Fox News Poll: 76% of Voters Think the IRS Deliberately Destroyed Lois Lerner Emails … Just 12% Believe It Was an Accident

DAMNING OBAMA/IRS POLLING …

According to the most recent FOX News poll, an amazing 76% of voters believe that the Internal Revenue Service deliberately and purposely destroyed Lois Lerner’s emails. Only 12% believe in the Tooth Fairy and think it was an accident. Another 12% are unsure and are too bust watching “Here Cones Honey Boo Boo”. The 76% of those who believe the IRS acted deliberately its includes 74% of Independents and an incredible 63% of Democrats. What does this mean? As much as the White House has called IRS-gate a phony scandal and a GOP conspiracy, the American people are not buying it. “We the People” think that it was deliberate and a crime was committed and there was a purposeful destruction of property.

PHONY CONSPIRACY, EH?

The consensus is: it’s no accident. More than three-quarters of voters — 76 percent — think the emails missing from the account of Lois Lerner, the ex-IRS official at the center of the scandal over targeting of conservative groups, were deliberately destroyed.
That suspicion is shared across party lines, albeit to varying degrees. An overwhelming 90 percent of Republicans think the emails were intentionally destroyed, as do 74 percent of independents and 63 percent of Democrats.

Furthermore, Democrats and Barack Obama have tried their best, along with the lap dog liberal media to make this scandal go away. Partisan Democrats have called the investigation, silly, political and a waste of time. The liberal MSM has pretty much refused to cover the story. However, according to the FOX News poll, 74% think that Congress should continue to investigate the IRS in their targeting of conservative and Tea Party non-profit groups. This includes 65% of Independents and 66% of Democrats.

This latest wrinkle in the IRS targeting of certain groups, including hundreds with “Tea Party” in their name, has increased voter interest in Congress investigating the matter.

Some 74 percent of voters now say lawmakers should investigate the IRS “until someone is held accountable,” up from 67 percent who felt that way in April. That includes 66 percent of Democrats.

Finally, a resounding majority do not believe Barack Obama when he says that he learned about such scandals like IRS-gate, the VA scandal, Fast & Furious and the plethora of other scandals when the president says he learned about it from the media. What does this tell us? The American people think Obama is a liar.

How low can he go … after having lied to America regarding Obamacare, “If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan. period!” My bet is that it will go even lower …

According to the most recent NBC/WSJ poll, Obama’s job approval rating is down 5% this month to a new low of 42%. The Gateway Pundit reports via NBC’s Chuck Todd’s tweet, Obama’s persona; approval rating upside down for first time ever with 41% viewing him in a favorable light and 45% viewing him negatively. We have said for years that Obama’s approval rating would be in the 30′s if the liberal MSM just did their job and reported the truth and the news about Barack Obama, rather than be is propaganda shills. The MSM is just starting to fairly report on Obamacare and Obama’s lies.

Imagine, just imagine what Obama’s approval ratings would be like  if the MSM decided to truthfully report on Benghazi, IRS-gate, the economy, the $17 trillion debt, Food Stamp America, Fast & Furious, the NSA, Energy policy, EPA, Obamacare and Obama’s disastrous foreign policy in Egypt, Libya, Syria and the entire Middle East. This man has been a catastrophe for the United States.

President Barack Obama’s approval rating has declined to an all-time low as public frustration with Washington and pessimism about the nation’s direction continue to grow, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

Just 42 percent approve of the president’s job performance, which is down five points from earlier this month. By comparison, 51 percent disapprove of his job in office — tied for his all-time high.

The NBC/WSJ pollsters argue that no single reason explains Obama’s lower poll standing. Rather, they attribute it to the accumulation of setbacks since the summer — allegations of spying by the National Security Agency, the debate over Syria’s chemical weapons, the government shutdown and now intense scrutiny over the problems associated with the health care law’s federal website and its overall implementation.

As for other results from the NBC/WSJ poll, from the looks of how individuals feel about Congress, incumbent and establishment politicians should be a bit nervous heading into 2014 and 2016. The people may have finally reached the tipping point and will throw the bums out.

What did the President know and when?

Barack Obama was supposed to be the smartest president ever. Now we see a president is a mere onlooker in his own White House. MSNBC and ‘The Morning Joe’ delivered a damning video of Barack Obama, the Bystander in Chief, who appears to be just clueless and left in the dark. But is it really possible that an individual, the President of the United States, could be that far out of the loop and disengaged from all things bad and scandalous in his administration like Fast & Furious, IRS-gate, Benghazi terror attack, NSA-gate, AP-gate, and the Obamacare rollout. But at the same time Obama is in the minutia with Obamacare in acting like an insurance agent selling plans and getting involved in the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin case.

Is this really a case of Obama being a bystander, or his attempt for plausible deniability? Does anyone really think Obama is out of the loop, or are all of his actions intentional with a smile?

So what is worse America, a liar as president, or a complete and total incompetent? Let this be a lesson to all Americans why you never elect a community agitator as president or some one so unqualified to do the job.

Audit Shows NSA Broke Privacy Rules 1000′s of Times Since 2008 … Bulk of Infractions Are “Unauthorized Surveillance of Americans”

NAH, the NSA is not spying on us. Only if you count the thousands of times that an audit showed they actually did …

The WAPO reports, an NSA audit dated May 2012, counted 2,776 incidents in the preceding 12 months of unauthorized collection, storage, access to or distribution of legally protected communications. As The Hill states, the report is based on an internal audit and other documents leaked to the news organization by Edward Snowden. In other words, had Snowden not spill the beans, “We the People” would have had no knowledge of any of the NSA’s spying on Americans.

But its just a phony scandal.

The National Security Agency has broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents.

Most of the infractions involve unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the United States, both of which are restricted by statute and executive order. They range from significant violations of law to typographical errors that resulted in unintended interception of U.S. e-mails and telephone calls.

The documents, provided earlier this summer to The Washington Post by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, include a level of detail and analysis that is not routinely shared with Congress or the special court that oversees surveillance. In one of the documents, agency personnel are instructed to remove details and substitute more generic language in reports to the Justice Department and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The Obama administration has provided almost no public information about the NSA’s compliance record. In June, after promising to explain the NSA’s record in “as transparent a way as we possibly can,” Deputy Attorney General James Cole described extensive safeguards and oversight that keep the agency in check. “Every now and then, there may be a mistake,” Cole said in congressional testimony.

The NSA audit obtained by The Post, dated May 2012, counted 2,776 incidents in the preceding 12 months of unauthorized collection, storage, access to or distribution of legally protected communications. Most were unintended. Many involved failures of due diligence or violations of standard operating procedure. The most serious incidents included a violation of a court order and unauthorized use of data about more than 3,000 Americans and green-card holders.

But wait … Remember when Obama said the NSA wasn’t “actually abusing” its powers? He was wrong. Or was he purposely lying? Looks like Obama just got caught again with his hand in the “lying” cookie jar.

At a news conference Friday, President Obama insisted that the threat of NSA abuses was mostly theoretical:

If you look at the reports, even the disclosures that Mr. Snowden’s put forward, all the stories that have been written, what you’re not reading about is the government actually abusing these programs and, you know, listening in on people’s phone calls or inappropriately reading people’s e-mails.

What you’re hearing about is the prospect that these could be abused. Now part of the reason they’re not abused is because they’re — these checks are in place, and those abuses would be against the law and would be against the orders of the FISC [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court].

But as Weasel Zippers opines, this is just a phony scandal, even though the NSA actually did spy on Americans.

Even After Lois Lerner Apologized and Admitted IRS Targetted Conservatives & Tea Party … 3 Months Later IRS Still Targeting Tea Party Groups

Looks like the IRS is continuing their phony scandal against the Tea Party.

Simply amazing. Three months after the IRS scandal came to light that they were intentionally and purposely targeting conservative and Tea Party groups, the Washington Times is reporting that the IRS is still doing the same targeting today. UNREAL.  Wasn’t it Lois Lerner who initially tried to diffuse this “political” bomb by apologizing for two rogue agents in Cincinnati for targeting Tea Party and conservative groups, but claimed it was not political? She has since plead the 5th. Phoney scandal, eh?  However, it would appear that President Barack Obama’s reference to “phony scandals” was nothing more than a green light to continue the illegal targeting of Tea Party and Conservative groups. This president just does not care. It’s Chicago-style, Saul Alinsky politics of Obama doubling down on the scandal and calling it phony.

In a remarkable admission that is likely to rock the Internal Revenue Service again, testimony released Thursday by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp reveals that an agent involved in reviewing tax exempt applications from conservative groups told a committee investigator that the agency is still targeting Tea Party groups, three months after the IRS scandal erupted.

In closed door testimony before the House Ways & Means Committee, the unidentified IRS agent said requests for special tax status from Tea Party groups is being forced into a special “secondary screening” because the agency has yet to come up with new guidance on how to judge the tax status of the groups.

In a redacted transcript from the committee provided to Secrets, a Ways & Means investigator asked: “If you saw — I am asking this currently, if today if a Tea Party case, a group — a case from a Tea Party group came in to your desk, you reviewed the file and there was no evidence of political activity, would you potentially approve that case? Is that something you would do?”

The agent said, “At this point I would send it to secondary screening, political advocacy.”

The committee staffer then said, “So you would treat a Tea Party group as a political advocacy case even if there was no evidence of political activity on the application. Is that right?” The agent admitted, “Based on my current manager’s direction, uh-huh.”

Camp called the renewed targeting of Tea Party groups “outrageous.”
