A VAST LEFT WING CONSPIRACY: Is Team Obama and Senior Obama Adviser Valerie Jarrett Behind the Leak of Hillary Clinton’s Email Scandal?

HEY HILLARY … IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A VAST LEFT WING CONSPIRACY.

The New York Post is reporting via Edward Klein, that the Barack Obama White House is secretly behind the recent leak to the NY Times regarding the Hillary Clinton email scandal and her use of a private server while she was Secretary of State. Klein is saying that senior Obama adviser  Valerie Jarrett is behind this, using individuals outside of the administration so that it could not be traced back to her or the White House. Hmm, sounds a bit like IRS-gate, doesn’t it, but I digress? Klein is also reporting that there are six separate probes into Hillary’s performance have been going on at the State Department, at the behest of Jarrett, that include investigations into Hillary’s conduct at Foggy Bottom, including the use of her expense account, the disbursement of funds, her contact with foreign leaders and her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation. It is not breaking news that there is no love-loss between the Clinton’s and Barack Obama. Both narcissists in their own right, looking to be the key power broker of the Democrat party. A source close to the White House told Klein, “Obama and Valerie Jarrett will go to any lengths to prevent Hillary from becoming president. They believe that Hillary, like her husband, is left of center, not a true-blue liberal.” According to this source, Jarrett has had secret meetings with possible Democrat 2016 presidential nominees Elizabeth Warren and Martin O’Malley, “promising O’Malley and Warren the full support of the White House if they will challenge Hillary for the presidential nomination.”

Obama to self, This woman actually thinks I am going to let her be president?

Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett leaked to the press details of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail address during her time as secretary of state, sources tell me.

But she did so through people outside the administration, so the story couldn’t be traced to her or the White House.

In addition, at Jarrett’s behest, the State Department was ordered to launch a series of investigations into Hillary’s conduct at Foggy Bottom, including the use of her expense account, the disbursement of funds, her contact with foreign leaders and her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation.

Six separate probes into Hillary’s performance have been going on at the State Department. I’m told that the e-mail scandal was timed to come out just as Hillary was on the verge of formally announcing that she was running for president — and that there’s more to come.

Members of Bill Clinton’s camp say the former president suspects the White House is the source of the leak and is furious.

What, Hillary did not realize she was #2 on the list, right below The Tea Party?

As Legal Insurrection opines, if Valerie Jarrett takes Billary down, she will have done the nation a favor, regardless of motive. It really does appear that the enemy of your enemy, is your friend. It would seem, if Klein’s sources are correct, that Barack Obama does not want Hillary Clinton anywhere near the White House in 2016 to potentially undo any of his far left transformations of America for political expedience. Could Obama or his brain, Valerie Jarrett, really be this all-consumed and petty? If so, it may not only sabotage Hillary’s 2016 run for the presidency but the Democrats as well and in the end truely be the undoing of all of Obama’s disastrous policies.

The Kelly File: Hillary Clinton Fails Miserably in Presser Handling Private Email Controversy … Judge Andrew Napolitano Discusses the Legality

WELL THAT WENT BADLY …

Last night on The Kelly Files, Megyn Kelly put the Hillary Clinton private email scandal front and center. In what was a contrived and controlled media even by Hillary Clinton at the UN, Hillary tried to defuse the bomb that is her use of private emails and a private server while she was Secretary of State; however, only made matters worse.  Hillary Clinton stated that she fully complied and followed every rule. Fox News Senior Judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said, “it was absolutely not true” that she followed that she followed State Department rules. If this is what Hillary Clinton is going to act like and conduct herself as a presidential candidate, she will fail.

OMG, check out the 4:00 minute mark of the VIDEO below and here Hillary Clinton sound exactly like her hubby, Slick Willy, in a 1990′s flashback. Hillary responded to a question about her private email scandal, “I did not email any, um, classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. Boy this sounds an awful like, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky, not a single time. (VIDEO)” We all know how that lie wound up.

If this is what those in the government class are going to do and act in a non-transparent way while working for “We the People” we might as well scrap this whole thing. This is why America does not trust politicians. This was an obvious end run around the use of a government web site in an attempt to conceal documents. How are we supposed to know that Hillary Clinton did not delete documents? Are we supposed to trust her, really? Of course Hillary stated in the past that GWB was shredding the Constitution with the use of private WH emails, but of course this is different.

Hillary Clinton Bombs in Email-Gate Presser … ‘Opted for Convenience’ … Will Not Allow Independent Commission to Examine All of the Emails or Server

IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT PRIVATE DELETED EMAIL IS …

Hillary Clinton underwhelms during presser on Email-gate. Her prepared statements spin was one thing. Her Q & A was a disaster. If she thought she was going to put out the fire created by this controversy, she might want to think again. During her press conference she admitted to deleting person emails. Really, who is to say they were person, Hillary? Why should we be surprised? This is what it was like during the 8 years of the Bill Clinton presidency, one set of rules for us and a second set for the Clinton’s. So Hillary not only uses a private email account, by a private server as well. All this while she told members of the State Department to use government email. Same old Clinton games.

“When I got to work as secretary of State, I opted for convenience to use my personal email account, which was allowed by the State Department, because I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two,” she said, referring to the use of one mobile phone to check her email. “Looking back, it would have been better if I’d simply used a second email account and carried a second phone, but at the time, this didn’t seem like an issue.”

Clinton spoke at a highly anticipated Tuesday press conference that clocked in at just under 21 minutes, after keynoting a Women’s Empowerment Principles event at the United Nations in New York. The room she spoke in resembled a mosh pit, with dozens of reporters, along with 20-some cameras, packed inside. The former secretary of State appeared undaunted by the barrage of questions throughout the press conference. She opened with comments about the Clinton Foundation’s work to advance women’s rights, a nod to her preceding speech and a thinly veiled suggestion to the press to focus on something other than her emails.

After reviewing which emails to send to State, Clinton said she deleted personal correspondence, which her office says totaled 31,830 messages—more than half of the total emails she sent or received during her time as secretary of State. “I chose not to keep my private, personal emails—emails about planning Chelsea’s wedding or my mother’s funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends, as well as yoga routines, family vacations—the other things you typically find in inboxes. No one wants their personal emails made public, and I think most people understand that and respect that privacy.”

The HUFFPO has 13 questions for Hillary Clinton.

UPDATE I: She acknowledges deleting thousands of personal emails in her first remarks on the controversy.

Yet in an act of defiance certain to stoke a new round of questioning, Clinton said she had no intention of turning over any of the approximately 30,000 emails she deemed “personal” for the sake of her family’s “privacy” — exchanges she said included planning for her daughter Chelsea’s wedding and her mother’s funeral, correspondence with her husband and her yoga schedule.

“Going through the emails, there were over 60,000 in total, sent and received. About half were work-related and went to the State Department, and about half were personal,” said Clinton. “I had no reason to save them, but that was my decision.

“For any government employee, it is that government employee’s responsibility to determine what is personal and what is work-related.”

When a reporter asked Clinton if she planned to allow an independent commission to examine all of the emails on her personal server, she responded with a flat — no way.

“The server contains personal communications from my husband and me,” Clinton said of the system, which was originally set up to handle Bill Clinton’s post-presidential correspondence. “And the server will remain private.”

Clinton Apologist Lanny Davis Is Owned by Chris Wallace on FNS Over Hillary’s Emails

This past weekend on Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace held Clinton apologist Lana Davis’ feet to the fire regarding Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Chris Wallace would not let Davis spin and continually interrupted Davis to maintain control of the interview as Davis made ridiculous comparisons and tried to defend a negative with a negative.   Chris Wallace began the interview asking the following question.

Now, we want to bring in former White House special counsel Lanny Davis, who handled legal troubles in the Clinton White House, including campaign finance, and impeachment. Lanny, you said repeatedly Friday, and this was your quote, “Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong.” I can understand saying she didn’t break the law. But do you really believe she did nothing wrong?

Fox News Sunday – Transcript.

WALLACE: No, let me go through if I may. A list of the various rules, regulations, laws, that she may have violated. Let’s put them up on the screen.

DAVIS: May have violated.

WALLACE: If I may finish, sir. The State Department’s foreign affairs manual said employees must use secure department approved computer systems. The agency that regulates the Federal Records Act, that’s a law, said e-mails must be, quote, “preserved in the appropriate agency.” The Obama White House said private e-mails must be preserved, and later, 2011 when she was still secretary of state, that all work should be conducted on government email. And you say Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong? DAVIS: So, you interrupted me when I said or about to say that the director of litigation for the very agency you just quoted, the National Archives Administration said she did nothing illegal or violated any of those rules you just quoted. Not one. And indeed, Colin Powell was subject to those rules because they began in 1995 — and the word you used, you said “may”, everything is “may” — is preserved and she did –

[...]

WALLACE: How about the Obama White House in 2011 saying that all work should be conducted on government e-mails?

DAVIS: In fact, the Obama White House has been unclear about what the policy is, because there are many –

Wallace continued to ask questions of Lanny Davis and why Hillary Clinton would be such a hypocrite in telling State Department staffers to use government email but for some reason she could not follow her own directive.

Hillary email FNS 2

Fox News Sunday transcript:

WALLACE: If Clinton did nothing wrong, why did she send out a memo, why did she send out a memo in 2011 to all State Department posts with this directive, avoid conducting official department business from your personal e-mail accounts. Why was it so important for every other member of the State Department, but it was a directive that she ignored?

DAVIS: I can explain that by saying that a secretary of state traveling to 111 countries might be needing to have one e-mail system versus people in the department who should use the official system. I wonder why you –

WALLACE: No, no, no. I don’t understand that. You’re saying it’s such a burden to have to use state.gov?

DAVIS: I didn’t say such a burden. You said such a burden. I said that it’s understandable –

WALLACE: Why?

Then Chris Wallace nailed Lanny Davis hook, line and sinker when he said, “If Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong, explain to me this comment from her in 2007.”

WALLACE: If Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong, explain to me this comment from her in 2007.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HILLARY CLINTON, FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE: Our Constitution is being shredded. We know about the secret wiretaps. We know about the secret military tribunals. The secret White House e-mail accounts. It is a stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism, run amok.
