Obamanomics EPIC FAIL … August 2012 Jobs Numbers: New Jobs at 96,000, Missing Expectations; Rate Hits 8.1% Because 368,000 People Left the Work Force
OBAMA ECONOMIC FAIL!!! SO AMERICA, ARE YOU BETTER OFF TODAY THAN YOU WERE FOUR YEARS AGO?
The August 2012 jobs numbers are out and they are disastrous for Barack Obama, but most importantly, they are even more disastrous for America. Only an anemic 96,000 jobs were created in August and missing the expectations of 125K jobs. However, the unemployment rate shrunk to 8.1%. One might think that is a good thing and a partisan Barack Obama and his minions might just spin it as so. However, the real reason why the unemployment rate went from 8.3% to 8.1% was because 368,000 left the work force and just gave up.
The job numbers get worse:
- The June employment numbers fell from 64,000 to 45,000
- July’s number came in at 141,000 from an originally reported 163,000
Obama reads the bad economic numbers for August and another nail in his political Presidential reelection bid
Employment growth remained weak in August, with just 96,000 new positions created but the unemployment rate dropping to 8.1 percent, according to a report that raises the possibility of more Federal Reserve easing.
Despite hopes that job creation would be better than expected, the monthly report fell short of economist expectations that 125,000 jobs were added for the month.
A more encompassing measure of unemployment, which counts those not looking for jobs, fell to 14.7 percent from 15.0 percent in July.
But job reports for June and July were revised lower. The June count fell from 64,000 to 45,000, while July’s number came in at 141,000 from an originally reported 163,000.
As reported at Hot Air … this is a 30 year low in the work force under this President. How sad, pathetic and tell of the Obama administration. Americans are just giving up. What a commentary of Obama.
Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rates for adult men (7.6 percent),
adult women (7.3 percent), teenagers (24.6 percent), whites (7.2 percent), blacks
(14.1 percent), and Hispanics (10.2 percent) showed little or no change in August.
The jobless rate for Asians was 5.9 percent (not seasonally adjusted), little
changed from a year earlier.
No wonder Barack Obama’s speech was so flat last night and a major disappointment. No wonder Obama did not mention anything to do with his stimulus plan, Obmacare and details of how he was going to fix the economy. Remember, Barack Obama was well aware of these economic numbers before he made his speech last night. If he had painted a rosy picture and then these numbers came out, Americans would have said a collective, WTF. More so than they are this morning.
Following this economic disaster, there will be no Obama convention ounce, if anything the bounce may be a negative and go to Romney.
Remember when Obama said he will be held accountable, if he does not have this fixed in three years, it is going to be a one term proposition? Hold him to it America.
UPDATE I: The Lonely Conservative linked, thanks!

Don’t Look Now But Real Clear Politics Has the Presidential General Election a Tie Between Romney & Obama at 46.8% A Piece
So the people in the know claim that Mitt Romney got no bounce from the Republican National Convention, eh? Don’t look now but according to Real Clear Politics that averages numerous polls, the Presidential election between Romney and Obama is a dead even tie at 46.8%. Although the polling of “likely voters” comes from Rasmussen where Romney is up +3% over Obama.
It is just hard to imagine that an incumbent president with such a poor economics record, with unemployment over 8% and job growth sliding the wrong direction and at anemic levels. All the excuses can be made by Obama, former President Clinton and all, but the fact of the matter is that Barack Obama promised he would fix the economy in 3-4 years otherwise it would be a one term proposition. In other words Obama claimed, read mu lips, I will fix the economy. If such proclamations can be held against past Presidents, its good for this goose as well.
An incumbent President under 50% is hardly the place to be just a couple of months before the election.

Charles Krauthammer Comments on Clinton Speech: “It Was a Giant Swing and a Miss”
Charles Krauthammer commented on Fox News last night following former President Clinton’s speech at the DNC, Krauthammer stated that he that that Bill Clinton struck out. He stated that it was a typical Clinton speech, but was one of the strangest nomination speeches ever given, It sounded more like a campaign speech for a third Clinton term. Krauthammer went on to say that no other president could have done any better than this or fix this, referring to the American economy. However, Barack Obama’s slogan in 2008 was, “yes we can”. Krauthammer considered Clinton’s speech as a wasted opportunity.
This is a must see VIDEO, Krauthammer explains in great deal the differences between Obama and Clinton and how both went about their second two years in office in completely opposite ways. Clinton went to the middle and compromised with Republicans following the 1994 Republican revolution. In contrast Obama doubled down and went further Left after the 2010 midterm shellacking.
“I think it was a giant swing and a miss. Mighty Casey, and Bill Clinton is a natural, struck out on this. I don’t think it will move the needle whatsoever… The This was one of the strangest nomination speeches ever given.”
Full text of Bill Clinton’s speech can be read HERE.
Who really believes that Barack Obama is going to fix the economy like Bill Clinton did back in the day? First of all there is no dot.com bubble. Second, Obama is no Clinton. Third, before everyone starts singing the glowing praises of Clinton, he did leave office in a down turn in the economy as the dot coms fell apart. Only 32% of American likely voters think Obama and Clinton see eye to eye on the economy.

16 Trillion Reasons Why to Vote for a New President and New Direction
Yet another powerful political ad with no personal attacks against Obama or the Democrat party, just the truth …
With the National debt hitting $16,000,000,000,000, the American people have been provided another 16 trillion reasons why to vote for a new President of the United States and to change the direction of America. Under President Barack Obama the National Debt has risen $5.3 trillion. So what do you think another 4 years would mean for America and “We the People”?
Video Hat Tip: 16 Trillion Reasons.com
Since President Obama Took Office, The National Debt Has Risen $5.3 Trillion, An Increase Of Over 51 Percent. (US Department Of The Treasury, TreasuryDirect.gov, Accessed 9/4/12)
In 2008, candidate Obama said that George W. Bush’s increase of the federal debt was unpatriotic. So what does Obama call doing the same thing in half the amount of time?
“The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion for the first 42 presidents – #43 added $4 trillion by his lonesome, so that we now have over $9 trillion of debt that we are going to have to pay back — $30,000 for every man, woman and child. That’s irresponsible. It’s unpatriotic.” (July 3, 2008) - RCP
America, can we really afford another 4 years of Barack Obama and a Democrat controlled Senate? Only 28% of Americans think that the country is headed in the right direction. How can we afford to continue along this path with this President? Some times you just have to cut a man loose.
Democrats Getting Ready To Move Obama’s DNC Speech From 74,000 Seat Outdoor Bank of America Stadium To 20,000 Seat Indoor Arena … Is His Popularity Waning?
Once again Barack Obama has a ‘Spinal Tap’ moment … is Obama’s popularity waning? Nah, it’s just becoming more select.
Democrats are getting ready to move Barack Obama’s DNC speech from a 74,000 seat outdoor Bank of America Stadium to a 20,000 seat indoor arena. It would appear that maybe Obama and Democrats do not have enough buses for astro-turfed individuals bussed in and receiving free tickets to fill Bank of America Stadium. Democrats hardly want the optics of a half empty stadium when Obama speaks on Thursday night. It would seem that Dems are blaming the weather for the change. Hmm, and I thought that Obama could part the seas, and control the tides, weather and climate? Really Dems, now you are blaming the weather for the switch-a-roo? According to weather reports there is a 30% chance of rain. But wy not, you have blamed everything else except yourself during your Presidency.
Democrats are poised to avoid the danger of President Barack Obama accepting his party’s nomination before a partially-empty stadium by shifting his speech to an indoor arena and citing ‘severe weather’.
The Obama campaign have been working desperately to ensure that the 74,000-seater Bank of America stadium in Charlotte would be filled.
Buses for students from across North Carolina and even members of black churches in neighboring South Carolina have been arranged
Footage of rows of empty seats at the stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers, as Obama speaks on Thursday night would be politically disastrous – an enduring image of the contrast between his campaign of ‘hope’ and ‘change’ in 2008 and his dour, negative struggle for re-election in 2012.
So the question remains:
Marty DeBergi (rockumentary director):Reporter at the DNC – The last timeTapObama toured America, they where, uh, booked into
10,000 seat arenas, and 15,000 seat venues, and it seems that now, on their current tour they’re being booked into 1,200 seat
arenas, 1,500 seat arenas, and uh I was just wondering, does this mean uh…the popularity of the group is waning?
Ian Faith (Spinal Tap maganer):Obama minion & mouth piece: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no…no, no, not at all. I, I, I just think that the..uh.. their appeal is becoming more selective.
Best line of a post comes from the Vodka Pundit, President Empty Chair is trying to solve the problem of empty seats when he delivers his big speech. Brilliant! If Democrats can spring for the buses and tickets, why not umbrellas and ponchos for all?
All of this is going to translate into a suppressed and uninspired turn out for Obama in November. Not only is he not going to replicate what he did in 2008, it is going to truly pale in comparison.
