Teresa Halbach, a freelance photographer for Auto Trader Magazine, had been to the Avery salvage yard five times prior to Oct 31, 2005. Avery Salvage Yard is a 40 acre+ field of crushed cars, parts and trailers housing several members of the Avery family, gravel pits and a quarry. Not going to lie, I would not choose to live next to the Avery brood for reasons I will discuss later, but then again, I am the person who drives past properties with the various appliance or dead vehicle cemeteries scattered about and ponder- I wonder where the dead body is?

Judicial Watch Says The State Department has been Providing “Inaccurate and Incomplete” Responses to Requests for Emails & other Documents involving Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
HOW IS HILLARY CLINTON RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT AND NOT BEHIND BARS?
Judicial Watch states that the State Department has been providing “inaccurate and incomplete” responses to requests for emails and other documents involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Imagine that? An Obama government agency not providing a watch dog group accurate and complete responses to material that a court says they they are entitled to protect We the People. What a joke government has become. It is no longer about “of by and for the people” but instead about power grabs, maintaining power and covering their asses. It is pathetic to think that an individual who has been caught red handed doing something illegal and is being investigated by the FBI is actually running for the presidential nomination of a major political party and leading. How could America possible allow an individual so corrupt to be President?
The State Department has been providing “inaccurate and incomplete” responses to requests for emails and other documents involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a watchdog says in a new report released Thursday.
The 29-page IG report says the leadership of the State Department “has not played a meaningful role in overseeing or reviewing the quality” of the responses to requests for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
As a result, requests from organizations such as The Associated Press, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and Judicial Watch have been mishandled in various ways, the IG said.
In one example, CREW asked for records in 2012 that would show the number of email accounts held by then-Secretary Clinton. While senior staffers at the department regularly corresponded with her on her private account and her chief of staff was made aware of the request, the State Department replied that there were “no records responsive” to the query.
The response to CREW came in May 2013 — three months after Clinton had left office.
At other times, the IG said, media organizations have put in nearly identical requests for documents, only to receive different sets of records in response.
In 2015, Clinton’s use of a private email server emerged as a flashpoint in the presidential race, with Republicans using it to attack her candidacy. A federal court judge ordered the State Department to release 55,000 pages of Clinton’s emails last May as a result of a lawsuit filed by Vice News.
“The Department had a preexisting process in place to handle the tens of thousands of requests it received annually, and that established process was followed by the Secretary and her staff throughout her tenure,” Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon told The Washington Post.
The IG said it has a separate report forthcoming on the “preservation requirements” that apply to former and current secretaries of State and the department’s “efforts to recover federal records from personal accounts.”

24 Year Old, Black Kean University Grad Kayla-Simone McKelvey Charged with Third-degree Creating a False Public Alarm After Posting Threats to Kill Black Males & Females
HMM, I GUESS AL SHARPTON AND JESSEE JACKSON WON’T BE VISITING NJ TO PROTEST HATE CRIMES … BLACK ON BLACK CRIME.
24 year old Kayla-Simone McKelvey, of Union, New Jersey, who recently graduated from Kean University in May 2015 finds her self in some hot water that she completely created, or should we say, made up. The black female Kean alum has been charged with third-degree creating a false public alarm after she tweeted threatening comments on Twitter stating, “i will kill every black male and female at kean university”.
Third-degree Creating a False Public Alarm? Sorry, she should be cgarged with a hate crime as her sole intent was to create friction and animosity among backs and whites. Now that is truly hateful.
A recent Kean graduate has been charged with being responsible for a series of tweets threatening black students at the school two weeks ago, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace H. Park announced Tuesday.
Kayla-Simone McKelvey, 24, of Union – a black alum who graduated in May – was charged by summons with third-degree creating a false public alarm.
Park said an investigation by the Union County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Prosecutions Unit and Kean University police found that McKelvey, a self-proclaimed activist, participated in a student rally regarding racial issues on Nov. 17, but left midway through the rally and walked to a computer station in a university library.
Once there, McKelvey allegedly created an anonymous Twitter account – @keanuagainstblk – and began posting threats of violence against black Kean students.
The first message around 10 p.m. said “kean university twitter against blacks is for everyone who hates blacks people” and a tweet about there being a bomb on the campus, and then continued with several other tweets about shooting black students at the university.
i will kill every black male and female at kean university
— kean university (@keanuagainstblk) November 18, 2015After making the posts, McKelvey returned to the rally and attempted to spread awareness of the threats, authorities said.

Black Man Steven Hildreth Jr. Praises Officers After He was Pulled Over Without Incident … “Police officers are people, too.”
IMAGINE THAT … THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MESSAGE REALLY ISN’T TRUE FROM THE MOUTH OF A BLACK MAN …
A black Arizona man, Steven Hildreth Jr. posted on Facebook an incident he has with police officers and praised then for their professionalism. The Tucson police pulled over the black man because he was driving with a headlight out. It also turned out that Hildreth was wearing a hoodie and was packing a Glock in his car. According to race baiters and the Black Lives Matter agenda folks, this black man should be dead, killed at the hands of racist cops. The story could not be more different. The police asked him if he had any weapons and Hildreth replied, “yes sir. I’m a concealed carry permit holder and my weapon is located on my right hip. My wallet is in my back-right pocket.” Read the entire story and his Facebook account. of what happens when you simply act with respect. The Facebook post has gone viral, for all the right reasons!
Here is the message from Steven Hildreth, “I’m a black man wearing a hoodie and strapped. According to certain social movements, I shouldn’t be alive right now because the police are allegedly out to kill minorities. Maybe … just maybe … that notion is bunk. Maybe if you treat police officers with respect, they will do the same to you.”
However, what is truly pathetic and sad are all the comments that proclaim Steven Hildreth Jr. to be an “uncle Tom” and “house ni**er” for simply behaving and acting with class and respect. This speaks volumes to those who posted the comments.
“The officer asks me how I’m doing, and then asks if I have any weapons. ‘Yes, sir. I’m a concealed carry permit holder and my weapon is located on my right hip. My wallet is in my back-right pocket,” Mr. Hildreth recalled in the post, which amassed more than 176,000 shares since Tuesday.
“The officer explains for his safety and mine, he needs to disarm me for the stop. I understand, and I unlock the vehicle,” he alleged. “I explain that I’m running a 7TS ALS holster but from the angle, the second officer can’t unholster it. Lead officer asks me to step out, and I do so slowly. Officer relieves me of my Glock and compliments the X300U I’m running on it. He also sees my military ID and I tell him I’m with the National Guard.”
“Lead officer points out my registration card is out of date but he knows my registration is up to date,” Mr. Hildreth wrote. “Officers return with my Glock in an evidence back, locked and cleared. ‘Because you were cool with us and didn’t give us grief, I’m just going to leave it at a verbal warning. Get that headlight fixed as soon as possible.’ I smile. ‘Thank you, sir.’”
“I’m a black man wearing a hoodie and strapped. According to certain social movements, I shouldn’t be alive right now because the police are allegedly out to kill minorities,” Mr. Hildreth argued. “Maybe … just maybe … that notion is bunk. Maybe if you treat police officers with respect, they will do the same to you.”
