The NY Daily News is reporting that a 14 year old boy, Christopher Duran, was shot dead while walking to school in the Bronx, NY on Friday. According to reports, the 14 year old was peppered with 16 bullets by a gunman wearing a red bandana who shot him multiple times at point-blank range. 14 year old Christopher Duran cried out “Mommy! Mommy!” as he was laying dying outside a Laundromat. Duran was shot once in the head and three times in the torso at Sheridan Avenue near East 167th Street at around 8:30 a.m. in Concourse Village. The authorities believe the shooting was gang related. Duran was no stranger to police, he had already racked-up five previous arrests, including possession of a knife, assault and battery, and robbery.

A baby-faced Bronx teenager was executed on the street Friday by a gunman wearing a red bandana who blasted him multiple times at point-blank range — and without any warning.

Fourteen-year-old Christopher Duran cried out “Mommy! Mommy!” as he was laying dying outside a laundermat, sources said.

“We have video of the shooting,” a police source said. “It’s bad, real bad. The guy runs up to him and just shoots him, bang, bang, bang. It doesn’t look like he says anything to him.”

Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce confirmed the existence of the surveillance video and agreed “it’s pretty gruesome.”

The hoodie-clad gunman may have been trying to “disguise what he looks like” with the bandana, he added.

Where is Rev. Al Sharpton an the rest of the clan protesting this murder?

UPDATE I: A surveillance image of the second suspect was released by police on Friday afternoon.

Police are looking for two suspects who fled southbound on Sheridan Avenue. They are described as a black or dark-skinned Hispanic male wearing all black, and a Hispanic male wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt with dark sleeves, blue jeans and a red bandana covering his face, police said.

A surveillance image of the second suspect was released by police on Friday afternoon. Investigators believe the shooting is gang related, but were not immediately sure if Duran was the intended target, or if the gunmen mistook him for someone else.

“(He’s) trying to disguise what he looks like. It is a red bandana, don’t know what that means just yet. But it’s a very distinctive piece of clothing. I would hope that we put that out and somebody calls,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said.

Robin Ficker, Fomer Defense Attorney for Quadruple Murder Suspect Daron Dylon Wint Says DC Police Have Wrong Guy … “I Knew Him to be a Very Nice, Gentle Person” (VIDEO)

WHY WE HAVE A VERY STRONG DISLIKE FOR DEFENSE ATTORNEYS … I guess this is what defense attorneys say to make them be able to live with themselves.

GO FIGURE, ANOTHER GENTLE GIANT Thursday night, Daron Dylon Wint, the suspect in the brutal murders of three members of a prominent Washington, D.C. family and their housekeeper, was arrested Northeast Washington, DC. According to reports, Wint’s DNA was on the pizza crust of a Dominoes pizza that was ordered at the same time the Savopoulos family was being tortured and killed. The suspect??s former attorney, Robin Ficker, who represented Wint in six minor cases, appeared with Nancy Grace and said, the DC police “have ??the wrong guy” and this was a “rush to judgement”.. Ficker then went on to astonishingly say, ?”I knew him to be a very nice, gentle person”

UNBELIEVABLE … BUT WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT FROM A DEFENSE ATTORNEY WHO HAS GOT A CRIMINAL OFF ON LESSER CHARGES ONLY TO TORTURE AND KILL 4 PEOPLE.

Court Documents Say that Daron Dylon Wint, the Man Charged in the Quadruple Murder of Washington, DC family, Did Not Act Alone

NBC News is reporting that Daron Dylon Wint, the individual charged with the quadruple murder of a DC family and their housekeeper, did not act alone. Detective Jeffrey Owens of the Metropolitan Police wrote in a statement, “The crimes described in this affidavit required the presence and assistance of more than one person,” in support of a first-degree murder charge while armed that were filed against Darron Wint. However, neither the court papers nor law enforcement officials would name one or more accomplices, or say if they were among the people arrested with Daron Dylon Wint. He was arrested Thursday night in Northeast Washington, DC.

Police investigating the murder of a wealthy Washington, D.C., family and their housekeeper suspect that the alleged killer, Darron Wint, had help from accomplices, according to court documents released Friday.

In an affidavit seeking an arrest warrant for Wint, a city detective said he believed that others helped Wint hold the three adults and a child captive before killing them and torching the family’s home.

Wint, 34, was captured Thursday in Maryland, a week after Savvas Savopoulos, 46, his wife, Amy, 47, their 10-year-old son, Philip, and their housekeeper, Veralicia “Vera” Figueroa, 57, were found by firefighters in the mansion’s second floor. Wint was arraigned Friday on charges of first-degree murder.

Two other men and three women also were taken into custody at the time of Wint’s arrest. They were questioned and released; no one other than Wint has been charged.
