A note to the family and friends of the departed, do not disgrace his memory with a Jesse Jackson shakedown …

10  days after he was admitted to a Texas hospital, Thomas Eric Duncan died Wednesday from Ebola. Duncan became the first diagnosed case of Ebola when he traveled from Liberia to the United States to visit family and friends, departing Liberia on September 19 and became sick with the disease while in Dallas, Texas. Ebola has a 50% mortality rate and to date there is no known cure. Death is never easy to deal with, but lets keep this specific incident in perspective. Louise Troh, Duncan’s longtime partner, said through a public relations firm that she believes “a thorough examination will take place regarding all aspects of his care.” Enter Jesse Jackson, race-baiter, opportunist, shakedown artist and family spokesman said, “He got sick and went to the hospital and was turned away, and that’s the turning point here.” Hmm, is Jackson blaming Obamacare? What Jackson is looking to do is go for the out of court settlement with the hospital and get his stipend.

Let’s look and examine just how Thomas Eric Duncan came to find himself in Dallas, Texas. Duncan came to the United States after having lied on his exit documents in leaving West Africa that he’d had contact with the virus, even though he had direct contact an Ebola-stricken pregnant woman, who later died. Thomas Eric Duncan answered “no” to questions about whether he’d cared for someone with the virus. Let us also examine how he put so many unsuspecting individuals at risk because of this lie.

Several Ebola patients treated in the United States have survived, but the first person ever diagnosed with the deadly virus on American soil didn’t.

Thomas Eric Duncan died Wednesday at a Texas hospital, 10 days after he was admitted.

“Mr. Duncan succumbed to an insidious disease, Ebola. He fought courageously in this battle. Our professionals, the doctors and nurses in the unit, as well as the entire Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas community, are also grieving his passing,” hospital spokesman Wendell Watson said in a statement.

Duncan’s family is devastated, their pastor told reporters. And the woman he had planned to marry is haunted by “what ifs” about his care.

One question family members have asked repeatedly: Would the outcome have been different if doctors had admitted Duncan to hospital on September 25, the first time he showed up with a fever and stomach pain?

“What if they had taken him right away? And what if they had been able to get treatment to him earlier?” Pastor George Mason of Wilshire Baptist Church in Dallas told reporters.

“He got sick and went to the hospital and was turned away, and that’s the turning point here,” the Rev. Jesse Jackson, a spokesman for the family, told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.

UPDATE I: At a news conference following the vigil, Jackson was asked if he thought there was an issue of racism at play.

Without coming out and saying it was racism, Jesse Jackson said that the treatment of Thomas Eric Duncan was racism. Good grief. I guess Jackson believes that Ebola is racist too.

“I don’t want to say that, only because that could become the headline,” he said. “Whether you are white in Atlanta or whether you are white in Nebraska or black in Dallas — we know there’s different treatment among blacks in this country.”

But his tone had changed since the morning. Before he left the city, Jackson spoke highly of Duncan’s care.

“I think they’ve done a marvelous recovery, and we want to embrace the hospital staff and work with them on his recovery,” he said.

However, Jackson added that he remains concerned that Duncan was sent home from the hospital the first time he sought help there.

Ebola patient Thomas Duncan died in the hospital in Dallas Wednesday, after weeks of being treated for the virus, and just hours later his nephew, Joe Weeks, spoke out against the “unfair” way he believes his uncle was being treated by the hospital.

In comments to ABC News, Weeks says his uncle did not receive the same level of care as Ashoka Mukpo, the NBC freelance cameraman who returned to the U.S. for treatment after being stricken with Ebola. He questions why his uncle wasn’t moved to a hospital where two other Ebola patients were successfully treated.

According to police, the incident started when a 25-year-old man was attacked by the group walking to his car. At that point, two Kroger employees, a 17 and 18-year-old, ran to help him. According to Memphis police, the group emerged from a restaurant in the same strip mall and immediately attacked a 25-year-old man as he left his car in the parking lot and headed for the grocery store.

Two grocery store employees ran to the man’s aide, and the black mob attacked them as well, brutally beating all three victims into unconsciousness.

Police report that the crowd of up to 20 teens were laughing and yelling “fan mob.”

The ignorant girl who was video taping the assault is heard to be saying as the employee lay motionless on the ground, “call some body”. Really? You are taping the assault with a call phone, you can’t dial 911?

Memphis Police Director Toney Director Armstrong released a statement to the media:

“We are fully aware of last night’s incidents. It is extremely troubling to see how many young people were involved, especially on the heels of last week’s youth forum.

A lot of our citizens are working to provide safe and productive alternatives for our youth. For those that choose not to take advantage of these opportunities, we will work tirelessly to identify, locate and hold you accountable.

Last night’s events clearly demonstrates a lack of parental controls and if warranted these parents will also be held accountable.”

Investigators are working to identify the ones responsible for this crime.

64 year old Elmendorf, TX Police Chief Michael Pimentel was shot multiple times during a traffic stop on Saturday and later died of his wounds at University Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Police Chief Pimentel was shot by 24 year old Joshua Manuel Lopez, who had an active misdemeanor warrant for graffiti at the time he was pulled over. AND YOU WONDER WHY POLICE OFFICERS REACT THE WAY THEY DO WHEN THEY PULL SOME ONE OVER OR ARE CONFRONTED? Joshua Manuel Lopez had only a misdemeanor warrant for graffiti but yet was armed with a gun and shot and killed a police officer. Joshua Manuel Lopez was arrested and taken into custody. Lopez faces capital murder charges and is being held in the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on a $1 million bond.

Take a good look America as to the dangers that police officers are confronted every day with every possible encounter they have. But the MSM, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, AG Eric Holder and President Barack Obama are more concerned with fanning the flames of racism and race baiting, rather than honoring those police officers who protect and serve. You will only hear from an agenda driven media and opportunists about how police officer Darren Wilson assassinated Michael Brown. God forbid they honor individuals like Police Chief Michael Pimentel who had a long career of protecting and serving. I wonder how many people the White House is sending to Michael Pimentel’s funeral?

A police chief in a small Texas town was shot multiple times during a traffic stop Saturday afternoon and later died, authorities said.

Michael Pimentel served in Elmendorf, a suburb southeast of San Antonio with about 1,500 residents.

According to Rosanne Hughes, spokeswoman of the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Pimentel pulled over a vehicle in a residential area. There was a struggle and Pimentel was shot, Hughes said.

The chief was flown by helicopter to University Hospital in San Antonio, where he died of his wounds, according to Hughes.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office took 24-year-old Joshua Manuel Lopez into custody and he will face charges of capital murder of a police officer, said Hughes.

According to Hughes, Lopez had an active misdemeanor warrant for graffiti at the time he was pulled over.

Chief Pimentel had previously served as the police chief of the San Antonio Independent School District Police Department.

Where Are the Black Leaders on This … 72% of the Babies Aborted in Mississippi Are Black Between 1995 and 2010 … More Black Babies Aborted Than Born in NYC in 2012

Where is the outrage from Barack Obama, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other black political and religious leaders on the genocide of black babies?

As reported at CNS News, data published by the CDC, although whites far outnumbered blacks in Mississippi by a 2 to 1 margin, 71.67% of the babies aborted are black, while only 26.6% are white during the years of 1995 and 2010. The reports shows that in some years, the percentages were even higher, in 2009, for example, the percentage of black babies killed by abortion in Mississippi in relation to the total was 76.8%. In 2007, it was 77.8%; in 2005, 77.2% Protein Wisdom makes a startling but true and valid point, “It’s like ‘Mississippi Burning’, only instead of redneck Klan members (who were Democrats, let’s remember), we now have the “pro-woman” “choice” crowd pushing its agenda on a race Margaret Sanger …”.

Where is Barack Obama saying that he could have been that aborted baby as he did when he interjected himself into the Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman murder trial? Where is the outrage of this genocide?

MISSISSIPPI BURNING ABORTING

Although whites outnumber blacks in Mississippi by nearly 2-to-1, 71.67% of the babies aborted in Mississippi are black, while 26.6% are white.

Based on data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 39,052 black babies were killed by abortions in Mississippi between 1995 and 2010.  During that same time period, 14,529 white babies were aborted in the Magnolia State.

The total number of abortions between 1995 and 2010 in Mississippi was 54,484. In addition to blacks and whites, that number also includes abortions among Hispanics, “Other” (meaning Asian and Native American), and “Unknown,” as published by the CDC.

The data from the CDC should make black leaders cringe, but instead they are silent. So who profits and who loses from Planned Parenthood?

But wait, it gets worse. Also reported by CNS News, more black babies were killed by abortion  in New York City than born.

In 2012, there were more black babies killed by abortion (31,328) in New York City than were born there (24,758), and the black children killed comprised 42.4% of the total number of abortions in the Big Apple, according to a report by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Rev. Jesse Jackson Compares ‘Duck Dynasty’s’ Phil Robertson to Rosa Parks’ Bus Driver … Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged

Some will do anything to keep races at each others throats and make a buck in the process …

Late to the game but never wanting to miss a chance to miss the media attention, Rev. Jesse Jackson of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition condemned Phil Robertson’s, the ‘Duck Dynasty’ patriarch, comment African Americans and gays and compared them to the comments made by Rosa Parks’ bus driver. HUH? So let’s understand this, Jackson thinks that Robertson’s comments are more offensive than telling Rosa Parks to get to the back of the bus? Good grief, could Jackson possibly marginalize Rosa Parks anymore? Jackson stated that the Rainbow PUSH Coalition  is demanding to meet with network execs, along with Cracker Barrel’s CEO, to discuss the future of all “Duck Dynasty” memorabilia or content. Yea, no shakedown here.

If Jackson was intellectually honest here, he would see who’s civil rights were actually violated. I guess the Reverend Jackson does not care about Freedom of Speak and Freedom of Religion when it does not go along with his liberal agenda.

Duck Dynasty makes how much in merchandise, I need me some of that …

Jesse Jackson Sr. has jumped into the controversy surrounding comments by Phil Robertson, star of A&E’s backwoods reality TV show, “Duck Dynasty.”

In an announcement sent out Tuesday, Jackson Sr. compared Robertson’s recent comments about African-Americans, gay people and women to comments made by the driver of Rosa Parks’ bus.

“At least the bus driver, who ordered Rosa Parks to surrender her seat to a white person, was following state law,” he said in the release. “Robertson’s statements were uttered freely and openly without cover of the law, within a context of what he seemed to believe was ‘white privilege.’”

Jackson’s human rights group, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, has demanded meetings with A&E and with Cracker Barrel regarding the two companies’ treatment of Robertson, who stars in the show as the head of a Louisiana family that makes duck calls.

The Gateway Pundit reminds us that he who cast stones, best check out if the house they live in is made of glass as the it was the Reverend  Jackson “who once said he wanted to cut Barack Obama’s penis off and who fathered a love child out of wedlock.” Oh yea, and lest we forget that the Rev. Jesse Jackson was accused of harassment by a gay male  staffer two years ago. But all this does not matter for when one brings  this up, we are accused of judging Mr. Jackson.

Jackson’s statement also called for executives at A&E Network, which airs Robertson’s show, and Cracker Barrel, which sells Duck Dynasty-related merchandise, to meet with himself and representatives from not only his organization, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, but the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and the National Organization for Women.

“It is unacceptable that a personality who has been given such a large platform would benefit from racist and anti-gay comments,” the statement read.
