As MSNBC’s Ratings Crater … What is Next for the Liberal, Democrat, Obama Propaganda News Network?

AMERICA IS FINALLY LEARNING WHAT MOST HAVE KNOWN FOR A WHILE, MSLSD MSNBS MSNBC IS UNWATCHABLE

As reported at Deadline Hollywood, MSNBC is pretty much on life-support as the TV ratings of the liberal left leaning, Democrat party bias, Obama propaganda network is at all-time lows. Simply speaking, the product that is put forth on MSNBC is unwatchable. Not only does the network suffer from the fact that it is completely bias for the LEFT, but its reporting of the news is suspect as well and falls for along a liberal ideology than the facts, see coverage of Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman, Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson and any of their political coverage.) As correctly stated by Hot Air, “Strident demagoguery may sell for a short period of time, but it has little staying power. In contrast, the talking head shows on Fox and CNN deal with dissent in a much more mature manner, and usually features more of it than MSNBC prime-time shows do.”

MSNBC Fail

Talk about a tale of two cable news networks. With its 53rd consecutive quarter total audience win, Fox News Channel saw a 10% primetime rise among adults 25-54 in first-quarter 2015 over last year. In fact, with 321,000 on average among the 25-54s in primetime, Fox News thrashed rivals CNN (187,000) and MSNBC (132,000) with more news demo viewers than the other two combined, according to Nielsen.

Contrast that to the fate of the NBCUniversal-owned MSNBC, which  not only saw a 39% drop in the demo compared to Q1 2014 but its worst quarterly result in the category since Q2 2005. If that almost decade-old result wasn’t enough of a blow, and rising CNN’s fourth consecutive win over MSNBC in prime didn’t cut deep enough, take a look at the gutting the cabler newser’s nighttime offerings are suffering.

With just 145,000 viewers among the 25-54s on average over the December 29, 2014 – March 29, 2015 period, the once-proud flagship The Rachel Maddow Show hit an all-time quarter low with the worst result since its September 8, 2008 launch. Not only is Maddow down 46% in the demo, but her 9 PM show is also down 19% in total viewers. Fellow primetime show All In With Chris Hayes and Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell fell to their worst quarterly demo ratings since their respective 2013 and 2010 debuts. O’Donnell’s show also had its lowest total quarterly viewership results. And 7 PM’s Hardball With Chris Matthews had its lowest-rated quarter in the demo since 2Q 2005 with an average viewership of 126,000.

With ratings like this, who does not think there are Internet websites and blogs that have a higher viewership?

But what else would one expect for results when you are marketing to a fringe group of an audience? Check this out from 5 pm to 11 pm MSNBC has the following shows to watch. Serious, this is a prime time line up? Unless I am looking to watch liberals lose their minds on election night and the insanity that comes from their mouths when they get routed in an election, the only show in their entire morning, afternoon and prime time schedule I can stomach is ‘The Morning Joe’. Check out their prime-time lineup below and some suggestions we have as replacements that would draw a higher audience.

  • 5-6 – The Ed Show [reruns of Mr. Ed would of course, of course get better ratings]
  • 6-7 – Politics Nation with Rev. Al Sharpton [Simply unwatchable and painful to listen to this man butcher trying to read a teleprompter. Although as a comedy show, maybe just having Rev. Al read important speeches in US history would be a good laugh for a short period of time. Or they could just show an endless loop of Al Sharpton getting knocked on his ass by Roy Inis.
  • 7-8 – Hardball with Chris Matthews – He has lost that tingly feeling running up his leg. These days Chris is just becoming more and more bitter as he sees his career fade into obscurity. Hardball, hell, just run a continuous lop of Die Hard.
  • 8-9 – All In with Chris Hayes – Honestly, a TV test pattern would get a higher ratings.
  • 9-10 – The Rachel Maddow Show. Nuff said, just play reruns of Law & Order.
  • 10-11 – The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell. How about no word with Lawrence O’Donnell or maybe they could just have Jennifer Lawrence or maybe Chris O’Donnell.

WOW, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews & Al Sharpton Tear Into Kentucky Democrat Senate Loser Alison Lundergan Grimes Concession Speech … “You Need to Be Gracious!”

WOW, WHO WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THE FOLLOWING FROM THE FOLKS AT MSNBC … CAMPAIGN COVERAGE AT MSLSD HAVE A MOMENT OF LUCIDITY.

How bad was the election tsunami and tidal wave that ripped through the Democrat party and Barack Obama last night during the 2014 midterm that saw the GOP pick up at least 7 US Senate seats, possibly 9, at least 12 House seats and governorships in places like Massachusetts, Illinois and Maryland … the MSNBC election coverage team of Chris Matthews and Al Sharpton ripped into Alison Lundergan Grimes for her concession speech, following her Kentucky Senate drubbing at the hands of Mitch McConnell 56% to 41%. Her concession speech was hardly gracious.

I have to give credit where credit is due, Matthews and Sharpton were spot on in their analysis.

“That wasn’t your usual concession speech,” Chris Matthews began. “Usually you congratulate the winner. You say something gracious. You move on. You unify the state to some extent. It was a partisan speech. Fair enough, it’s her call,” he added.

“It wasn’t a concession speech. Usually, you concede,” Al Sharpton added, noting that she made the Democrats turn on her when she infamously refused to say whether she voted for Obama during an editorial board Q&A. “You can represent what you represent. But you respect the winner, and you pledge to move on together.”

Rachel Maddow thought that Grimes may have been “shellshocked” by how badly she lost (polls showed her running neck-in-neck with McConnell) and Chris Hayes added that McConnell’s entire strategy was to tie her to the deeply-maligned President. “She was unable to say that she voted for Barack Obama was because Barack Obama is deeply unpopular,” he pointed out.

You can watch Grimes not-so concession speech HERE.  This is what happens when you have delusion views and try and win at all cost, but cant even say who you voted for. Stay classy Alison, although last night was hardly one of your shining moments. I guess the good folks of Kentucky saw your true colors in defeat, a resounding defeat.

Sour Grapes at MSNBC after Republican Mitch McConnell Defeats Their Lib Alison Lundergan Grimes … “She Had the Audacity to Run”

NO TINGLES UP HIS LEG TONIGHT, BA-HA,HA,HA … BETTER CALL THE WAHMBULANCE FOR MATTHEWS.

There may actually be only one thing better than watching a big night for the GOP in a political election and that is watching the liberal-Left lose their minds over at MSLSD and whine about their candidates lose. Chris Matthews was obviously not feeling the tingles up his leg tonight as he bitterly stated, “She had the audacity to run against this incredibly powerful incumbent with all the tricky moves up his sleeves, and sarcasm and ridicule … She’ll be back”. Then another liberal ass-hat went on to make a ridiculous comparison to McConnell’s victory to that of Harry Reid’s win by the seat of his pants. Hey folks at MSNBC, I realize that your math skills may not be top notch due to common core,

McConnell won his race despite Kentucky voters’ negative views of him. The Republican incumbent has a 52% unfavorable rating to just 46% favorable in the NBC News exit poll, which is usually dangerous territory for a sitting senator. Fortunately for McConnell, Grimes fell short of the challenge.

Fell short? Sorry, but this was far from a close race in the end. One might think it was made bigger because the liberal MSM wanted to make it appear closer than it really was.

MSNBC’s Chris “Tingles” Matthews Least Liked TV Newscasters

It will come as no surprise, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews was named the least-liked newscasters, based on survey results from the Q Scores company. The ‘Hardball’ anchor Chris Matthews had the lowest likability score of all the names tested, as he registered only a 6 on the Q Score survey. But don’t worry, Matthews had company at the bottom of the list with fellow MSNBC’ers Andrea Mitchell and Alex Wagner. In comparison, CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley came in at number one on the list with a 19.

And just one example of how Tingles won the least liked award … Chris Matthews Gets Angry Over “Thrill Up The Leg” Question on C-SPAN

What do you want in a newscaster? Accuracy? Ethics? A voice of reason in times of duress?

Or do you just want to like your anchor?

If the last part is most important to you, then channel-surf no further than Scott Pelley of the “CBS Evening News.” The newsman topped TheWrap‘s list of most and least-liked newscasters, based on survey results from the Q Scores company.

Pelley’s 19 Positive Q Score, which measures likeability, helped him just beat the No. 2 guy, CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who had an 18. Cooper’s 56 Recognizability score places him among the highest on this list.

“Hardball” host Chris Matthews struck out with the lowest likeability score of all.

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews Names Barack Obama the Political Loser of the Year of 2013 … “Feels Like the 7th or 8th Year of His Presidency”

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews has lost that thrill running up his leg … Hey Mathews, How’s that “Hopey-Changey” thing working out for ya?

Friday morning on ‘The Morning Joe,’ Matthews named Barack Obama the political loser of the year for 2013. How painful must that have been for Chris Matthews to say, rather than acting like a school girl with a crush and a thrill running up his leg. Maybe Mathews just hadn’t enough coffee that morning and had a moment of weakness where he was actually telling the truth. Many liberals are going to have an introspective in evaluating Barack Obama and the failure that has been his presidency as his poll numbers near the 30′s. How difficult will it be for Chris Mathews, the rest of the liberal MSM and Democrats to admit … he [Obama] is not the one they were waiting for.

“Terrible year for the president. I mean, it’s terrible,” he said.

Joe Scarborough agreed that it has been a “terrible year” for Obama after there was “so much hope” following his second inauguration.

“There’s another piece of it which you’re subtly getting at,” Matthews continued. “It’s not just that it’s a bad year in terms of the rollout. There’s an erosion in interest. It feels like a very long presidency now. It feels like the seventh or eighth year of a presidency. It doesn’t feel like the fifth.”

Transcript – NewsBusters:

JOE SCARBOROUGH, HOST: Let me ask you losers, political losers of the year?

CHRIS MATTHEWS: Terrible year for the president. I mean, it’s terrible, this…

SCARBOROUGH: Can you go back a year? One year ago, the president was getting ready for his second inauguration. So much hope. This has been a terrible year. [American voters buyers remorse for if the election was today, Obama would have been run out of office in an epic landslide].

MATTHEWS: There’s another piece of it which you’re subtly getting at. It’s not just that it’s a bad year in terms of the rollout. There’s an erosion in interest. It feels like a very long presidency now. It feels like the seventh or eighth year of a presidency. It doesn’t feel like the fifth. There wasn’t that rejuvenation that comes with re-election. There wasn’t any, certainly he was never going to get a honeymoon from the other side, but there was no sense of wow. And I think that’s hurt him a lot.

Seventh or eighth year of the presidency … are you kidding … IT FEELS LIKE THE 7th or 8th TERM OF OBAMA’S PRESIDENCY!!!
