As reported at Fox News, the former President Barack Obama resurfaced on Friday and took a shot at Fox News viewers, saying they’re “living on a different planet” than people who consume mainstream media. One can look at this two ways, one; how Obama intended his negative and derisive words and two; thank God we care to be more enlightened and not sheeple listening to the bias, fake news liberal-Democrat media complex. So the former “Divider in Chief” Obama now does not insult Fox News, but its viewers? REALLY? Heaven forbid anyone have a differing opinion than the LEFT. In the case of Fox News, actually care enough to actually do some investigative journalism into what really went on during the Barack Obama/Hillary Clinton years? Add John Solomon at The Hill in as well and Sara Carter. Imagine what would have happened to your presidency had the liberal MSM done their job and investigated your Russian collusion with the Uranium One deal, Hillary Clinton’s private email servers and national security issues, illegal use of the NSA to spy on your enemies, the weaponize of the IRS against Obama enemies and the phony Steele dossiers used for FISA warrants, etc.

Former President Barack Obama resurfaced on Friday and took a shot at Fox News viewers, saying they’re “living on a different planet” than people who consume mainstream media.

Obama made the remarks on the premiere of the new monthly Netflix series “My next guest needs no introduction with David Letterman,” which hit the streaming service on Friday morning. Early in the episode, Obama asked Letterman about his retirement but the veteran talk show host quickly let the former president know who was boss.

“Now here’s how this is gonna work. I’m gonna ask you stuff, and then you respond to stuff,” Letterman joked.

Letterman then asked Obama what he considers the more dangerous threat to a democracy, the president demeaning the press or a foreign power sabotaging the voting process. Both options are clearly jabs at President Trump and Obama answered without mentioning the current president’s name.

“One of the biggest challenges we have to our democracy is the degree to which we don’t share a common baseline of facts,” Obama said. “If you watch Fox News, you are living on a different planet than you are if you are listening to NPR.”

Left Leaning Los Angles NPR Station Suspends Planned Parenthood Ads

Think NPR is not feeling the pressure of possible defunding …

After all these years NPR is finally considering journalistic integrity, really? As reported at The Nation, KPCC-FM, one of two NPR stations in the Los Angeles area has suspended its regularly scheduled Planned Parenthood spots. It would appear that some NPR affiliates are running scared as to upsetting Republicans in an environment where costs need to be cut.

Program director Craig Curtis explained in a Friday memo to staff members that “given that the budget debate in congress is focusing today on abortion in general and Planned Parenthood by extension,” running the spots “might raise questions in the mind of the reasonable listener regarding our editorial and sales practices.”

A “reasonable listener” might now have questions about the journalistic integrity of the station.

Journalistic integrity, hardly. It is more like what Weasel Zippers opined … “It’s almost like they don’t want to give conservatives any additional ammo”. However, will such actions only exist on the local level or will there be an all encompassing effort by NPR to give the appearance that they are “Fair and Balanced”. NPR knows that it is on the federal funding chopping block and should have been years ago.

Why would she have to forgive the expression? Are NPR liberals now openly apologizing for dare referencing the word “Christmas” in public. Are we to understand that the LEFT now thinks that you cannot say the word Christmas anymore?

Why would any one apologize for saying Merry Christmas?

“I was at – forgive the expression – a Christmas party,” NPR reporter Nina Totenberg interjected on Inside Washington in the weekend’s oddest cautionary separation from a common description for a common event, seemingly embarrassed to invoke any religious terminology for Christmas. She didn’t say what she’d prefer for parties this time of the year to be named. “Winter solstice party”? Just plain old “holiday party”? Or a “seasonal gathering”?

This is what the Obama foreign policy has come to, “street cred” through a fat lip? Who knew the Obama doctrine was “speak softly and carry a big fat lip.” NPR thinks the President getting punked by an elbow gives his street cred, how out of touch are these libs?

Just three weeks after getting a shellacking in the midterm elections, President Obama got a fat lip.

The president played basketball yesterday with some friends in the gym of the Fort McNair Army Base, and reportedly took an elbow in the mouth from an opposing player who went up for a shot.

It took 12 stitches to close The First Fat Lip, if you please. I’m not sure that Joe Frazier needed 12 stitches after the Thrilla in Manila, though the White House stressed that a smaller filament was used, which increases the number of stitches, but leaves a smaller scar.

As brilliantly stated by Weasel Zippers, “Oh yeah, instead of staring down a sissy, now they’ll be staring down a sissy with a scar…”.How clueless could the LEFT be? It would appear that they know about as much about sports as they do about politics. Trust me having played basketball, getting a fat lip is no badge of honor. I wonder what the doofuses of the LEFT would have said if Obama got his nose broken?

I wonder if having a larger scar wouldn’t actually fortify President Obama’s profile, as he contends with Kim Jong Il, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or Vladimir Putin. Imagine a president with a gnarly, vivid scar telling the rulers of China, “Nice country ya’ got here. I’d hate to see something happen to it if you didn’t stop foolin’ around with the value of your currency. Know what I mean?”

But an elbow in the chops is a battle ribbon in basketball. Mediocre players don’t have to worry about their dental work. An elbow is given to aggressive players who swing their own sharp limbs to grab a ball or push off a defender, although the White House stressed that the president was elbowed inadvertently.

So why did PBS edit out parts of Tina Fay’s rant?  We second the question posed at News Busters, what happened to Fay’s repulsive comments passed off as humor about rape kits, lesbians, and evolution jokes against conservative women?

Fey, this year’s recipient of the prize, caused a few ripples during her acceptance speech at the ceremony on Tuesday when she mock-praised “conservative women” like Sarah Palin, whom Fey has so memorably impersonated on “Saturday Night Live.”
