SHAMEFUL … Now the IRS Targets Our Nation’s Veterans

HAS THE IRS NO SHAME?

As if the IRS did not have enough scandals to worry about, they now have a new one. The IRS is now targeting our nation’s veterans and the American Legion.  What is wrong with this organization? It is obvious that the IRS is not a bunch of rogue agents, but a “rouge” government agency that does as it pleases without concern. It is time that we put and end to the IRS and develop a flat tax. Seriously, what is the difference these days between the IRS and the mob or terrorist? They operate on the premise of fear and intimidation and feel they answer to now one. Take a good look what tyranny looks like.

American Legion

If the president wants to get angry about something, how about getting mad about the IRS leaping on the American Legion, requiring individual Legion posts to provide proof of their members’ eligibility, virtually accusing the veterans organization of being a cover for and sanctioning tax fraud?

As the Daily Caller has learned, this targeting of the American Legion is happening under a 13-part section of Part 4, Chapter 76 of the Internal Revenue Manual pertaining to “veterans’ organizations.” The section falls under “Exempt Organizations Examination Guidelines,” which was the jurisdiction of Exempt Organizations head Lerner.

“The American Legion has recently learned of the so-called IRS ‘audit manual’ and is concerned that portions of it attempt to amend statutes passed by Congress and approved by the president,” American Legion legal counsel Philip Onderdonk Jr. told The Daily Caller.

“The IRS now requires American Legion posts to maintain dates of service and character of service records for all members. …The penalty for not having the required proof of eligibility is, apparently, $1,000 per day,” the American Legion stated.

As if targeting conservative and Tea Party groups was not bad enough to ensure that Barack Obama would be reelected in 2012, lets go after the vets too. UNREAL.

WTF: IRS Sent 23,994 Refund Checks to ‘Unauthorized’ Aliens at Same Address in Atlanta and Sent 8,393 Refund Checks to Same Bank Account

IRS, TOO BIG TOO SUCCEED …  ARE YOU KIDDING ME … MAYBE THE IRS SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO FRAUDULENT REFUNDS VS. TARGETING CONSERVATIVES!!!

As reported by CNS News, the IRS sent 23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers at the same address in Atlanta. HUH? How is that possible? Seriously, are you telling me that the IRS does not have a database that triggers a red flag when multiple refunds are sent to one address? The hell with multiple, how about setting the trigger to 100? Let’s face it, the American tax payers are being robbed blind and the IRS could care less. Instead, they target the Tea Party, they promote those who committed illegal targeting, they pissed away millions on conventions and they provide bonuses to their own. But God forbid they actually run a competent ship. Just curious, how does anyone at the IRS get a bonus checks for $70 million when they incompetently sent 23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to one address? And this is the organization that is going to be in charge of Obamacare. GOOD GRIEF!!! Just how much incompetence, scandal and mismanagement of tax payer’s $’s needs to be uncovered before the Congress has the guts to abolish the IRS?

I guess this is what Barack Obama considers as people paying their fair share of taxes and the redistribution of wealth.

The Internal Revenue Service sent 23,994 tax refunds worth a combined $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers who all used the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).

That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011. In fact, according to a TIGTA audit report published last year, four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to “unauthorized” aliens were in Atlanta.

The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.

As stated at Biz Pac Review, nor is the problem limited to Atlanta or even Georgia. Similar examples can be found all over the country.

Although that single Atlanta address was perhaps the most egregious example, it was by no means the only one. As it turns out, “four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to ‘unauthorized’ aliens were in Atlanta,” as reported by CNS News.

Nor is the problem limited to Atlanta or even Georgia. Similar examples can be found all over the country. Here in South Florida, the IRS sent 1,972 refunds to “unauthorized” recipients totaling $2,256,302, all going to a single address in Palm Beach Gardens.

Other cities hard hit with thousands of refunds going to a single address include Oxnard, Calif., Raleigh, N.C., Phoenix, Ariz., San Jose, Calif. and Alvin, Calif. In each case, millions in improper IRS refunds were sent to one residence.

As Protein Wisdom sarcastically posts, COME ON, now! You can’t really blame the IRS!! They had other pressing priorities, like harassing TEA Party groups with $2,000 budgets.

These SOB’s actually have the audacity to go after law abiding Americans and harass other tax payers with intimidating demand letters and they sent  23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers at the same address. The IRS does not need to be audited, THEY NEED TO BE ABOLISHED!!!  This is what happens when something becomes too big and has no controls in place. For decades upon decades the IRS has been allowed to be judge, jury and executioner. They have been allowed to intimidate and treat people to be guilty until proven innocent.  This is simply unacceptable. THE IRS NEEDS TO BE ENDED NOW.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) Says “We Need to Abolish the IRS!” at the ‘Audit the IRS’ Rally in Washington, DC

THE UNITED STATES NEEDS ALOT MORE TED CRUZ’S IN THE US SENATE AND WASHINGTON, DC …

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) was on fire as he spoke to Tea Party Patriots at the ‘Audit the IRS’ rally. The fact is, he simply told the truth and spoke of an America where once the government was of, by and for the people … not against them.  Cruz wasted no time to say, the heck with auditing the IRS, it is time to “abolish the IRS.”

Cruz began by saying, President Obama needs to tell the truth.  It was wrong under Richard Nixon when he used the IRS against his political enemies and its still wrong under President Barack Obama. Cruz said, ”the IRS has no business asking any American what books they read. The IRS has no business what are the content of your prayers”. The IRS designated special code words to watch out for to target conservatives and Tea Party organizations. They looked out for words like the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Liberty, Patriot. Wow, this is still America, isn’t it? There was a time in this country when such words were used to describe our Founding Fathers, now we have a government that maliciously targets them. This is what tyranny looks like.  Cruz is 100% correct, the IRS does need to be abolished and a flat tax needs to be implemented. No government organization should ever be given this type of power and whether there be a Democrat or Republican in the White House, te IRS has proved they cannot be trusted.

“What happened with the IRS is an absolute outrage. It is an abuse of power. And it fits into the pattern of the Obama Administration of abusing government power and then misleading the American people about it. President Obama needs to tell the truth… So what’s the best solution. The very best solution is we need to abolish the IRS.”
