FSU Quarterback De’Andre Johnson Dismissed from Football Team after Punk Punches Woman In The Face (VIDEO)
I GUESS NOT EVEN MIGHTY FSU FOOTBALL COULD MAKE THIS QB ASSAULT GO AWAY …
Florida State University has dismissed QB De’Andre Johnson after a video was released showing the FSU football player punching a woman at a bar. Hmm, but not for the video and of course the transfer of former Notre Dame QB to FSU, what would the Seminoles have done? Bleacher Report states that FSU coach Jimbo Fisher had no choice but to give De’Andre Johnson his walking papers. Following the drama and rape charges against former FSU QB Jameis Winston, there is no way FSU could survive another QB scandal. The State Attorney’s Willie Meggs released surveillance video of Florida State University quarterback De’Andre Johnson punching a woman at a bar last month. 19 year old Johnson was charged with misdemeanor battery after viewing the footage from the West Tennessee Street bar Yiannis on June 24.
According to court records obtained by the Tallahassee Democrat, the woman suffered bruising near her left eye, swelling of the left cheek and upper lip, and a small cut near the bridge of her nose. The records also state she raised her knee into his midsection before trying to punch him.
De’Andre Johnson FSU Quarterback Punching Woman In The Face
But wait this case just got more interesting, De’Andre Johnson has hired Jose Baez as his lawyer. Yes, the same Jose Baez who represented Casey Anthony in 2011. It turns out Baez is a Florida State graduate. Of course we have the obligatory BS from the defense how this individual who punches women in the face is misunderstood and a nice guy.
“While it is clear from the video that De’Andre Johnson was not the initial aggressor, his family wants to take the lead in helping him learn and grow from this experience,” read a statement from Baez issued earlier Monday.
“He is currently participating in community service, and faith-based focused on battered women, substance abuse, and the empowerment of children. De’Andre is extremely embarrassed by this situation and would like to express his heartfelt apologies to everyone, including those who were directly affected, Coach Fisher and his teammates, the entire Florida State community, as well as his family and friends.”
UPDATE I: De’Andre Johnson dismissed after video shows him punching woman.
Last week, Johnson was charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from the June incident, just days after Florida State suspended him for a violation of athletic department policy. He turned himself in and was released on a $500 bond, according to ESPN.
The decision to charge Johnson came after the state attorney’s office in Tallahassee, Fla., reviewed the security camera footage that captured the incident inside the bar.

30 Year Old U.S. Olympic Sailor Trevor Moore missing Since 6/25/15 in Biscayne Bay Miami, FL
30 year old U.S. Olympic sailor Trevor Moore has been missing since Thursday, June 25, 2015 in Miami, Florida. Trevor Moore, who is a sailing coach, was last seen early Thursday afternoon and also captured on surveillance tape when he left the U.S. Sailing Center in a 15-foot inflatable power boat. Daniel Leira stated that, “After lunch, around 1 p.m., I saw him go out in a blue RIB,” however, around 5 PM the boat was found tangled in some moorings.
Thursday around 5 p.m. the boat was found tangled in some moorings.
“The boat was found just off the edge of Dinner Key tangled up in mooring lines by a sailboat,” said Liz Barraco, a spokeswoman with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. “Now everyone is out here putting in an effort trying to find this gentleman.”
On the boat were personal belongings to the 30-year-old Moore who was a member of the 2012 Olympic team sailing team.
He and his teammate are featured in a You Tube video in which that teammate Eric Storck describes Moore as “a very good skipper.” Moore says making the Olympic team was one of his goals and dreams.
Among the items found on the inflatable boat were a life jacket and a GPS. A source told CBS4 the GPS showed that the boat reduced speed by Soldier Key, south of Stiltsville, and zig-zagged back to where it came from. It’s believed that Moore was off the boat at that time.
U.S. Sailing has set up a GoFundMe page to assist with the cost of the search and asked anyone who could provide information to contact contact Libby Patton at 440-781-9846 or call emergency services (Coast Guard at 305-535-4562 or Miami Dade Police Non Emergency Line at 305-595-6263).
UPDATE I: Where is Olympic sailor Trevor Moore?
The Coast Guard was scrambling Friday to solve a nautical mystery — the baffling disappearance of a world-class sailor.
The 16-foot craft of U.S. Olympic sailor Trevor Moore was found off Dinner Key Thursday afternoon, tangled in mooring lines, its engine idling. But Moore was nowhere to be found.
Multiple agencies headed by the U.S. Coast Guard continued to search Friday afternoon for the Olympian.
Florida Fish & Wildlife South Region public information coordinator Liz Barraco said the search, involving more than a dozen boats and two helicopters, was focusing on an area near Soldier Key, five miles south of Cape Florida and seven miles east of the mainland. The boat’s GPS indicates at some point there was a shift in direction and speed around a mile from Soldier Key.
Personal items of Moore’s, including a life vest, remained on the VSR rigid-hulled inflatable boat when it was found after 5 p.m. Thursday. FWC will lead the investigation once the search ends.
UPDATE II: Coast Guard Suspends Search for Missing Olympic Sailor Trevor Moore.
The U.S. Coast Guard on Saturday suspended its three-day search for missing Olympic sailor Trevor Moore.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the loved ones affected,” Coast Guard Capt. Michael Long said in a statement. “Despite the tireless search efforts by multiple agencies and good Samaritans, we were unable to find Mr. Moore.”
The search was called off as night fell Saturday. The Coast Guard said searchers covered more than 510 square nautical miles during the massive three-day search, which included a Coast Guard helicopter and rescue boat as well as boats from Miami police, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, the National Park Service and members of the public.

Diddy was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony. MLB Cyber Crime: ST. Louis Cardinals Investigated for Hacking Into Houston Astros’ Database
Forget Deflate-gate, what about HACK-GATE …
Forget about “Deflate-gate” or “Moneyball” welcome to HACK-BALL. The St. Louis cardinals find themselves in the cross-hairs of an FBI and Justice Department investigation into the allegations that they hacked into the databases of MLB’s Houston Astros. This makes Deflategate, Spygate, etc pale in comparison. Why? Because the Feds are involved. This is going to be very interesting as to where this leads. So far no one in the Cardinal organization has been suspended or fired.
MLB needed a new scandal to deal with other than PED.
Front-office personnel for the St. Louis Cardinals, one of the most successful teams in baseball over the past two decades, are under investigation by the F.B.I. and Justice Department prosecutors, accused of hacking into an internal network of the Houston Astros to steal closely guarded information about players.
Investigators have uncovered evidence that Cardinals employees broke into a network of the Astros that housed special databases the team had built, law enforcement officials said. Internal discussions about trades, proprietary statistics and scouting reports were compromised, said the officials, who were not authorized to discuss a continuing investigation.
The officials did not say which employees were the focus of the investigation or whether the team’s highest-ranking officials were aware of the hacking or authorized it. The investigation is being led by the F.B.I.’s Houston field office and has progressed to the point that subpoenas have been served on the Cardinals and Major League Baseball for electronic correspondence.
Law enforcement officials believe the hacking was executed by vengeful front-office employees for the Cardinals hoping to wreak havoc on the work of Jeff Luhnow, the Astros’ general manager, who had been a successful and polarizing executive with the Cardinals until 2011.
