What Was the Jury Thinking??? Kenneth Glenn Hinson Found Not Guilty in Dungeon Rapes

What were these jurors thinking? NOT GUILTY??? A previously convicted sex offender who had raped a 12 year old girl is given the benefit of the doubt over two teens. What is this world coming to? We all know there is no such thing as a one time rapist and what the repeat rate is  among sex offenders. Why exactly does one own an underground bunker any how? If the day has come that we are giving sex offenders a greater benefit of the doubt over rape victims, then the sex offenders have won. I hope these jurors know what they truly have done.

Kenneth Glenn Hinson, 48, appeared to cry after the jury read its verdict, which followed about four hours of deliberations over two days.

Then after he cried and out of the cameras view, the formerly convicted sex offender probably did a jig and thought to himself, they bought that defense?

He was charged with kidnapping, sex crimes and assault with intent to kill.

“We are shocked and stunned. We believed Mr. Hinson was guilty as charged. We still believe he is guilty as charged,” said Attorney General Henry McMaster, who helped prosecute the case.

Hinson testified that the girls had consensual sex with him. He said they made up the story so they would be able to take drugs from the bunker, which he used to store marijuana.

Hinson said he panicked when he saw police cars arrive at his property and hid in nearby woods. He assumed they were after four pounds of marijuana stashed in the bunker, he said.

The two young women were not in the courtroom when Hinson was acquitted. Their mothers and other relatives wept. They declined to comment after the verdict. (Yahoo News)

So the two teens supposedly did it to get pot? Not crack, meth, cocaine or heroine, but pot. Something that is so easy to get in high schools these days. Consensual sex with a person that looked like Kenneth Hinson. If it was consensual why did he have to take them to the dungeon and not just his home? One really wonders what was a jury of his peers, previously convicted sex offenders or people who just stereotyped all people of poor backgrounds as the same? Some thing is just seriously wrong when a sex offender is given greater deference. Wrong indeed.

Convicted Sex Offender, Kenneth Glenn Hinson, Testifies in South Carolina ‘Dungeon’ Rape … “the sex was consensual”

Kenneth Glenn Hinson, a convicted sex offender and now on trial in the infamous South Carolina “Dungeon” rape case testified today that the two girls accusing him of rape were lying. Kenneth Glenn Hinson stated, “that the sex was consensual.”

A convicted sex offender accused of raping two teens in a dungeon-like space behind his home testified Saturday that he had sex with both of his accusers hours before the alleged crimes took place.

Kenneth Glenn Hinson said one of the 17-year-old girls then asked him for money.

The girls have testified that Hinson, 48, took them from a bedroom while they slept in March 2006. Prosecutors allege he bound them with duct tape, raped them and left them to die in a small room hidden beneath a tool shed.

Hinson’s attorney has said the girls lied and the sex was consensual.

Hinson testified that the girls asked him to purchase a sexual device about a week before the alleged crimes and, after he did, one of them demonstrated to him how it worked.

Once again a previously convicted sex predator taking no responsibilities for his actions, instead just providing excuses. Hinson had been previously been convicted in 1991 of raping a 12 year old girl. However, in typical fashion a judge allowed this sex offender out against the advice of two review committees. Was it consensual sex with the 12 year old as well?

When will we ever learn? Why do we continue to allow these predators out on the street to repeat their sick ways on an unsuspecting society? How is a sex offenders rights more important than innocent, law abiding citizens. How is a sex offender provided more rights than innocent children? Maybe we should start prosecuting judges who allow these dirt bags out on the street to harm our children?

Orlando Sting Arrests 28 Online Predators, Including 3 Disney Employees

An Orlando police sting netted 28 online predators that went to a home to engage in what they thought were sexual acts with underage minors. That is bad enough, but the worst part is that 3 employees of Walt Disney Co. were caught in the dragnet.

Disney is billed as the place to bring children, the so called magical kingdom, but it also looks like a place that some sexual deviants are also lured to. While it is impossible to vet and clear every potential deviant, the company’s reputation is its most valuable asset, and sexual predators do nothing to help it.  

Three of the men worked for Walt Disney Co., one as a 21-year-old intern, another as a 55-year-old part-time instructor at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and the third as a 44-year-old electronics technician, according to the sheriff’s office.
The other men included laborers, food service workers and salesmen. One man said he was an IBM consultant; another a vice president for a South Florida real estate company, authorities said.
“We take matters like this very seriously,” Disney said in a statement released Monday. “The cast members have been placed on unpaid leave.”
Disney would not comment further on whether the employees had routine contact with children. The company said all cast members must pass background checks when they are hired. via FOXNews.com

Two South Carolina Teachers, Wendie Schweikert & Allenna Ward Charged With Having Sex with Boys … Cries of Racism

Teacher/student sex case not racism … its sexism.

Two teachers, 37 year old Wendie Schweikert and 24 year old Allenna Ward are accused of having sex with with multiple males students. This case of teacher/student inappropriate sex has a twist. There is a racial component in that the teachers are white and the boys were all black.

CLINTON, S.C. (AP) – The arrest of two women teachers on charges of having sex with their male students has brought cries of lingering racism in one of South Carolina’s most conservative counties and evoked some of the South’s oldest and deepest-seated racial taboos.

Both women are white. The boys – six in all – are black.

Some of the blacks who make up more than a quarter of Laurens County’s 70,000 residents are upset over the handling of the two cases, particularly the release of the teachers on bail.

Wynonna Judd Files for Divorce … Dan R. Roach Charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery against a Minor

Nashville Country music singer, Wynonna Judd, has filed for D-I-V-O-R-C-E from her estranged husband, Dan R. Roach. Wynonna Judd cited irreconcilable differences as a reason for divorce in the complaint filed in the Nashville suburb of Williamson County. IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES!!! That’s the understatement of 2007. How about the fact that Dan Roach was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor? A minor under the age of 13!

Wynonna Judd filed for divorce Tuesday from her estranged husband, less than a week after his arrest in Texas on sex charges involving a minor. Dan R. Roach, 49, was arrested Thursday in Abilene and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child younger than 13 in Nashville, police said. (AP)
