Polygamist Sect Leader Warren Jeffs Found Guilty Sexual Assault on Two Minor Child Brides … Prophet? He is a Convicted Pedophile

Finally justice is served …

Polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs has been  found guilty by a Texas jury of child sexual assault.The crimes took place as a result of two young female followers he took as child brides in what his church calls “spiritual marriages.” Of course spiritual marriages is code for raping young girls.

The head of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints stood stone-faced as the verdict was read. Jeffs, who acted as his own attorney, stood mostly mute for his closing argument, staring at the floor, for all but a few seconds of the half hour he was allotted.

At one point he mumbled, “I am at peace,” and said no more. The only noise in the courtroom was the creaking of wooden benches brimming with spectators.

Warren Jeffs represented himself in his trial which not only proves the age old adage that when one represents them self they not only have a fool for a client, but some times a pedophile as well. Jeffs stood silent during his closing argument.

How absolutely sick that Waren Jeffs would try and hide behind freedom of Religion in order to sexually assault female minors. Jeffs’ got one thing right, God will seek revenge; however, it will be Jeffs who faces God’s judgment and a special life time of eternity in the 7th level of Hell.I hardly think that God appreciates it when you implicate God in the following, “instructing young women on how to please him sexually — and thus, he told them, please God.”

Prosecutors used DNA evidence to show Jeffs fathered a child with a 15-year-old girl and played an audio recording of what they said was him sexually assaulting a 12-year-old. They also played audio recordings in which Jeffs was heard instructing young women on how to please him sexually.

Good grief, this man taped the rapes of minors and called them training sessions.  It took the jury of 10 women and two men just 3 1/2 hours to return a guilty verdict, Jeffs faces a possibility of live in prison. I guess its safe to say that we can rest assured that it was not the Casey Anthony jury that heard this case. Had it been, they would have thought that it was George Anthony who might have assaulted the two child brides and not Jeffs.

Warren Jeffs, what a creepy little, evil man who will now get his and exactly what he has coming to him. A note to the FLDA, Jeffs is not a prophet, he is a pedophile.

Casey Anthony Ordered Back to Florida to Serve Probabtion for Her Check Fraud Case … Will She or Won’t She?

It appears there will be a Casey Anthony sighting after all.

The media has had a fascination as to where Casey Anthony was since she was released from jail following her time served after she was found “not guilty” by a jury in the death of her daughter Caylee Anthony. However, they may not have far after Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed amended court documents on Monday requiring  Casey Anthony to serve one year of supervised probation. According to the amended docs, the tot mom, Casey Anthony will have to report in person by early Thursday.

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed amended court documents Monday requiring Anthony to serve one year of supervised probation — as he originally intended when he sentenced her in a check fraud case last year.

From my reading of this, she should be reporting to probation in Orlando probably within 72 hours,” Strickland said early Monday. “I suspect she’s going to be required to report to probation.”

What Next for Tot Mom … Casey Anthony to Seek Professional Treatment for Mental Health Issues

YOU MEAN YOU ARE A MENTAL CASE IF YOU GO CLUBBING AND NEVER REPORT YOUR CHILD’S DEATH IF A CHILD DROWNS IN A POOL … WHO KNEW?

Who knew, Casey Anthony has mental health issues. She is going to try and connect her head with her heart. Excuse me, but doesn’t one have to have a heart, let alone a conscience in order to do that? It would now appear that Casey Anthony and her legal team are going to look and try and rehabilitate her image by sending her off to a shrink as the media efforts for the tot mom to make millions has proved more difficult than they expected.

According to TMZ, Anthony now realizes that her behavior when 2-year-old Caylee first disappeared in June 2008 was wrong and that she suffers from mental health issues. She also has told those close to her that she still has not properly coped with the loss of Caylee who was found dead in December 2008 in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.

Isn’t that convenient, only now after the ludicrous verdict from the jury that found Casey Anthony not guilty in the death of Caylee does she realize that her behavior was inappropriate. Previously defense attorney Chesny Maso made reference to Casey getting mental help; however, it had nothing to do with the behavior she displayed following the death of Caylee.

TMZ states that there are 3 reasons why Casey is opting out of media interviews and off to mental rehab. They missed #4 and the most important … NO ONE WANTS TO TOUCH HER AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING BLOOD MONEY.

Sorry for the cynical comment; however, this is nothing more than a pathetic attempt by Casey Anthony, Jose Baez, et all to try and some how rehabilitate the most hated woman in America. Is it for Casey’s mental health? Hardly, its being done for individuals bank accounts.  Obviously, getting a lucrative deal for Casey has proved more difficult than first thought as the networks know that the backlash will be terrible and there will be hell to pay who ever decides to pay “blood money” for a Casey interview.

On July 7, defense attorney Cheney Mason hinted to CNN that Anthony would likely need treatment.

“I’m sure it’s going to be very needed and helpful for her. She’s been through a lot…Think of what she’s lost, her child, her family, her freedom…She hadn’t just been in some country club federal prison somewhere. She’s been in isolation for 23 hours a day, seven days a week,” Mason told CNN.

With no interviews and no dinero, its off to mental health rehab. Oh, that will make her more sympathetic and increase her value to be interviewed.

The Teflon Ex-Mom … Casey Anthony Skates Again on Probation Due To Technicality … Will Tot Mom Ever Be Held to any form of Justice?

Good Grief … Casey Anthony is like a bad penny. Once again she skates on being held accountable and the people are denied Justice. Looks like we no longer need to call her Tot mom, but instead the Teflon murdering ex-mom. Oh that’s right, Caylee Anthony drowned.

Casey Anthony was convicted of check fraud and sentenced to time and probation. or so we thought. Thanks to a court clerk not adding the following phrase, “once released”, and Judge Strickland signing the order, once again Casey Anthony dodges justice and is allowed to server her probation while she was in jail. UNREAL! Just how many times is the Teflon tot-mom going to escape justice? Just what the people needed, Casey Anthony getting away with yet another thing when it came to justice.

Prosecutors warned Strickland he might not be able to delay her probation until her possible release from jail and that she could end up serving it in jail.

When the clerk wrote up the probation order, she did not include the words “once released.” But Strickland signed it anyway, and it went to the Department of Corrections, which started Casey’s probation immediately on Jan. 25, 2010.

“Obviously the clerk lost the import of what the judge was trying to say and the judge signed it without picking up on the omission,” said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.

Just some more salt in the wound and a twisting of the knife, or is it just another layer of duct tape added to the injustice of a jury not finding Casey Anthony complicit in the death of Caylee Anthony.  UNBELIEVABLE! Let this be a message to everyone, read what you are signing.

Louie Alex Sanchez & Marvin Eugene Norwood, Two News Suspects Arrested in Beating of SF Giant Fan Bryan Stow

Police have arrested two new suspects in the Bryan Stow beating …

Two new suspects have been charged in the brutal beating of San Francisco Giant fan Bryan Stow. The attack too place on Opening Day 2011 at Dodger Stadium. According to accounts, one of the suspects has also been charged with attacking two other San Francisco fans. The names of the two new suspects arrested are 29 yer old Louie Alex Sanchez  and 30 year old  Marvin Eugene Norwood.

Previously, Giovanni Ramirez was arrested in the attack; however, according to the LA Times, the investigation took a turn when a child witness provided authorities with more details about the attack and the time-line unraveled, which essentially cleared Ramierez. It is sad that police first arrested the wrong individual; however, kudos to them for not locking themselves into their first arrest and in the end, making the correct arrests.

Instead, Beck said, it was Louie Alex Sanchez, 29, and Marvin Eugene Norwood, 30, who punched Stow in the back of the head as the crowd let out at Dodger Stadium on March 31, knocked him to the ground, and beat and kicked him before jumping into a car that was driven away by a woman.

“Our goal is to find justice for Bryan Stow,” Beck said during a news conference at Los Angeles police headquarters. Sanchez and Norwood live just houses apart from each other in Rialto (San Bernardino County), and the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office charged the friends with mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and battery, all felonies.

Sanchez was also charged with misdemeanor battery stemming from an attack on two unnamed Giants fans at Dodger Stadium that same night. The men are being held on $500,000 bail each and are expected to be arraigned in Los Angeles court on Monday morning.

Here comes the shocker, both suspects have a criminal past, although their neighbors might want to rethink describing these two thugs as friendly and loving dads. Interestingly enough, one of Norwood’s cousins stated on the KFI-AM Jon and Ken show, “I’m not surprised in the least bit,” said Humphries, referring to the arrest. “He’s the kind of person that’s peed off at the whole world for absolutely nothing.”

Court records show Norwood was sentenced in 2006 to three years’ probation and served 118 days in jail after pleading guilty to one felony count of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.

In 2003, Louie Sanchez pleaded guilty to one felony count of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and the following year he pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.

Despite those run-ins with the law, neighbors described the men as friendly, baseball-loving fathers.

Bryan Stow is still battling to recover from the traumatic brain injury he received from the brual beating on Opening Day at Dodger Stadium.

According to a post on the family’s website, doctors had to do the surgery Monday morning after fluid built up in Stow’s head and prompted a 30-second seizure. Such seizures can cause further brain damage.
