RSSEx-JonBenet Ramsey Suspect, John Mark Karr Arrested in GA after Dometic Argument
John Mark Karr … he just won’t go away. It is amazing how trouble seems to follow 
those that make no effort to avoid it. The ex-suspect in the JonBenet Ramsey murder was arrested for domestic violence on Friday night in Georgia after police received a 911 call from Karr’s fathers home. John Mark Karr moved to the Atlanta area in October, 2006 much to the dismay of fellow Chastain Park neighbors.
Officers received a 911 call late Friday from the house about an argument between Karr, his girlfriend and his father, Sandy Springs Police Lt. Steve Rose said.

Although John Mark Karr has been convicted of no crime that would have made him register as a sex offender, the attention he has brought upon himself and his actions have basically given people the willies.
Karr has not been convicted of any crime that would require him to register as a sex
offender or restrict where he can live or work.
“I understand he is a free man, but everything I’ve read about him seems a little unbalanced,” said Kim Berry, a mother of three teenagers who lives several houses away from the elder Karr. “It’s not a good situation.”
A local neighborhood group, The Chastain Park Civic Association, have sent thousands of emails out to home owners announcing that John Mark Karr was now living in their community into his fathers home. A home close to a play ground and a well to do Atlanta area. There go the property values.
The Chastain Park Civic Association sent an e-mail Thursday to its 2,000 member homeowners announcing that John Mark Karr had moved into his father’s home in the well-to-do Atlanta neighborhood where houses sell for more than $600,000.
The e-mail noted that Wex Karr’s house is about three blocks from a playground. (AP)

File this one under the strange getting even stranger. Once again the man who supposedly admitted to killing JonBenet Ramsey only to be let go as DNA proved otherwise and was to be charged with possession of child pornography only to be let go for lack of evidence is back in the news. John Mark Karr and his attorney might have some interesting comments tonight. There seems to be a major difference of opinion with an interview Karr gave last week. Excerpts of Dr. Keith Ablow interview were seen on The Today Show last Friday. The full interview is to air Tuesday. Maybe.
A reliable source has said that John Mark Karr stated that an injunction is being filed against The NBC “Today Show” and “The Dr. Keith Ablow Show,” Telepictures and Cathy Chermol, Executive Producer of the show, to stop an airing of a an interview. Karr is claiming that he was given six drinks at 11 PM. at night.
Sources say that the filming was supposedly only suppose to be a test run through for a future interview. John Mark Karr is claiming that a piece of paper was signed while he was intoxicated. Karr stated to source that “after realizing what that had done to him, he demanded the paper back to only receive a false copy and not the original as represented.”

A California judge has dismissed all charges against John Mark Karr after prosecutors stated they did not have enough evidence to take the case to trial. The supposed evidence that the DA had was compromised in that they lost the original computer and the mirror hard drive copies were questionable as well.
Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Rene Chouteau ordered Karr released immediately, bringing an end to his two-month odyssey in the U.S. criminal justice system after he was extradited from Thailand on suspicion of killing the 6-year-old beauty queen.
