STRIKE THREE for Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber … VIDEO of Third Time Gruber References ‘Exploitation of American “Stupid” voter’

THE THIRD TIME IS USUALLY THE CHARM, BUT NOT FOR JONATHAN GRUBER … STRIKE 3 IN OFF THE CUFF COMMENTS!!!

Jonathan Gruber, one of the main architects of Obamacare apologized the other day for his remarks, calling American voters stupid and blamed it on an off the cuff comment that he should not have made. Who really believes that? Gruber was sorry he got caught. However, Gruber was not caught one, but been caught a second time making the same off the cuff remarks. Oh wait imagine this, Gruber has been caught a third time on VIDEO making remarks about the exploitation of the American voters because they are not intelligent enough to understand and can be easily fooled.

More from RCP with a VIDEO of Gruber trying to say that the ends justify the means.

Honors Colloquium 2012 at University of Rhode Island – Jonathan Gruber

The money lines are at about the 28:00 mark of video

A third video has surfaced of Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber bragging about pulling the wool over the eyes of the American public in order to help implement Obamacare.

“It’s a very clever, you know, basic exploitation of the lack of economic understanding of the American voter,” Gruber, an economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said during a speech at the University of Rhode Island in November 2012.

He was discussing what is known as the Cadillac tax and how it came into being.

In an effort to add a cost-control measure to Obamacare, former Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry, who Gruber called a “hero,” successfully pushed through a 40 percent excise tax on insurance companies for plans that cost more than $10,200 for individuals and $27,000 for families.

Charles Krauthammer Shreds Obamacare Architech Liar Jonathan Gruber: “We’re Hearing the True Voice of Liberal Arrogance”

Charles Krauthammer tears Obamacare Jonathan Gruber, Obama, Democrats and liberals a new one. The cat is out of the bag on Obamacare and the Americans have now heard it from the horses mouth that they were lied to and deceived. Krauthammer went on to say that this is what liberals believe, the American voters are too stupid to know what is good for them, so they need to be lied to be led to the promise land.

America, makes you wonder what else Obama has lied to you about, doesn’t it?

VIDEO – The O’Reilly Factor

The Daily Caller:

This is exactly what conservatives have been saying for four years, what we’re hearing now is the true voice of liberal arrogance. They believe this. They believe that the voters are stupid, as he said, and they believe that they know the right way, they have to lead the masses to the Promised Land, and they can only do it by deception. And that’s what he said openly: ‘We wanted to get the bill, we didn’t care about how we did it, so we lied about everything. We lied about if you can keep the plan, knowing that you can’t keep your plan. We lied about the fact this would be a transfer of wealth, a massive transfer of wealth.’ Because, as Gruber said, had they known that, it would never have passed. They lied about every aspect of this, and I think that is what has been charged all along.

And it is a scandal of the media that this has to be discovered in the sixth year of the presidency rather than talked about at the time, when it was obvious they were lying about all this. The idea of it being a transfer of wealth was known from the beginning. But they got away with it.

Jonathon Gruber Backtracks on His “Americans are Stupid” Comments … But He Has Said it On More Than One Occasion

MSNBC still carrying the water for Barack Obama and Obamacare …

Suddenly MIT professor Jonathan Gruber and the architect of Obamacare is in full spin and CYA mode as he backtracks from his comments that were just made public to all. Gruber stated that Obamacare was a lie, a fraud and the American people were purposely deceived in order to pass the law. Gruber also called the American people stupid. Hmm, isn’t this what Conservatives had said for years? Now Gruber is saying his comments were inappropriate. There is just one problem,Gruber made  last these American voter are “stupid” remarks on more than one occasion. Watch the video from The Kelly Files via The Blaze, link HERE, to video of more remarks made by Gruber and Megyn Kelly’s less than willingness to believe him. It begins at the 2:00 mark of the video that Gruber has made this sane remark on more than one occasion. Off the cuff, eh?

Sorry, but he hardly to be seems to be speaking off the cuff. Jonathan Gruber is a very well-spoken and intelligent man. He is also a liberal who has a low opinion of the masses and would do anything to deceive then in order to get Obamacare passed. Gruber regrets making the America voters are stupid comments. Now, he regrets having it be made public. What, is Jonathan Gruber blaming his remarks on a spontaneous  thought in his head, when he says he was speaking off the cuff? C’MON MAN!!!

Interestingly enough, he would not appear on FOX News to get a grilling and not just a softball interview on MSLSD.

Mediaite:

This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If [Congressional Budget Office] scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. Okay, so it’s written to do that. In terms of risk-rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in -– you made explicit that healthy people pay in and sick people get money — it would not have passed… Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter, or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass. And it’s the second-best argument. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.

Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber Brags About Lying to the American People … “Call It the Stupidity of the American People”

OBAMACARE FRAUD … FROM THE LIAR IN CHIEF:

Finally we get the creators of Obamacare to call it for what it really is, one big lie and fraud“Call it the stupidity of the American voter”. For those with any common sense have known from the outset that Obamacare was a sham and a fraud. But for many Americans, as Nancy Pelosi stated in the past, “we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it”. NO WE DIDN’T. Obama, his minions and Democrats purposely wrote this law with a lack of transparency to the American people so that it would pass. Wasn’t this Obama presidency supposed to be the most transparent ever? Yeah America, and I have a bridge to sell you is Brooklyn too.

“You can’t do it political, you just literally cannot do it. Transparent financing and also transparent spending. I mean, this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that.  In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

Imagine that, it was a premeditated Obama lie when he said, “If You Like Your Health Care Plan, You Can Keep It”.

From Town Hall.com, brings up a few points …

  1. Notice how lying to the American people is completely justified by Obama administration standards so long as the ends justify the means. Gruber would “rather have this law than not,” and therefore purposely lying about what the law actually is in order to get it passed is completely acceptable. regardless of the negative effects it has on the lives of Americans.
  2. Lack of transparency might be a huge political advantage in the short term, but long term there are consequences from voters, which is exactly what we saw last week during the Democrat blood bath at every level of government across the country.
  3. Insulting Americans as stupid and deceiving them is a really good way to lose your power on Capitol Hill, which is again exactly what we saw last week in the 2014 midterms. Twenty-eight Senators who voted for Obamacare are now out of the Senate for one reason or another.
  4. Obamacare in its entirely was “sold” on lies. From the promise to keep your doctor to claims insurance rates would go down, not up — to hiding that the legislation was in fact a tax until of course it was necessary to argue it was a tax to save the legislation at the Supreme Court. Government bureaucrats promising an expansion of care knowing care under Obamacare would be limited, etc. Hell, even the official name for Obamacare, “The Affordable Care Act,” is a lie. Obamacare isn’t affordable.
  5. The process through which Obamacare was shoved through and down the throats of the American people happened as a result of Harry Reid changing Senate rules and without the support of voters. The legislation didn’t receive a single Republican vote in the House or the Senate. Also, remember this?

Obama Just Doesn’t Care What Americans Think, He is That Out of Touch … President Barack Obama Says That He & Team Obama Did Not Succeed in Effectively Selling His Policies

Barack Obama, the American people just don’t know the good things I have done for them …

In an interview this weekend with Bob Schieffer on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation,’ Barack Hussein Obama said that he took responsibility for the disastrous midterm election loses by Democrats last Tuesday and the “Buck stops with him”. Well kinda, there will be no confusing Obama with Harry S. Truman as a leader taking responsibility for his actions, policies and agenda. As reported at the NY Times Obama said, “that he and his White House team had not succeeded in effectively selling the benefits of his policies to the American people.” HUH? Then the out of touch Obama said, “It’s not enough just to build a better mousetrap, We’ve got to sell it.” WHAT? Barack Obama has yet to lead as president during his previous 6 years, all he has done is campaign and try to sell his snake oil. This fool actually believes his policies are good and the American people are just too stupid to realize their benefits, because he and Team Obama have not properly bull-shitted them. UNREAL. This president actually thinks his policies are good for Americans, even though all the signs show otherwise. As former Florida House Rep. Allen West  said back in 2012, “Barack Obama is serving America a crap sandwich with a smile on his face … But it’s still a crap sandwich.”

Obama_snake oil

Just days after his party was routed in the midterm elections, President Obama said that he and his White House team had not succeeded in effectively selling the benefits of his policies to the American people, calling it a “failure of politics” that he must change in the final two years of his presidency.

“It’s not enough just to build a better mousetrap,” Mr. Obama said in an interview that was taped Friday at the White House and broadcast Sunday on the 60th anniversary of CBS’s “Face the Nation” program. “People don’t automatically come beating to your door. We’ve got to sell it. We’ve got to reach out to the other side and, where possible, persuade.”

Mr. Obama acknowledged bluntly that “we got beat” in the elections on Tuesday and said that the Democratic losses prompted him to have a “gut check” about what he needed to do differently. But as he has in the past, the president defended the merits of his administration’s policies, blaming the election results on a poor communications effort in the White House.

“There are times, there’s no doubt about it, where, you know I think we have not been successful in going out there and letting people know what it is that we’re trying to do and why this is the right direction,” Mr. Obama said.

Discussion of the 2014 midterm “ass-whuppin” begins at 3:52.

CBS – Face the Nation Transcript: [SM editors notes in blue]

BOB SCHIEFFER: I want to get back to foreign policy but I also want to ask you about what happened on Tuesday.

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: We got beaten.

BOB SCHIEFFER: Yeah. Harry Truman once famously said if you want a friend in Washington, get a dog.  [Where is Bo these days?] And I thought of that when I heard the chief of staff of the Democratic leader of the Senate, Harry Reid say and this is his quote, “The President’s approval rating is basically forty percent. What else more is there to say?” He’s basically saying it was your fault. Do you feel it was your fault?

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: Well, look, another saying of Harry Truman’s was, the buck stops with me. With me, the buck stops right here at my desk. And so whenever, as the head of the party, it doesn’t do well, I’ve got to take responsibility for it. The message that I took from this election and we’ve seen this in a number of elections, successive elections, is people want to see this city work. [So the message Obama took is that people want to see DC to work, that is why they soundly rejected Democrats, the GOP gained more House seats, won what will be a net 9 US Senate seats in gaining control and governorships in states like Mass, Illinois and Delaware? So in order for Washington to work the people said we want GOP control and policies.]  And they feel as if it’s not working. The economy has improved significantly. [Really the economy has improved? A record number of Americans are on food stamps, the job participation rate is at an all-time low and Americans who had lost their well-paying full time jobs have replaced them with part time and ones paying much, much less. Sorry Barack, Americans know the economy is not better.]  There’s no doubt about it. We had a jobs report for October that showed that once again over two hundred thousand jobs created. [Tell some one now making $15 an hour when they previously made $30 that their new job is fantastic].  We’ve now created more than ten million. The unemployment rate has come down faster than we could have anticipated. Just to give you some perspective, Bob, we’ve created more jobs in the United States than every other advanced economy combined since I came into office. And so we’re making progress but people still feel like their wages haven’t gone up, their incomes haven’t gone up, still hard to save for retirement, still hard to send a kid to college. And then they see Washington gridlocked and they’re frustrated. And, you know, they know one person in Washington and that’s the President of the United States. So I’ve got to make this city work better for them. [No, you and your socialist policies need to get out of the way for the US economy to flourish.]

BOB SCHIEFFER: But is it what you thought it would be?

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: You know, here– here is one thing that I will say that campaigning and governance are two different things. I’ve ran two successful campaigns. [No, you rode to victory in 2008 on the myth that you were a different kind of politician and were aided by an all too willing MSM that refused to vet you. Then in 2012, you stole the election visa-vie the IRS attacking conservative non-profit groups. Then there are the numeous scandals like Benghazi-gate where the Obama administration purposely lied to the American people as to what happened prior to the 2012 presidential election].  And anybody who has seen me on the campaign trail can tell how much I love just being with the American people. And hearing what they care about and what– you know how passionate I am about trying to help them. When you start governing, there is a tendency sometimes for me to start thinking. As long as I get the policy right then that’s what should matter. And, you know, people have asked, you know, what you need to do differently going forward and I think you do that, you got to check after every election.

BOB SCHIEFFER: What do you need to do differently?

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: And I think that one thing that I do need to constantly remind myself and my team are is it’s not enough just to build the better mousetrap. [What a fitting term, mousetraps kill things.] People don’t automatically come beating to your door. We’ve got to sell it, we’ve got to reach out to the other side and where possible persuade. And I think there are times, there’s no doubt about it where, you know, I think we have not been successful in going out there and letting people know what it is that we are trying to do and why this is the right direction. So there– there is a failure of politics there that we have got– we got to improve on. [How long have they had to sell Obamacare, the Obama economy and his agenda? What do they need, another 20 years? They people do not need to be sold anything, they experience it every day.]

BOB SCHIEFFER: What criticisms of your administration do you think are valid?

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: Well, I just mentioned one. I think that what is also true is that, you know, no matter how frustrating it can sometimes be for any President to deal with an opposition that has, yeah, pretty stubborn, and where there are really strong differences, you just got to keep on trying. [Code for, I just following the teachings of Saul Alinsky and double down on my failed, hated policies].

The folks at ‘This is Spinal Tap’ weigh in on the Obama presidency … The review on Shark sandwich is pretty much the same as the one for the Obama agenda, and yes, they can say that.
