Taylor, Prostitues and Pimps … Oh My!!!
What a mess Lawrence Taylor has managed to get himself into this time. Jail has to be in his future. Taylor is accused of having sex with a 16 year old runaway prostitute, who was beaten prior to the sexual encounter with Taylor by her 36 year old pimp, Rasheed Davis.
The man who police said “delivered” a 16-year-old girl to Lawrence Taylor for sex early Thursday morning beat the girl when she protested being prostituted, police said Thursday.
Police in New York arrested Rasheed Davis, 36, whom they described as a pimp. NYPD spokesman Paul Browne told the AP that Davis assaulted the girl before handing her over to Taylor.
He said Davis “struck the young girl with his fist, kicked her and brought her to the Holiday Inn against her will.”
Police in Ramapo, N.Y., said they do not suspect Taylor of beating the girl. They charged him with third-degree felony rape on Thursday, and he pleaded not guilty before posting $75,000 bail.

LEFTY Judge Barbara Brandriff Crabb Rules the National Day of Prayer Unconstitutional
Unbelievable, District Court Judge Barbara Brandriff Crabb has ruled that the National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. At what point will these Leftist judges rule that the Declarations of Independence and even the US Constitution is unconstitutional?
Conservative legal experts say a federal district judge in Wisconsin had no legal basis for declaring the National Day of Prayer unconstitutional – and predict the decision cannot stand.
“If the National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional, then the Constitution itself if unconstitutional,” Mathew Staver, president of Liberty Counsel and dean of the Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Va., told CNSNews.com.
“The National Day of Prayer – or prayer itself – is older than the Constitution,” Staver said. “There is no question (this ruling) will be overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.”
President Obama intends to still recognize the National Day of Prayer even with the lawsuit.Really? How disingenuous is this coming from Obama seeing that during the last National Day of Prayer, The One decided against a public ceremony.
The case was brought by members of the Freedom from Religion Foundation, a group of atheists and agnostics in Wisconsin. They say their message to the government is clear. “We want you to keep out of the religion business. It’s not an appropriate proclamation,” said Annie Laurie Gaylor, one of the plaintiffs. “You should not be asking constituents to pray. You do not have the power to ask constituents to pray and to tell them what to pray for and to set aside a day for prayer.”

Convicted Sex Offender John Albert Gardner Pleads Guilty To Murdering Teens Amber Dubois and Chelsea King
Good riddance to bad rubbish … Gardner pleads guilty, avoids death penalty, but gets life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Dirt bag Convicted Sex Offender John Gardner Pleads Guilty to Murder of two Teens
31 year old, previously convicted sex offender John Gardner has pleaded guilty to the murders of 14 year-old Amber Dubois and 17 year-old Chelsea King. After John Albert Gardner was charged in the rape and murder of Chelsea King, it baceme rather obvious that there was a connection to the death of Amber Dubois when her body was suddenly recovered after being missing since February 13, 2009.
Sex offender John Albert Gardner pleaded guilty Friday to murdering two teenage girls in San Diego County after prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty.
Gardner, 31, faces life in prison without parole for killing 14-year-old Amber Dubois and 17-year-old Chelsea King.
He also pleaded guilty to attempting to rape another woman who was jogging in San Diego last year.
According to the District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, Gardner led authorities to the skeletal remains of Dubois two days after authorities charged him with the murder of King.
Gardner was arrested three days after King disappeared. He initially pleaded not guilty to her killing.
In a surprising turn, Gardner admitted Friday to kidnapping, raping and stabbing Dubois. He also admitted dragging King to a remote area where he raped, strangled and buried her.
After the remains of Dubois were discovered, Escondido police and crime lab technicians worked round-the-clock to find evidence linking Gardner to her murder, but Dumanis said they did not succeed.

More Obama Hope & Change, Poll Shows America Less Respected than Two Years Ago
Hows that “HOPEY, CHANGEY” thing working out for you America?
According to a new poll, most Americans say the United States is less respected in the world than it was two years ago. Oops, wouldn’t that be under President George W. Bush?
Obama & Holder, perfect together
Wasn’t some of candidate Barack Obama’s campaign rhetoric that he would make America more respected in the world and make nicey nice with our friends and enemies? It would appear from this most recent poll that Obama’s bowing and apology tour as well as his policies have failed to make that respect promise come to fruition.
A majority of Americans say the United States is less respected in the world than it was two years ago and think President Obama and other Democrats fall short of Republicans on the issue of national security, a new poll finds.
The Democracy Corps-Third Way survey released Monday finds that by a 10-point margin — 51 percent to 41 percent — Americans think the standing of the U.S. dropped during the first 13 months of Mr. Obama’s presidency.
“This is surprising, given the global acclaim and Nobel peace prize that flowed to the new president after he took office,” said pollsters for the liberal-leaning organizations.
The poll also shows that Americans don’t trust Obama or Democrats on the issue of national security and keeping America safe. Barack Obama, how is that AG Eric Holder and the DOJ decisions to hire lawyers who have represented terrorists and then withholding their names working out? This will certainly play well in November 2010 and 2012.
On the national security front, a massive gap has emerged, with 50 percent of likely voters saying Republicans would likely do a better job than Democrats, a 14-point swing since May. Thirty-three percent favored Democrats.
• “Keeping America safe”: Democrats now trail by 13 points (34 percent to 47 percent.) The gap was just 5 points in July 2008.
• “Ensuring a strong military”: Democrats trail by 31 points (27 percent to 58 percent.)
• “Making America safer from nuclear threats”: Democrats trail by 11 points (34 percent to 45 percent,) “despite the president’s strong actions and speeches on steps to reduce nuclear dangers,” the pollsters said.
As Hot Air reminds us, this was a poll of Americans and not foreigners, however, it sheds light on how we perceive ourselves as being respected around the world. Let alone how safe we feel under Barack Hussein Obama.
FYI, this poll was done by Democrats Democrats James Carville and Stanley Greenberg.
