Gallup Poll: US Military Veterans & Currently Active Military Duty Give President Obama Low Job Approval Marks

Oh contraire MSM’s Time mag Joe Kline (VIDEO), Obama hardly has a better relationship with the military than George W. Bush. Although the MSM would like to brainwash certain American “sheeple” into believing such nonsense exists. In the video above Chris Matthews and his band of libs actually try and portray that the military likes Obama better than Bush. What a joke.

On this Memorial Day 2011, a recent Gallup poll has some troubling news for Commander in Chief,  Barack Obama. It would appear that military veterans and those on current ilitary duty gibe Obama low job approval marks at 37%. So much for the MSM’s attempt of trying to BS the American people.

U.S. military veterans and those currently on active military duty are less likely to approve of President Obama’s job performance than are Americans of comparable ages who are not in the military.

These results are based on an analysis of more than 238,000 interviews conducted as part of Gallup Daily tracking from January 2010 through April 2011. Respondents were classified as veterans/active-duty military based on responses to a series of questions probing whether any member of the household had served in the U.S. military, and whether the respondent himself or herself had served and, if so, whether the respondent was currently on active duty. Americans currently serving in the military overseas or on ships at sea would not be included in this national cell and landline telephone sample.

Maybe these low military polling numbers are the reason why Barack Obama actually decided to grace Arlington National Cemetery this Memorial Day with his presence. He didn’t last year.

More from BLACKFIVE with regards that Obama is more popular with the military than GWB … “So, no, Joe; I don’t believe this President is more popular with the military than the last one, and neither does anyone else with at least three firing neurons.” Check on the VIDEOS that obviously show the obvious, rather than a liberal MSM type pontificating the absurd.

Gallup Poll: Barack Obama back Under 50% Job Approval Rating … Suddenly Obama for Oil Drilling, “Drill, Baby, Drill”

That didn’t take long … President Barack Obama’s job approval rating back under 50%.

According to the most recent Gallup poll, Barack Obama has a job approval rating of 48%, while 45% disapprove. The bounce appears to be over and it back to reality. The US economy is headed the wrong direction, unemployment is at 9.0% and gas prices rising. Rasmussen has Obama at a 48% job approval and 51% disapproval.

It should be no surprise that suddenly Obama has made another flip-flop and is for oil drilling. Wow, how long will it take before he takes credit for “Drill, Baby, Drill” ? Next thing we know, toy companies will be making roughneck Obama, the oil drilling dude. Hmm, I thought there was no silver bullet Barack? There are two real questions, one, will Obama actually drill and two, will he give the credit to Sarah Palin?

Reporting from Washington— President Obama will open Alaska’s national petroleum reserve to new drilling, as part of a broad plan aimed at blunting criticism that he is not doing enough to address rising energy prices.

The plan, unveiled in Obama’s weekly radio address Saturday, also would fast-track environmental assessment of petroleum exploration in some portions of the Atlantic and extend the leases of oil companies whose work in the Gulf of Mexico and the Arctic Ocean was interrupted by the drilling moratorium after last year’s BP oil spill.

Wasn’t it just last year that Obama said that we cannot drill our way out of the problem and that is why you never heard him say, “drill, baby, drill”.

“You never heard me say, ‘”drill, baby drill… We can’t drill our way out of the problem

Obviously his poll numbers are threatened by the high gas prices and the reactionary, flip-flopping president now must she he is the “Oil Drilling” president. Now he unveils an oil drilling plan, what about that green energy Barack? This President could care less about new drilling, he cares about his poll numbers and reelection. Why did he wait this long to present such an energy plan? Barack Obama stood in the way of oil exploration and actually harmed it. Now, he says drill. Plueze!

Gallup Poll: 47% – 17% in Favor of Lowering Debt Ceiling … As Obama Drags His Feet

Politicians in Washington, DC better wake up when it comes to “We the People” and the debt ceiling or face the consequences in 2012.

According to a recent Gallup poll, 47% are against raising the debt ceiling, while only 17% are in favor. 70% of Republicans, 46% of Independents and only 26% of Democrats are against raising the debt ceiling. The national debt (see debt clock) is $14, 280,910,300,000 and counting. Is it possible that elected officials can actually cut spending? Is it possible that we can have a serious plan put in place to reduce the deficit? Why is it that families across America have had to reduce their living standard, reduce spending and do without, yet Washington, DC just keeps raising the debt limit without concern. It’s time for real change!

To those GOP’ers who wish to raise the debt limit, you best take a good look at the Republican and Indy polling above.

President George W. Bush Received Greater Poll Bounce for Capture of Saddam Than Obama Got for Killing Bin Laden

In a word … GUTSY!

As reported at CNS News, former President GWB received a greater poll bounce for the capture of Iraq’s Saddam Hussein than Barck Obama did for the capture and killing of Osama Bin Laden. There’s something you will not here the bias MSM or Obama’s minions tout when they coordinate their talking points that Obama is “gutsy”. According to Gallup polls, GWB received a greater bounce than Obama did.

Fox News

Obama Says, “really W, I plan on using all your same policies in the war on terror, even though I say otherwise. Because I hope to get a bounce one day, just like you.

Obama got a 6-point bounce in his Gallup job approval after he announced that U.S. Navy SEALS had raided a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan and killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. Bush got either a 7-point or a 9-point bounce—depending on the day you calculate from (Gallup used both figures)–after he announced that U.S. forces in Iraq had captured alive former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

Obama’s approval rating was at 46 percent for the three-day period ending on April 30 and again for the three-day period ending on May 1. Late on Sunday, May 1, Obama announced U.S. forces had killed bin Laden. After that, Obama’s job approval climbed for three straight days, peaking at 52 percent for the three-day period ending on May 4.

Rather interesting food for thought that you will never hear in the MSM. Also, if you have to have others tell people that you are “gutsy” its a good shot that you are not. Comparable to the size of a man wearing a bowling shirt that says “Slim”.

Gallup Poll: Americans Approve of Military Action that Killed Osama Bin Laden & Give Credit to US NAVY Seal Team 6 and CIA

Sorry Barack, We the People know who the real heroes are …

According to a recent Gallup Poll, an overwhelming majority of Americans approve of the military action where US Navy Seal raided the compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan and killed terrorist mastermind Osama Bin Laden. 93% of those polled approved of the strike that killed Bin laden while a scant 5% disapproved.

Navy Seal Team 6 … The Best of the Best

The Gallup poll also shows that much to President Obama’s dismay, Americans give the US military and the CIA the most credit for tracking down, finding and killing Bin Laden. According to “We the People,” 89% of Americans believe that the military deserves a great deal of credit and the CIA received 62%.  However, Barack Obama comes in a distant, distant third with only 35%.

Military Gets the Most Credit

When Americans are asked how much credit they would give to Barack Obama, George W. Bush, the CIA, and the U.S. military for finding and killing bin Laden, the U.S. military and the CIA emerge as the big winners in the public’s eyes. Nearly 9 of 10 (89%) say the military deserves “a great deal of credit,” while 62% say the same about the CIA.

Americans are more reserved in giving credit to President Obama. Thirty-five percent say he deserves a great deal of credit and another 36% say he deserves “a moderate amount” of credit. More than a quarter say he does not deserve much or any credit at all.

35% eh, Barack? Looks like your I, I, I, me, me, me speech on Sunday night stating that Osama Bin Laden had been killed and you taking credit has not resonated with the People. Barbara Walters may want to recant her comment that they might as well cancel the 2012 Presidential election and Obama will be a slam dunk. Hardly. I have to agree 100% with Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion in their analysis of Obama’s narcissists speech … “Imagine what the numbers would look like if they said something nice about Bush.”

I will go one further, if Barack Obama wasn’t such an egotist and so high on himself, he had an opportunity to get an uber-poll bounce that would have had legs. BTW, where is the bounce? Forget saying something nice about W, imagine if Obama had invited former President George W. Bush to the WH for a joint presser that Bin Laden had been captured. The former president who started the process of hunting down Obama and the present one who was in office when Bin Laden was killed. Such a selfless and cooperative act would have shown that the war on terror is really about working together, but alas Obama, the most partisan president ever was simply incapable of bridging the divide and reaching across the aisle for the betterment of the country. Obama was once again too small for the moment.
