the senators involved are approaching this in good faith. We are all serious about wanting to get something done, and we are going to keep trying.”
Just curious, how many guns used to commit violence were used by an individual who went through a background check? This entire knew-jerk reaction is Democrats exploiting the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting and the murder of children so to pass their so-called crime legislation that will not reduce gun violence. Because Democrats never let an exploitable situation go to waste.
