Jeb Bush Says He Will Make a Decision of Presidential Run by End of Year and Illegal Immigrants Who Come to US in an “Act of Love” Deserve to Get Amnesty

To borrow Nancy Reagan’s anti-drug slogan of the 1980′s and apply it to Jeb Bush’s thoughts on running for president … “JUST SAY NO”!!!

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush says he will make a decision on a 2016 presidential run by the end of the year. Oh boy, I can’t wait. Let me just say that if the GOP wants to lose another election with a candidate along the lines of John McCain and Mitt Romney, then by all means have the elitist, establishment Republican party get behind Jeb. Let alone, we do not need another Bush as president. Just like we do not need another Clinton. It would appear that Instapundit and I agree! I think out of the 300 million people in the United States we can elect a president whose last name does not begin with Bush or Clinton.

Why do we not need a RINO like Jeb Bush as a GOP candidate? We need to look no further than his statement on Sunday that illegal immigrants who come to the United States as an “act out of love” for their families deserve to be treated differently than others who illegally cross U.S. borders or overstay visas. This is obviously code for, they deserve amnesty. I wonder if Jeb feels the same if an individual robs a bank, store or someone’s home out of love for their family or sells drugs is also the same?

A note to Jeb Bush … ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL!!! This is exactly the reason why so many have lost faith in establishment, limousine Republicans.

Former Florida governor Jeb Bush said Sunday that many who illegally come to the United States do so out of an “act of love” for their families and should be treated differently than people who illegally cross U.S. borders or overstay visas.

Asked about immigration, Bush started by saying that a bipartisan bill passed by the Senate last year made “a good effort” at proposing ways to ensure that people overstaying visas leave the country.

“A great country ought to know where those folks are and politely ask them to leave,” he said, adding later that properly targeting people who overstay visas “would restore people’s confidence” in the nation’s immigration system.

“There are means by which we can control our border better than we have. And there should be penalties for breaking the law,” he added. “But the way I look at this — and I’m going to say this, and it’ll be on tape and so be it. The way I look at this is someone who comes to our country because they couldn’t come legally, they come to our country because their families — the dad who loved their children — was worried that their children didn’t have food on the table. And they wanted to make sure their family was intact, and they crossed the border because they had no other means to work to be able to provide for their family. Yes, they broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love. It’s an act of commitment to your family. I honestly think that that is a different kind of crime that there should be a price paid, but it shouldn’t rile people up that people are actually coming to this country to provide for their families.”

So Jeb, why have any immigration policy if you think that the United States is just one big welfare state meant to help others in other countries, rather than its own citizens? Jeb Bush does realize that an immigration policy is meant to protect the survival of a country by allowing individuals with talent and skills to strengthen a country, not to let anyone one in who is going to be nothing more than a burden on society.

Just Criminal: Obama Administration Refuse to Enforce Immigrations Laws … ICE Released 68,000 Illegal Immigrants with Criminal Convictions

How is it that Obamacare is the law of the land, yet Barack Obama refuses to enforce current immigration laws?

UNREAL … This is how the Obama administration protects the citizens of the United States? You know Barack, the legal ones! As reported at The Hill, in 2013 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials released 68,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions back into the population. Instead of deporting these criminals, the Obama administration released 35% of the illegals with criminal records back into the general population. Barack Obama should be charged with a crime for this.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials last year released 68,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions, undercutting Democratic claims that President Obama has strictly enforced immigration laws.

An internal Department of Homeland Security document compiling statistics on arrests and deportations in 2013 showed that ICE agents encountered 193,357 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions but issued charging documents for only 125,478. More than 67,800 were released.

The data came from an end-of-year “Weekly Departures and Detention Report.”

The Center for Immigration Studies, a research group that favors stricter enforcement of immigration laws, estimates ICE agents released more than a third of illegal immigrants with criminal records they detained.

“ICE released 68,000 criminal aliens in 2013, or 35 percent of the criminal aliens encountered by officers.

As Breitbart further points out, this report comes out on the heels of a report from the office of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) last week which found that only .08 percent of the aliens deported in 2013 were not serial immigration law violators or convicted of serious crimes.

On Tuesday President Obama pandered to Hispanics in yet another attempt to shill Obamacare and dispel their fears that if they signed up for his signature piece of legislation, that their illegal relatives in the US would be deported. HEY, THERE IS AN IDEA. Obama said, “You know, you will qualify, you know, regardless of what your family’s status is. So, you know, people should not hold back just because they’re in a mixed-family status.” Um, what the hell is “mixed-family status”? YOU MEAN ILLEGALS!!! One again we are witness to a lawless president only supporting and enforcing the laws he likes. So is Obama saying that illegals can be signed up for Obamacare with no ramifications?

Remember when Obama said at the 2009 STOTU,  “the reforms I am proposing would not apply to those that are here illegally.”

President Obama on Tuesday sought to assure legal immigrants that they can sign up for ObamaCare without worrying that “the immigration people” will come for family members who are in the country illegally.

In an interview with Univision Deportes, a Spanish-language sports radio show, Obama said immigration officials won’t have access to the personal information that consumers provide when signing up for healthcare on the new exchanges.

“Well, the main thing for people to know is that any information you get, you know, asked with respect to buying insurance, does not have anything to do with … the rules governing immigration,” Obama said. “And you know, you can qualify if you’re a legal resident, if you are … legally present in the United States.

“You know, if you have a family where some people are citizens or legally here, and others are not documented, the immigration people will never get that information.”

My first question is, WHY NOT? Is our government not supposed to protect the US Constitution and our borders? Would it not be a natural action of law enforcement to take this information and find out who is in the country illegally? But it is only okay for the IRS to harass the Tea Party and not go after illegals. Remember, Obamacare, the IRS and the Treasury Department are incestuously tied.

So lets understand this, Obama tells Hispanics to enroll in the Affordable Care Act, promising that their private information will not be used by “the immigration people” to track down family members who are in the country illegally, but when it comes to law abiding legal Americans, the NSA tracks our every move, word, cell phone conversation, email, social media posting and tweet? Since Obamacare is tied directly to the IRS and the IRS to the Treasury Department, how is it that only Hispanics information is private, but legal Americans is not!!!

Hey what’s next … turning the other way on Muslim terrorists who want to sign up for Obamacare? What about an early release for prisoners so they can sign up for Obamacare? Heck, let’s just let anyone in Mexico to sign up, border, way border!
