Woman Jumps Barriers in St. Peter’s Basilica & Knocked Down Pope Benedict XVI

Here is one sure fire way for a ticket to hell.

A woman jumped the barriers in St. Peter’s Basilica and knocked down Pope Benedict XVI. The Pope was in the process of walking down the aisle to begin Christmas Mass. Following the incident, Pope Benedict XVI resumed his walk to the Basilica’s main altar and then began the Mass.

A woman jumped the barriers in St. Peter’s Basilica and knocked down Pope Benedict XVI as he walked down the main aisle to begin Christmas Eve Mass on Thursday, a Vatican spokesman said.

Rev. Ciro Benedettini said the 82-year-old Pope quickly got up and was unhurt. As the Pope’s procession was making its way toward the main altar gasps rang out through the public and a commotion could be seen among the clergymen surrounding Benedict. The procession came to a halt and bodyguards rushed to the trouble spot.

The woman who pushed the pope appeared to be mentally unstable and had been arrested by Vatican police.

The 82-year-old pope quickly got up and was unhurt, said a Vatican spokesman, the Rev. Ciro Benedettini. Footage aired on Italy’s RAI state TV showed a woman dressed in a red jumper vaulting over the wooden barriers and rushing the pope before being swarmed by bodyguards.

Merry Christmas, eh? Sadly the holiday’s do bring out the psychosis in people.

The Reason for the Season … 72% of Americans Prefer Merry Christmas to Happy Holidays

Remember, the reason for the season …

With the Christmas season upon us, most Americans prefer “Merry Christmas” over using the term “Happy Holidays”. In a recent Rasmussen poll, 72% of Americans prefer Merry Christmas while only 22% like Happy Holidays. Like many things we witness recently, the nonsense PC world are failing us and falling fast as people are realizing the dangers of a PC world. It is the reason for the season and why would anyone be offended by saying Merry Christmas. After all, it is about Peace on Earth and goodwill toward man. It is about tolerance and I would ask, who is being intolerant? Is it possible that the secularists are beginning to lose the War on Christmas.

Perhaps inevitably as with much of what is polled by Rasmussen Reports, there is a partisan difference on the question. Ninety-one percent (91%) of Republicans and 70% of adults not affiliated with either major political party like store signs that wish them a “Merry Christmas,” compared to just 58% of Democrats.

Last year, 68% of all adults wanted holiday signs to read “Merry Christmas,” while 25% preferred “Happy Holidays.”

It would appear that the preference for saying Merry Christmas is on the rise, up 4% from last year. What is puzzling is why so few Democrats have an issue saying Merry Christmas. What is the problem with saying Merry Christmas during what is the Christmas season? Would they say Happy Holidays during Easter as well? Why would Democrats prefer using a PC phrase like Happy Holidays which means pretty much nothing.

So to all Merry Christmas … Remember the reason for the season and what Christmas is all about.

Pro-Abortion Democrat US Rep. Patrick J. Kennedy Forbidden from Receiving Roman Catholic Sacrament of Holy Communion

If you don’t follow the essential teachings of the Catholic Church, why should one be able to receive Holy Communion? Here is a news flash to Catholics and so-called Catholic politicians … No one has a right to receive Holy Communion.

Providence Bishop Thomas J. Tobin has barred US Representative Patrick J. Kennedy to receive the Roman Catholic sacrament of Holy Communion because of his advocacy of abortion rights. Or so Patrick Kennedy claims.

“The bishop instructed me not to take Communion and said that he has instructed the diocesan priests not to give me Communion,” Kennedy said in a telephone interview.

Kennedy said the bishop had explained the penalty by telling him “that I am not a good practicing Catholic because of the positions that I’ve taken as a public official,” particularly on abortion. He declined to say when or how Bishop Tobin told him not to take the sacrament. And he declined to say whether he has obeyed the bishop’s injunction.

Honestly Rep. Kennedy, I do not think it says anywhere in Catholicism that you follow the teachings of the church one way as an individual and another way as a public official.

“Mmm mmm mmm” … Children, you must obey Barack Hussein Obama

A day after posting Bernice Young Elementary, a public school, in Burlington, New Jersey’s indoctrination video of the children that went viral on YouTube … it’s still creepy.

The tension at B. Bernice Young Elementary School escalated to such a degree Thursday that the school was placed temporarily on lockdown after its principal received death threats over a YouTube video that showed nearly 20 children being taught songs lauding the president, though back-to-school night events continuing as planned Thursday night at the school.

Video of the students at the Burlington, N.J., school shows them singing songs seemingly overflowing with campaign slogans and praise for “Barack Hussein Obama,” repeatedly chanting the president’s name and celebrating his accomplishments, including his “great plans” to “make this country’s economy No. 1 again.”

It is bad enough that school officials thought that this was appropriate, but to compare Obama to Jesus Christ! Are you joking? How inappropriate and creepy could this possibly get? If they had sung the song how it was meant the ACLU would having seen suing for “separation of church and state”. However, seeing that it is the Obamamessiah, that makes it okay. By the way, did any one at the school get parental consent to video tape the minors? Obviously there was a camera there the entire time.

Separation of Church and State? The LEFT Uses Kennedy Grandson to Shill for Obamacare at Ted’s Funeral Service

I thought the LEFT was adamantly against the separation of Church and State?

Not when it comes to shilling for Obamacare.

Oh Lord, help them for they do not know what they do … UNBELIEVABLE!!!

WELCOME TO THE LEFT’S TRUE RELIGION … POLITICS!

The LEFT could not help them self at the Wellstone Memorial and they could not help them self today at the funeral for Ted Kennedy. Not even a funeral is off limits to try and push down the throats of the American people a socialist agenda of government control health care.

That every American will have decent quality health care as a fundamental right and not a privilege, we pray to the Lord.

Eesh. Other than the obvious, inappropriateness of the comment, let’s dissect this prayer for a second. A Kennedy speaking of “not a privilege” from the family of privilege, that’s comical. Second, “every American will have decent quality health care,” I guess that leaves out providing Illegal Aliens with health care as the Democrats are pushing.

There comes a time and place to put down the politics. One might think that a church and funeral might just be that place. NOPE. However, as Flopping Aces aptly states, far be it from the Democrats to never let a funeral service go to waste. I wanted to believe that they would not do this at a funeral. Once again I am proved wrong by the shameless LEFT.

Let’s understand the stupidity and desparateness of attaching Ted Kennedy’s death to Obamacare that is already dead. If the LEFT changes the name of a government run health care plan that no one wants to Teddy Care, that is supposed to suddenly make people want to vote for it? Are these people insane?

The Gateway Pundit brings us a recent Rasmussen poll, that most Americans want to get rid of the entire US Congress. Amen, brother.
