Political Correctness Has Jumped the Shark Camel … WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE COUNTRY I GREW UP IN: PC EDITION.

The latest absurd PC reaction comes from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and their “HUMP DAY” event. A group of students had planned to bring a camel to the “Hump” day event; however, the event was canceled.  Some clueless students thought that bringing a camel would be considered racist and offensive and racially insensitive to Middle Eastern cultures. I think all I have to say to both sides is grow a set. It’s a frigging camel you so-called college educated fools. Hump Day, camel’s hump, get the connection? Maybe the RHA should have brought to the event a Humpback whale, or Quasimodo or Igor from Young Frankenstein? But some how I think the subtlety would be lost on the ignorant or some one would have been offended by individuals with humps.

Enough is enough, I am sick and tired of running everyday life over who might be offended. Newsflash, there will always be some one that will be offended by something. Imagine if we never produced a drug to help people survive with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol and any other malady because of the side affects harmed just one person? Ever take a look at any drug and the long list of side affects? That is what PC has become in the United States. You know what is offensive, kidnapping girls and forcing Islam upon them and selling them into sex slavery, honor killing and sentencing a pregnant Christian woman to death by hanging for leaving Islam. THAT’S OFFENSIVE!!!

BTW, no one seemed to find the used of a bull or a pie eating contest at the Southern Hospitality event. How offensive, are you saying people from the South are obese and are rednecks who just ride mechanical bulls like in the movie Urban Cowboy? But I guess that is different.

The “Hump Day” event, put on by the Residence Hall Association (RHA), was supposed to be “a petting zoo type of atmosphere” in which students could hang out and take photos with a live camel. According to Aaron Macke, the group’s advisor, the camel is owned by a local vendor and trained for special events.

But the event was subsequently cancelled after students took to Facebook to proclaim their concerns. The students said they were concerned about the money spent on bringing the camel to campus—around $500—and the implication that it would be racially insensitive to Middle Eastern cultures.

The Facebook group called “Protest Hump DAAAAAAY!” had more than 100 RSVP’d attendees before it was deleted on Wednesday.

“RHA’s goal in programming is to bring residents together in a fun and safe environment where all people can enjoy themselves,” RHA president Lindsay Goodwin said in a statement on RHA’s Facebook page. “It appears however, this program is dividing people and would make for an uncomfortable and possibly unsafe environment for everyone attending or providing the program. As a result, RHA has decided to cancel the event.”

GET REAL!!! I guess you are going to tell is that the GEICO “Guess what day it is” Hump day commercial is racist and culturally insensitive as well? Come on folks, is this the kind of people that we are breading in colleges today? No one had a picture of Allah and placed it in urine or spread feces on it. No one burned a Koran. No one had a scene of Allah with a camel in a compromising position. All those would be considered offensive. However, when the same things are done with Jesus Christ or the Virgin Mary, it is called free speech art.

Uber-Leftist Bill Maher & Conservative Dinesh D’Souza Battle Arianna Huffington & Lib Panel Over Islam, ” Liberals Too PC to Ever Condemn It ”

Condemning Islamist extremists and Muslim religion make strange bedfellows.

Who would have ever thought that liberal comedian Bill Maher and Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza would ever be on the same side of any topic? However, that is what happened on on Friday night HBO’s ‘Real Time’ with Bill Maher. The liberal comedian astonished his fellow leftist panel by arguing that the Islamic religion tends to influence horrific acts of violence and has become the “elephant in the room.” Maher was irked by how liberals “do not stand up for liberalism” and outright condemn brutal Islamic laws that go against values of equality and freedom, especially where women are concerned. Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza opined, claiming that most modern day terrorist attacks have some ties to Islam. He joked that you don’t see a lot of “Buddhist suicide bombers.” Comedian Baratunde Thurston warned that Islam did not have a “monopoly” on extremism as he  reminded the panel that Christians also commit acts of violence. Maher then amazingly and correctly responded, “If this was the 14th century, I would be coming down on the Christians because that’s when they were too violent. Religions and cultures change.” WOW, nice. How progressive, liberals are still living and outraged by things that took place in the 14th century.

Maher makes the comment as the libs on the panel and in the audience had no idea what to do or say when Maher continued to question the evils of Islam, according to “Sharia Law, failure to perform Friday prayers could get you whippings or amputations. Because its a religion of Peace. [Uncomfortable audience response]. I know,  I’m the bad guy because I am against the people who cut your arms off for not praying.”

“There’s no mention here of connecting this to the religion, which is always what I am seeking to do because I think that’s the elephant in the room,” Maher said. “And that in the religion at large, women are seen as property, second-class at best, often as property.”

Reason’s Matt Welch claimed the kidnappers’ ties to Islam are being highlighted in the media, but also agreed that the religion “is providing a disproportionate share of radical nut bags killing people.”

Huffington Post President Arianna Huffington and comedian Baratunde Thurston both warned Maher against condemning the entire religion because of the behavior of radicals. Thurston also claimed that Islam doesn’t have a “monopoly” on extremism.

“Kind of they do,” Maher said. “Not a monopoly, but perspective is important. … It’s the Titanic hitting the iceberg compared to Whitney Houston dying in her bathtub.”

To answer Bill Maher’s question regarding why liberals do not stand up to Islam and Sharia Law for their despicable treatment of women would mean they would have to admit that this is the real war on women. It is called the liberal double standard.

Boko Haram Claims Responsibility For Kidnapping More Than 200 Missing Nigerian Girls … Islamist Militant Terrorist Leader Says … “I Will Sell Them … Allah Says I Should Sell”

Abubakar Shekau,  man claiming to be the Boko Haram leader has claimed responsibility for the mass kidnapping of over 200 Nigerian girls. In a video tape the Muslim Islamist militant leader said, “I abducted your girls. I will sell them in the market, by Allah. There is a market for selling humans. Allah says I should sell.” Over 200 girls were abducted on April 14, 2014 when a school in north-east Nigeria was attacked by members of the Islamist group Boko Haram, whose name means “Western education is forbidden,” in Chibok.

And of course Islam is a religion of peace.

About 230 girls are still believed to be missing, prompting widespread criticism of the Nigerian government.

The Boko Haram insurgency has left thousands dead since 2009.

The girls were taken from their boarding school in Chibok, in the northern state of Borno, on the night of 14 April.

“I abducted your girls. I will sell them in the market, by Allah,” a man claiming to be Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau said in a video first obtained by Agence France-Presse.

“There is a market for selling humans. Allah says I should sell. He commands me to sell. I will sell women. I sell women,” he continued, according to a CNN translation from the local Hausa language.

Boko Haram is a terrorist group receiving training from al Qaeda affiliates, according to U.S. officials. Its name means “Western education is sin.” In his nearly hour long, rambling video, Shekau repeatedly called for Western education to end.

Democrats would tell you that the GOP is conducting a war on women. Sorry, but you trivialize the actual war on woman and their exploitation that is taking place in the world no different than Democrats fauz cries of racism just because someone may disagree with Obama’s policies. 3 American Doctors Killed in Kabul, Afghanistan Hospital Attack … Motive, How About Muslim Islamist Jihad?

Three Americans have been killed in an attack at a hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan.  According to accounts, an Afghan security official opened fire Thursday killing 3 American medical staff at the American-run Christian hospital, CURE, in Kabul. The terror attack also wounded several individuals people as doctors and nurses arrived at CURE at about 9 am local time. In a statement, the U.S. Embassy in Kabul said: “With great sadness we confirm that three Americans were killed in the attack on CURE Hospital. No other information will be released at this time.”  CURE is a non-profit organization that operates hospitals and programs in 29 countries, according to its website. The security guard was wounded but survived and was later in surgery in the same hospital where he killed the 3 doctors.  Talk about putting the hypocritical oath to the test.  The shooter has been arrested and is in custody.

The U.S. Embassy in Kabul says three Americans were killed Thursday in an attack at a hospital in the Afghan capital.

Afghan police say a security guard opened fire at western Kabul’s Cure Hospital, which is run by a U.S.-based charity group. At least one of the dead was a doctor.

Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said the security guard is now in police custody and an investigation is under way.

“This was an unfortunate incident this morning,” he told reporters. “The attacker was a police security guard there and he opens fire on foreign nationals who went there and unfortunately three of them have been killed. One is injured and the injured has been taken to the hospital. And the police has arrested the attacker as well so we will investigate to find out the motives behind this attack.”

MOTIVE, THE CAUSE OF THE ATTACK, are you kidding? It is called terrorism, jihad, Muslim Islamists!!! You know, all those words that we are not allowed to use in this ridiculous “PC” world. Is it really that difficult to find a cause and a motive when an American, Christian non-profit organization is attacked by a Muslim Islamist? Seriously folks, I think we can figure out the obvious. An Afghan security guard opened fire on a group of doctors at a Kabul, Afghanistan, hospital on Thursday, killing three male American doctors and leaving two other people wounded, officials said. A father and son were among the victims, ABC News has learned.

Oh the Irony … 29 Islamists Accidently Blow Themselves Up When They Prematurely Detonate A Car Bomb

Gotta Love It When This Happens …

Islamists were introduced to poetic justice and irony when 29 so-called rebels were killed when the car bombs they were loading into a vehicle prematurely exploded in the Syrian city of Homs. A guess these folks need to go back and re-read the chapter in the terrorists hand guide to bombs that deals with loading cars with explosives. But we will make it as Weasel Zippers did, the feel good story of the day.

At least 29 rebels died in a blast Sunday in the central Syrian city of Homs as they primed a car bomb for an attack, a monitoring group said.

In the capital, meanwhile, two people were killed when mortar fire struck the Damascus Opera House, state media reported.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group said at least 29 people were killed, most or all of them believed to be rebels, in the besieged Old City of Homs when a car bomb exploded.

“The death toll is likely to rise because there are dozens of people missing and body parts in the area of the blast,” the Britain-based group said.

State news agency SANA also reported the blast, saying a car had exploded while being loaded with explosives.
