Why “Establishment, RINO” Republicans need to go … Who knew lying was considered a talent to be proud of?

The Hill is reporting that Senator John McCain (AZ-R), says that we should not underestimate Barack Obama and to count a man out of that talent would be a mistake. Just curious Sen. McRino, exactly what talents are you actually referring to? Would it be Obama’s ability to not follow the Constitution, to pass executive orders rather than have the Congress pass laws, to have the talents to force such a disastrous law like Obamacare down the throats of Americans, his masterful skills of backing the Muslim Brotherhood in foreign policy that have the Middle East on fire or would it be his keen ability to put a record number of Americans on food stamps? Would it be Obama’s talent to divide a country, destroy the very foundation that America was built on or the record spending and $17 trillion debt and counting? Maybe it is Obama’s ability to have so many scandals going on in one presidency, that must be his talent. So McRino, which is it?

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) says people shouldn’t underestimate President Obama as he heads into his sixth year in the White House.

He discounted Obama’s low approval ratings and said a sitting president always has influence.

“We all wear thin with the American people after a while,” McCain told the Associated Press.

“To count a man of that talent out at this point in time in his administration would be a huge mistake,” he added.

So let’s understand this, we are witness to a sitting president who’s cornerstone for his election in 2008 and reelection in 2012 has been a lie that Obamacare is going to provide free healthcare to millions of uninsureds,  but it would also allow you to keep your healthcare if you liked it, would allow you to keep your doctors if you liked them and reduce healthcare costs. ALL LIES!!! Now we have a RINO like McCain coming out and defending Obama that he is some formidable individual, are you kidding me?  This is exactly what is wrong with the gutless establishment GOP. RINO’s think Obama is a “man of talent” rather than a bold face liar!

For the love of God and all things Holy, please, oh please have the GOP 2016 candidate not be a moderate, squishy candidate like McRino and Romney … PLEASE!!!

Country Singer’s New Restaurant in Virginia, ‘Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill’ Sparks Second Amendment Controversy … “No Guns Permitted”

 Second Amendment controversy erupts as  ’Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill’ does not permit guns in establishment. 

Once again we are presented with a situation that puts Americans on both side of the fence of the gun question. The country singer restaurant named after himself,  ‘Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill’ in Woodbridge, VA has plunged into said gun carry controversy.  The restaurant’s statement says, “It is our desire to provide a safe, enjoyable and entertaining experience for our patrons and staff.”  Obviously, that is not a true statement because those who have carry permits and want to frequent this bar and grill do not feel safe or entertained.  How does one provide a safe environment when only the bad guys would bring guns into the establishment, because as we all know, bad guys, thieves, robbers, thugs and punks don’t follow abide by the law or signs that say, “No guns permitted”.

A new restaurant that recently opened in Woodbridge is sparking a Second Amendment controversy, especially online.

The restaurant named for country music star Toby Keith has posted a “No guns permitted” sign on its front door and gun rights supporters are blasting the restrictions on the chain’s Facebook page. Some comments accuse Keith, who doesn’t own the restaurant, of being anti-gun.

Virginia is a right to carry state, which means residents can openly carry a firearm without a license.

The Facebook page of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill in Woodbridge posted on Saturday:

“While we understand and respect every person’s right to own and bear arms, we at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, with guidance from the State of Virginia and based on insurance regulations, have adopted a no weapons policy. It is our desire to provided a safe, enjoyable and entertaining experience for our patrons and staff.”

In the The United States, “We the People” have a US Constitution and a Second Amendment Right to bear Arms, shall not be infringed; however, private business owners also have a right to make certain guidelines for their places of business. Or do they? To read most of the comments from the anti-gun crowd show their ignorance and uninformed opinion of what is taking place. Virginia law specifically states that that an individual can carry a gun on to a premises that sells alcohol as long as the permit colder does not consume alcohol.  If they do, any person granted a concealed handgun permit who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while carrying such weapon in a public place shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Let’s see what happens when the bad guys bring guns into this establishment and rob the place knowing that it is a soft target and a gun free zone.

Some thing to think about … Isn’t it interesting that a business can discriminate against law abiding, gun carrying, Second Amendment, state law protected Americans and tell them to leave or not serve them, yet if that same establishment discriminated against the patron based on their skin color, religion or sexual orientation, they would be fined, closed down and possibly arrested for violating their civil rights?

Of course in the end, you have the right to protest this place of business with you wallet and go all “Duck Dynasty” on them. Eventually places of business will learn to understand who their customer really is and not be consistently fall in line with liberal, knee-jerk political correctness.

Check out the VIDEO below where a police officer is threatening a home owner with a ticket for washing his car in his own driveway. UNREAL. But before you blame the officer, you may want to first blame the moronic, PITA neighbor who called the police or the ignorant politicians who passed an ordinance that stated people could not wash cars in a public place. The cop was pretty straight forward that he was only the messenger. However, I will say this … the police officer got it wrong on the intent of the ordinance. You can hear the police man say that washing a vehicle is prohibited in a public place. Um, what part about private property is a public place? NOTHING!!! The ordinance did not say public view. But I would ask this … what moronic idiot politicians passed a law violating an Americans private property rights? This is what has happened to Our Country in that little by little our liberties have been taken away by a tyrannical federal, state and local government

“What is that? Doing any kind of work here or any kind of detailing, like washing the car — things like that you are not allowed to do,” the police officer said.

The officer said although the car wasn’t going to be washed in the street, which is illegal, washing it in the driveway would still be in the public’s view, Hall reported. No one received a ticket during the ordeal and The Garden City Police Department had no comment about the incident.

“Affluenza” …16 Year Old Ethan Couch Sentenced to 10 Years’ Probation by Judge Jean Boyd For DUI Vehicular Manslaughter of Hollie & Shelby Boyles, Breanna Mitchell and Brian Jennings

JUSTICE ??? No jail time for teen for the intoxication vehicular manslaughter of four individuals because of “affluenza,” are you frigging kidding me?

Ethan Couch was sentenced to 10 years’ probation by Judge Jean Boyd of the Fort Worth Juvenile Court for the vehicular manslaughter of Hollie and Shelby Boyles as the 16 year old was driving drunk with a blood alcohol content of over .20.  WTF!!! Too rich to be held responsible?  Huh, what kind of message does this send? Isn’t justice supposed to be blind with regards rich and poor?  Couch’s defense was because his family was so rich that they have no raised him to learn right from wrong. Um, what!!! What am I missing here? So this punk gets a lenient sentence because he is a rich, spoiled, white kid. Does anyone think that the poor black kid who has absentee parents who did not teach them right from wrong and robs a store and kills someone isn’t going to prison? What’s next, povertitis?  Honestly, I have never seen a case from start to finish that was so wrong in every sense.

Some one needs to explain how on Earth the following gets probation.:

• CRIME I: On June 15, 2013 Ethan Couch and some friends stole beer from a local Walmart store.
• CRIME II: Couch and his friends went to a party and drank the alcohol underage.
• CRIME III:  Three hours after the crash, tests showed he had a blood alcohol content of 0.24, three times the legal limit. [keep in mind there is no lega limit for a minor as they are not supposed to be drinking.]
• CRIME IV: Intoxication manslaughter of 4 individuals: Brian Jennings, 43, Breanna Mitchell, 24, Shelby Boyles, 21, and her 52-year-old mother Hollie Boyles.

To the families of the victims, Ethan Couch was a killer on the road, a drunken teenage driver who caused a crash that left four people dead.

To the defense, the youth is himself a victim — of “affluenza,” according to one psychologist — the product of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits for the boy.

To a judge, who sentenced Couch to 10 years’ probation but no jail time, he’s a defendant in need of treatment.

The decision disappointed prosecutors and stunned victims’ family members, who say they feel that Couch got off too easy. Prosecutors had asked for the maximum of 20 years behind bars.

“Let’s face it. … There needs to be some justice here,” Eric Boyles, who lost his wife and daughter, told CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360″ on Wednesday night.

What kind of a precedent is this going to set? You have basically told America that there are two sets of laws, one for the rich folks who raise irresponsible kids and can blame their lack of judgement on money and the rest of us. This judge should be ashamed and removed from the bench, if possible.

Mavericky RINO Senator John McCain Says Republicans Voting Against Budget Deal Lack ‘Intellectual Integrity’ … Um, President Ronald Reagan Would Disagree

So this is what the Republican party has become in 2013, and this sorry, mavericky RINO was nominated the GOP’s presidential candidate in 2008, ever wonder why you lost?

RINO John McCain (R-AZ) called out Republicans who would dare oppose a bad budget deal that does nothing to reduce the out of control spending and the +$17 trillion debt. McCain said that Republicans who vote against the budget deal lack “intellectual integrity”. Really sir, you may want to look up that definition as you are exactly what is wrong with the GOP and the lack of any integrity to stand for the American people, the catastrophic escalating debt and our hero soldiers. So this is about some gutless GOP Senators worried about a government shutdown, rather than the collapse of the USA with unsustainable spending?  A bunch of establishment RINO’s are more concerned on how a shut down will effect them, rather than being statesmen and doing the right thing for the American people? UNREAL … sadly we have become a government of, by and for the American People establishment government class.

Spending is increased; however, the budget comes at the expense of our heroes, injured veterans who have given of their body and mind to the defense of this nation to have their benefits reduced. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Civilian workers do not face the same benefit cuts, it is on the backs of our wounded warriors. You should all be ashamed of yourself. Senate Democrats actually block an amendment to restore veteran benefits by closing illegal immigrant welfare loophole and still these treasonous 12 Republican Senators voted for this rotten bill. So illegal immigrants were just treated better than the men and women who have givens arms, legs, mind body and soul to defend America. That my GOP turncoats would be the definition of a lack of “Intellectual Integrity”. Senate Republicans were unable to stop military pension cuts when Senate Democrats blocked a vote on an amendment to prevent the cuts by closing a welfare loophole for illegal immigrants Tuesday evening.

The two-year budget deal brokered by Senate Budget Committee Chairwoman Patty Murray and House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, would cut military pensions by $6 billion over ten years, leaving some Senate Republicans scrambling to stop the cuts.
