According to the most recent WAPO-ABC News poll, the race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton is a tie. However, there is no honest way that Hillary or her minions can spin these poll numbers in a positive light. She has dropped 12 points in just over a week and trending in the wrong direct with a week to go before the election. Making matters even worse for Hillary Clinton is that once again, the American electorate sees her as untrustworthy. Donald Trump has opened up an eight-point advantage over Clinton on which candidate is more honest and trustworthy, leading 46 to 38 percent among likely voters. 90% of Republicans disapprove of Hillary’s handling of the emails, 67% of Independents and even 29% of Democrats. We shall see how this plays out a week from now.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are tied in the new Washington Post-ABC News Tracking Poll which finds Trump now holds an edge on which candidate is honest and trustworthy.

A 59 percent majority of likely voters disapprove of Clinton’s handling of questions about her use of personal email while secretary of state. This number, however, is no higher than the 60 percent who disapproved just over one week ago, before the FBI’s announcement Friday that it may examine additional emails after previously closing its investigation in June.

However, Trump has opened up an eight-point advantage over Clinton on which candidate is more honest and trustworthy, leading 46 to 38 percent among likely voters. The two candidates were tied on this measure the last time a Post-ABC poll asked the question in September; when asked individually, past polls found majorities seeing each candidate as dishonest.

Honesty and Clinton’s emails

Republicans are united in their criticism of Clinton’s handling of questions about her email use while secretary of state, with 90 percent saying they disapprove of her response including 85  percent who disapprove “strongly.” But while Republicans were already very unlikely to consider backing Clinton this year, the issue’s reprisal now threatens her standing with independents and enthusiasm among Democrats.

Fully 67 percent of independents in the latest survey disapprove of Clinton’s handling of questions on this issue (56 percent “strongly”), and even 29 percent of Democrats give her negative marks for the way she’s addressed the email issue.

Independents and Democrats are where Clinton has lost the most ground to Trump on the question of honesty since early fall.

Gingrich points out that FBI Director Comey had always stated Hillary was guilty of this, she was guilty of this and she was guilty of this, he just didn’t think that she was indictable or would be convicted in a court. And with an Obama DOJ and Loretta Lynch who would meet with the husband of the individual in question, of course she was never going to be indicted. Then Comey went to Congress and said she lied about this, lied about this and lied about this. And this was the FBI director who the Democrats were praising. Then comes 650,000 emails!!!

ONE HAS TO WONDER HOW MANY HONEST THINKING DEMOCRATS, MODERATES AND MIDDLE OF THE ROAD INDEPENDENTS ARE NOT SAYING THE SAME THING?

Yesterday we reported on this and we are again so today because of its importance in such a close presidential race. Longtime Democratic strategist and pollster Doug Schoen announced Sunday that he will no longer be able to support Hillary Clinton for president. Schoen did this because he is putting country ahead of party and a single candidate. I have longed disagreed with Doug Schoen; however, respected him. This is an example of why. I to believe, like Schoen, never should we elect an individual of any party who would simply through the country into chaos and a “constitutional” crisis. Sadly, the Democrat party did just that as they cooked a Democrat primary as seen by the Wikileaks emails as Team Clinton, the DNC and the MSM all colluded against Bernie Sanders. A vote for Hillary Clinton was always a risky vote as one never knew what scandal would blow up again, no matter how hard the Obama DOJ, FBI and Democrat media complex tried to cover for her.

In an op-ed in the Hill, Schoen said that he believed the United States could face a “constitutional crisis” if Clinton is elected president due to the looming FBI investigation into her private email server and the email practices of her aides.

“I say this because regardless of what Secretary Clinton did or didn’t do or what her aide, Huma Abedin, did or didn’t do or even what Anthony Weiner did or didn’t do, I am now convinced that we will be facing the very real possibility of a constitutional crisis with many dimensions and deleterious consequences should Secretary Clinton win the election,” Schoen wrote.

The question that remains is just how many Democrat voters are also having a change of conscience and feel this is just a scandal too far? How many Independents have just had enough? Will the polls reflect it or will the final poll be in the election vote count? With just one week to go, we shall see what the answer truly is.

I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life — not just political, but also personal — last night.

During my weekly show on the “Fox Report” hosted by Harris Faulkner with Pat Caddell and John LeBoutillier, I indicated that it will be very difficult, if not impossible, for me to vote for Hillary Clinton on November 8.

Why did I say this?

Not for any small reason.

FBI Director James Comey’s decision to make public the fact that more emails potentially pertinent to the Clinton probe had been found on Anthony Weiner’s computer changes the impact of this election on the future of the country.

I say this because regardless of what Secretary Clinton did or didn’t do or what her aide, Huma Abedin, did or didn’t do or even what Anthony Weiner did or didn’t do, I am now convinced that we will be facing the very real possibility of a constitutional crisis with many dimensions and deleterious consequences should Secretary Clinton win the election.

In the best case scenario, there will be at the very least a criminal investigation of President-elect Clinton. And there will be a criminal investigation of Huma Abedin, which is apparently ongoing. Furthermore, there will be potential investigations into the actions of the Justice Department and most of all the FBI and its director, James Comey.

FBI Files Reveal Two Missing Email ‘Boxes’ in Clinton Case … Yes, Thus is Evidence Tampering

THE FBI WAS WELL AWARE OF THIS WHEN THEY DECIDED NOT TO RECOMMEND PROSECUTION AGAINST HILLARY CLINTON.

We now learn from FOX News that two bankers boxes containing printouts of Clinton’s emails have gone missing in the Clinton private email server crimes are missing. Imagine that. The FBI should be ashamed of themselves and director Comey needs to resign. Just how corrupt is the FBI in their complicity to help Hillary Clinton cover up her obvious crimes? Or is the FBI that incompetent? In either case, Comey needs to resign in disgrace. How any one with the mountain of evidence and the obvious evidence tampering and attempt t destroy evidence was not recommended to be indicted by and FBI and prosecuted by the Department of Justice is one of the greatest travesties of justice and coverups this country has ever seen.

But what difference does it make that two boxes of my emails went missing, the liberal MSM will never care or report on it.

This case gets worse and worse and the cover-up just gets more obvious each passing day. Now it is up to Donald Trump to nail her on this in the next debate and actually articulate the issue, the crime and the conspiracy to cover up her actions. America, how could you possible vote for some one that you know is this corrupt?

Buried in the 189 pages of heavily redacted FBI witness interviews from the Hillary Clinton email investigation are details of yet another mystery — about two missing “bankers boxes” filled with the former secretary of state’s emails.

The interviews released earlier this month, known as 302s, also reveal the serious allegation that senior State Department official Patrick Kennedy applied pressure to subordinates to change the classified email codes so they would be shielded from Congress and the public.

The details about the boxes are contained in five pages of the FBI file – with a staggering 111 redactions – that summarize the statements of a State Department witness who worked in the “Office of Information Programs and Services (IPS).” The employee told the FBI that, “Initially, IPS officials were told there were 14 bankers boxes of former Secretary of State Hillary CLINTON’s emails at CLINTON’s Friendship Heights office.” Friendship Heights is a neighborhood that straddles the Northwest neighborhood of the District of Columbia and Maryland.

The State Department witness further explained to the FBI that “on or about December 5, 2014, IPS personnel picked up only 12 bankers boxes of CLINTON’s emails from Williams & Connolly.”

The officials were not sure if the boxes “were consolidated or what could have happened to the two other boxes.

Originally, Assange was to make an announcement from the balcony of London’s Ecuadorian Embassy, where Assange has sought sanctuary for years, but was canceled due to security concerns.

After canceling a planned announcement in London, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is now planning to appear via video link Tuesday morning at Wikileak’s tenth anniversary celebration in Berlin. He’s a last-minute addition to the roster of festivities taking place this week in Germany.

Wikileaks used its Facebook page to confirm that Assange would speak at the event, which takes place at 3am Eastern time.

Sources close to the event tell Heat Street that Assange may be planning to release some new information his organization has obtained about the U.S. Democratic Party. But Heat Street has yet to receive independent confirmation that Assange plans to dump information specifically on Hillary Clinton.

The news that Assange plans to appear (remotely) in Berlin comes after Wikileaks abruptly canceled a much-anticipated announcement in London that was to be made from the balcony of London’s Ecuadorian Embassy, where Assange has sought sanctuary for years. The cancelation was first reported by NBC News. According to NBC’s Jesse Rodriguez, the announcement was canceled due to “security concerns”.

There had been widespread anticipating that Tuesday’s announcement might have been Assange’s long-promised document dump on Hillary Clinton.
