AMBER Alert: Search Continues For 9 Year Old Autistic Boy, Omarion Humphrey, Missing Since 7/4/15 in Davison Township, MI (Update: Found Deceased)
An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 9 year old Omarion Humphrey, who has been missing since July 4, 2015 in Davison Township, Michigan. Omarion Humphrey is severely autistic and does not talk. He was last seen at the Callis Lake Recreational Complex, off North Gale Road between Davison Road and Court Street in Davison Township, at around 6 PM Saturday. Omarion is described as about 4-feet tall and 70 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing only black shorts with a thin, red stripe — no shirt and no shoes.
A search team of hundreds is combing the area around a Genesee County park, looking for a 9-year old boy who disappeared on Independence Day.
An AMBER Alert is in effect for Omarion Humphrey — who goes by the nickname “Mars.” The boy — who is severely autistic and does not talk — was last seen at the Callis Lake Recreational Complex, off North Gale Road between Davison Road and Court Street in Davison Township, at around 6 p.m. Saturday.
Davison Township Police Chief Rick Freeman says the search is covering a wide surrounding area.
Police say Omarion is about 4-feet tall and 70 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing only black shorts with a thin, red stripe — no shirt and no shoes.
UPDATE I: The search continues for missing 9 year old Omarion Humphrey.
“We’re continuing to look for Omarion,” he said. “I said yesterday, I’ll say it again today, we’re going to find him. It’s just a matter of time.”
“But to say how long this is going to take, I just cannot give you that answer.”
Areas are being searched and re-searched, Freeman said. Horses from the Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Division were brought in to help Monday. The Genesee County and Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office dive teams have searched the lake multiple times, with no sign of Omarion.
Omarion was spotted on surveillance cameras at the park about 5 p.m. Saturday, July 4, and seen playing near the splash pad, but that was the last sighting. Omarion stands 4 feet tall, weighs 70 pounds and was last seen wearing no shirt, no shoes and black shorts with a red stripe.
When asked if abduction was ruled out, Freeman said, “I haven’t ruled out anything. We’re going into this with an open mind, as we do any investigation.” He did state Sunday there were no signs of abduction.
“It would be negligent on our part to rule out anything at this point,” he said. Police have followed up on tips they’ve received, including some about footprints and clothing, but nothing has panned out at this point in time.
Anyone who may have seen this missing child is asked to immediately call 911 or the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office at 810-732-4720.
UPDATE II: Missing boy found dead in lake.
The state is investigating the Burton agency that oversaw the foster home where Omarion Humphrey was placed, trying to determine if the 9-year-old autistic boy was properly cared for and supervised before his disappearance at a park.
Omarion’s body was found in the lake Friday, July 10, after having been brought to the park by his foster mother, who lost track of the boy during the outing.

Missing Tennessee Teen, 14 Year Old Hayleigh Wilson Found with 41 Year Old Sex Offender Benjamin Shook Found in Smyth County, VA
The search is finally over for missing Tennessee teen, 14 year old Hayleigh Wilson.
The AMBER ALERT for missing 14 year old Haleigh Wilson has been canceled. 14 year old Hayleigh Wilson and sex offender, 41-year-old Benjamin Shook, have been located by the U.S. Marshal Service in Smyth County, Virginia Tuesday morning. Both have been taken to the sheriffs office in Marion. Hayleigh Wilson has been missing since June 22, 2015 when she took her father’s 2004 Ford Explorer and drove off to pick up Benjamin Shook. The 41 year old Shook has a long criminal history, including sexual battery and exploitation. He served 10 years in prison and was released in September 2014. According to the police, Shook was registered once as a sex offender, but did not update his info.
A news conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with further updates.
Police say 14-year-old Hayleigh Wilson and 41-year-old Benjamin Shook were located by the U.S. Marshal Service in Smyth County Tuesday morning.
The teen went missing from her home back in June. Local, state and federal officers helped in the search which spanned over several counties in Southwest Virginia – on the ground and in the air.
Both Wilson and Shook have been taken to the Smyth County Sheriff’s Office located in Marion, Virginia.
Maybe this time the authorities can lock this SOB away for good and get this child predator off the streets. Obviously he is not going to stop his child raping ways and does not even bother to update his status as a sex offender. What ever little good that does. Enough is enough, this perv has been given enough chances. We might also want to look into what troubled life that this 14 year old girl has who thought running off with a 41 year old man was a good idea.

UPDATE II: Sister of Missing Kentucky Mother Questions Boyfriend’s Story About Last Seeing Her.
The sister of a Kentucky woman last seen more than a week ago believes her live-in boyfriend knows something about her disappearance, despite him denying involvement and police saying he has been extremely cooperative with investigators.
Crystal Rogers was last seen by Brooks Houck, her live-in boyfriend, on July 3, according to the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office in Kentucky. Her sister, Brooke Ballard, said she has questioned Houck’s claims that Rogers, 35, stayed up late that night and was gone when he awoke the next morning.
“The stories just don’t add up. You just don’t go to bed one night and not know she’s gone and then not worry when she left the baby,” said Ballard. “He has not offered once to search — or help — or do anything for the family.”
Houck said he had nothing to do with the disappearance of Rogers, a mother of five including his 2-year-old son. He took a polygraph test and told HLN’s Nancy Grace the results were inconclusive.
UPDATE III: Organized search held for missing Bardstown woman.
Family plans large search on Saturday for missing Bardstown woman.
Even though Crystal Rogers was last seen two weeks ago, the search to find her has not slowed down. Family, friends and complete strangers have been searching every day.

Many having been coming in from out of state after hearing about Crystal’s story.
“We can’t express with words what it means to us,” said Crystal’s mother Sherry Ballard.
Cadaver dogs from Florida joined the search covering 80 acres in three hours.
“And the terrain around here is hilly, rocky, wet, it’s tough,” said Mike Gordey with Bring Them Home Search and Rescue.
Family members say several hundred people have been searching since last Saturday, covering Nelson and surrounding counties. Underwater cameras will be used in the search this weekend. Crystal’s dad Tommy Ballard said if the conditions are right, divers will be utilized as well.
