The Divider in Chief: Obama Uses False Information for Minnesota Bridge Collapse to Push Political Agenda for More Taxes
Barack Obama cannot get any more offensive, or can it? OBAMA, THE DIVIDER … IS THIS REALLY WHAT AMERICA NEEDS?
The President is in full campaign mode and once again just like when he was candidate Obama, the truth means nothing. In a speech yesterday at a Town Hall meeting at Northern Virginia Community College in Annadale, VA. Barack Obama referenced the bridge collapse in Minnesota as a reason to not raise taxes to get funds for transportation infrastructure. Obama condemned the GOP plan to cut the transportation department by 1/3. In doing so he said that there would be more pot holes and bridge collapses.
LIAR.
As pointed out by Hot Air, to suggest that the Minnesota bridge collapse was a result of a lack of spending is a lie and offensive. However, the Minnesota bridge collapse had to be with structural design, according to the National Transportation Board. Can anything Barack Obama says be believed? This is just a flat out lie to use the deaths of Americans in a terrible bridge collapse for his political agenda. Sick, just SICK!
If his lips are moving, can a lie be not far behind?

The Obama’s Tax Return: Earned $1.7M in income and Paid $454K in Federal Taxes
Just curious, if Barack Obama is about to head out and lecture Americans on paying more taxes … why doesn’t he start with himself first? Isn’t it a rather hollow argument to make others pay more when the one delivering the message does not even heed his own words?
Hmm … In 2010 President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama earned $1.7 million in 2010 and paid $454,000 in federal taxes. Doesn’t that only come out to be about 27% tax? Isn’t this the President that says that those more well off should be paying more taxes? In fact, Obama says that it is the rich’s patriotic duty to pay more.
Then how come Barack Obama is only pay at a rate of 27%? Wouldn’t it have been a sign of good faith if Barack and Michelle Obama did not take all the provisions in the tax code that reduced their taxable income? The Obama’s make $1.7 million and want to treat people, small business owners who only make $250K, the same as themselves. Seems like the Obama’s accountants have found several loopholes to reduce their tax exposure. Nice hypocrisy, when Obama is about to head out and lecture Americans to pay more taxes. It would appear that our buddies at the Pirate Cove have the same questions, why didn’t Obama lead by example. This President lead … NEVER!
See the Obama’s tax returns HERE.

Obama Heads Out on his Tax Shared Responsibility Tour … But First Some More Golf
The hypocritical Obama Share the Responsibility tour … More talk of responsibility from the Golfer in Chief.
According to the White House web page, President Barack Obama plans to head out and lecture the American people on fiscal responsibility, spending and cutting the deficit. Obama will do this by telling America that it is patriotic to pay more taxes. This coming from the President who has done little to show fiscal responsibility or cutting the deficit. Instead, he has spent like a drunken sailor.
This week, President Obama focused on fiscal responsibility and cutting spending to reduce the deficit, while continuing to invest in education, clean energy, and American infrastructure.
But wait, in typical Obama fashion, as he is about to lecture “WE THE PEOPLE” on responsibility … he takes time for yet another round of golf. Sacrifice and responsibility, eh Mr. President? Obama’s answer to get out of a recession was increasing government spending, which has failed. Now his failed response to his spending is increase taxes. America, before you say tax the rich, you might want to take a look as to who the government considers rich and who employees you. Who is to say, you are not next to be asked to do your patriotic duty of a tax increase?
This is Obama’s 64th time out on the links as president. The 2011 season is off to blistering pace. It’s his third time out in the last three weeks and his sixth time out this year – and it’s not even May.
Do not forget, as the Lonely Conservative reminds us all, ”you cannot balance the budget on the backs of the rich alone. But don’t expect him to tell you that.”

Democrat Talking Points from Live Miked Chuck Schumer … Label GOP Lawmakers “Extreme”…
Democrats get their marching orders to begin the talking point party line …
Want a peek into the talking points strategy of Democrats to try and smear the GOP … look no further than Senator Charles Schumer’s (D-NY) and his gaffe of inadvertently letting the cat out of the bag and telling others to call Republicans extremists while he thought the media was not listening. The Hill reports on Schumer’s talking points that were made public to all on an open line.
VIDEO with Chucky’s audio… the Senate Democrats want to play games, not get to work and find a solution that will not bankrupt America. Are these really serious people? Democrats did not pass a budget last year when they controlled both the House and the Senate. Now after the 2010 midterms and the people said stop spending money and increasing the budget, Democrats are more interested in political games than doing the work of “We the People”.
Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer’s (N.Y.) instructions for his colleagues to label GOP lawmakers as “extreme” is not helpful to budget negotiations, the Senate’s top Republican said Tuesday.
“That’s really not helpful, if we’re trying to reach an agreement here,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) told reporters at a press conference.
Earlier Tuesday, Schumer gave advice to a group of fellow Democrats before a conference call with reporters saying, “I always use the word extreme. . . . That is what the caucus instructed me to use this week.”
The remark was heard by reporters before the conference call officially began.
Lawmakers on both sides have ramped up the rhetoric against each other amid a stalemate over a proposal to fund the government through the rest of the fiscal year and avoid a government shutdown after short-term funding expires April 8.
In a word, as stated by Another Black Conservative … BUSTED!!! So who really wants the Government shut down in order to gain political points? Which brings me to what might be an ever greater point than a clueless Democrat’s lack of clandestine action in promoting their secret agenda … IS THAT ALL YA GOT!Seriously. Democrats efforts to call the Tea Party and the GOP extremists has been going on for how long? Note to Chucky … itfailed. Did you check out the results of the midterm elections? Is this all the Democrats have to offer America, that the Tea Party is extreme? “We the People” are all beginning to believe the Democrats are childish and do not belong making any decisions when it comes to monetary issues and the future of the United States.
The NY Times, always quick to defend the Democrats, have an update and a desperate attempt for Chucky’s folks to back track and try and wipe the egg off their faces.

Caterpillar Thinks About Leaving Illinois Due to Income Tax Hike
Who says raising the income tax equals more revenue?
Catepillar is contempalting leaving Illinois due to the recent increase in income tax. As reported at Pantagraph, Catepillar is being courted by at least 4 states for relocation. Illinois is just too expensive to conduct business in these days. States like Texas, South Dakota and Nebraska are actively eying Caterpillar.
The chairman and CEO of Peoria-based Caterpillar Inc. is raising the specter of moving the heavy equipment maker out of Illinois.
In a letter sent March 21 to Gov. Pat Quinn, Caterpillar chief executive officer Doug Oberhelman said officials in at least four other states have approached the company about relocating since Illinois raised its income tax in January.
“I want to stay here. But as the leader of this business, I have to do what’s right for Caterpillar when making decisions about where to invest,” Oberhelman wrote in the letter obtained Friday by the Lee Enterprises Springfield bureau. “The direction that this state is headed in is not favorable to business and I’d like to work with you to change that.”
Not only did they have to deal with this Democrat tax increase, CAT also has to absorb the effects of Obamacare and the $100 million it would cost them in one quarter.
