Ex-Clinton volunteer Dan Grilo Condemned & Loses Job After Vile & Hateful Tweet at widow of fallen SEAL William “Ryan” Owens

THE VILE LEFT GETS WHATS COMING TO THEM HATE IS CONSUMING THEM

Dan Grilo, a former volunteer for both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, who appears to be so full of Trump hate that he cannot contain himself, attacked the widow of Navy Seal William “Ryan” Owens on Twitter saying, “Sorry, Owens’ wife, you’re not helping yourself or your husband’s memory by standing there and clapping like an idiot. Trump just used you.” Does the LEFT have no shame? Grillo’s reaction was following the moment from Trump’s Address to Congress where he honored the widow and the memory of her fallen husband, Navy Seal William “Ryan” Owens. What kind of a vile individual makes these types of comments to the widow of a Navy Seal killed why protecting the very liberties and freedoms that allow a LEFTY like this to make such a comment?

What rock did this individual crawl out from? After these hateful comments to such an amazing moment, he might want to crawl back there real fast.

A former Hillary Clinton volunteer drew swift condemnation — and lost his job — after mocking the widow of a fallen Navy SEAL who was honored by the president during his congressional address Tuesday night.

Dan Grilo, who said in his Twitter profile that he was a former volunteer for both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, made the remarks after Trump paid tribute to Carryn Owens. She is the widow of U.S. Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens, who was killed in a counterterrorism raid in Yemen last month.

“Our veterans have delivered for this nation—and now we must deliver for them,” Trump said, eliciting an extended standing ovation from the entire chamber for a visibly emotional Owens.

“Ryan died as he lived: a warrior, and a hero – battling against terrorism and securing our nation,” Trump said.

While widely regarded as the most powerful moment of the night, Grilo was not impressed. Responding to a tweet from L.A. Times reporter Matt Pearce, who noted that Owens was crying and overwhelmed, Grilo tweeted:

“Sorry, Owens’ wife, you’re not helping yourself or your husband’s memory by standing there and clapping like an idiot. Trump just used you.”

UPDATE I: Dan Grilo, the pathetic LEFTY who attacked Carryn Owens, the widow of U.S. Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens, on Twitter for being a special guest of President Trump  for his joint Address to Congress has been fired from his job.

In a statement, the company said that while the message was from his personal account, “his comments were inconsistent with the Company’s values.”

“Regardless of whether the comments in the tweet were intended to cause the hurt and anger that they ultimately generated, they were unacceptable to us, and the individual who issued the tweet is no longer affiliated with Liberty,” the statement said.

UPDATE II: Donald Trump, Jr. took a screenshot of the since deleted tweet and posted it on Twitter, writing, “Hatred from the other side. I would think this is beyond what a human is capable of saying to someone, but it’s not!”

WOW!!! Carryn Owens, Widow of Slain Navy SEAL William Ryan Owens Receives Standing Ovation During Trump’s Address to Congress (VIDEO)

THE MOST EMOTIONAL AND HEART TUGGING MOMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A PRESIDENT’S ADDRESS TO CONGRESS EVER!!!

This was the part of the speech that will forever be rememberedA Commander in Chief honoring the widow of a slain military hero. Tonight during President Donald Trump’s Address to Congress, President Trump paid homage to Carryn Owens, the widow of slain Navy SEAL, William Ryan Owens, who received a standing ovation from all in attendance on both sides of the aisle. Chief special warfare operator William “Ryan” Owens was killed in an intelligence-gathering raid in Yemen last month. President Trump said, “Ryan died as he lived, a warrior and a hero, battling against terrorism and securing our nation.” As all looked upon the wife of William Ryan Owens in tears, looking up to the Heavens and mouthing, I love you baby and thanks to the audience, all in attendance continued the standing ovation, well most except for the disrespectful Democrats, for several minutes. No Carryn Owens, it is we that need to thank you and heroes like your husband that protect our freedoms and liberties. After the applause stopped, Trump ad-libbed and said to Carryn Owens, “And Ryan is looking down right now, you know that, and he is very happy because I think he just broke a record” referring to the endless standing ovation his widow received. What a touching and moving moment as I have ever seen at such an event.

“I just spoke to our great General [James] Mattis — just now — who reconfirmed that, and I quote, ‘Ryan was a part of a highly successful raid that generated large amounts of vital intelligence that will lead to many more victories in the future against our enemy, Ryan’s legacy is etched into eternity.”

“For as the bible teaches us, there is no greater act of love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. Ryan laid down his life for his friends, for his country, and for our Freedom – we will never forget him.”

VIA The Politico:

President Donald Trump paid homage to the first military death of his nascent administration in his address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, creating a memorable, heartfelt moment of recognition for the slain Navy SEAL’s widow.

Carryn Owens received the longest applause of the night — totaling more than two minutes of sustained applause — after Trump acknowledged her presence and the heroic efforts of her late husband, chief special warfare operator William “Ryan” Owens, who was killed in an intelligence-gathering raid in Yemen last month.

“The challenges we face as a nation are great, but our people are even greater — and none are greater or braver than those who fight for America in uniform,” Trump said. “We are blessed to be joined tonight by Carryn Owens, the widow of U.S. Navy special operator senior chief William ‘Ryan’ Owens. Ryan died as he lived, a warrior and a hero, battling against terrorism and securing our nation.”

Vice President Mike Pence and House Speaker Paul Ryan, who were seated behind Trump, stood up to applaud as attendees of the president’s address showered Owens with the 30-second standing ovation.

American Hero John Glenn dies at 95 … Godspeed, John Glenn

JOHN GLENN, A TRUE AMERICAN HERO HAS PASSED AWAY

Astronaut, aviator, US Senator and American icon and hero, John Glenn has passed away at the age of 95. Glenn died at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by family including his wife Annie. What a remarkable life. As a Marine Corps pilot, Glenn broke the transcontinental flight speed record before being the first American to orbit the Earth in 1962. Then, 36 years later at age 77 in 1998, becoming the oldest man in space as a member of the seven-astronaut crew of the shuttle Discovery. In a time in which we all dreamed of growing up to be astronauts, John Glenn made that a possibility. He is a national treasure and will be missed. Farewell to an American hero … Godspeed, John Glenn.

John Glenn

His legend is otherworldly and now, at age 95, so is John Glenn.

An authentic hero and genuine American icon, Glenn died this afternoon surrounded by family at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus after a remarkably healthy life spent almost from the cradle with Annie, his beloved wife of 73 years, who survives.

He, along with fellow aviators Orville and Wilbur Wright and moon-walker Neil Armstrong, truly made Ohio first in flight.

“John Glenn is, and always will be, Ohio’s ultimate hometown hero, and his passing today is an occasion for all of us to grieve,” said Ohio Gov. John R. Kasich. “As we bow our heads and share our grief with his beloved wife, Annie, we must also turn to the skies, to salute his remarkable journeys and his long years of service to our state and nation.

The John Glenn Story

Sadly, with the passing of John Glenn, this means that all of the original 7 astronauts chosen to lead the fledgling US space program in 1959 are now dead. They were the last of a dying breed of space explorers who were larger than life. Maybe this will wake NASA up and they can get back to doing what NASA was intended to do.

Pearl Harbor Day 2016 … December 7th, 1941, 75 Years Later, A Date That Will Forever Live in Infamy

75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ATTACK ON PEARL HARBOR … GOD BLESS THOSE THAT WERE LOST

Pearl_Harbor2

We ask all to always remember and never forget … Today marks the 75th anniversary of the day the United States was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the Empire of Japan and America would never be the same. So many brave lives lost at the hands of such a cowardly act. It was a time of innocence lost; however, Americans would strike back against their foreign aggressors and save the world from tyranny. Today, as always, we remember those brave men and women that died that fateful day. So many lives affected by that single heinous act; however, as history would record, Japan awoke a sleeping giant. That reprehensible, treacherous act unified a country and in fact awoke a sleeping giant that provided the resolve to win a war against the evil Axis. We remember those still living, sadly there are so few today.

God Bless the heroism of Our Greatest Generation!

Franklin D. Roosevelt Pearl Harbor Speech: (VIDEO) -

Yesterday, Dec. 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy – the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.

The United States was at peace with that nation and, at the solicitation of Japan, was still in conversation with the government and its emperor looking toward the maintenance of peace in the Pacific.

Pearl Harbor-newspaper

Indeed, one hour after Japanese air squadrons had commenced bombing in Oahu, the Japanese ambassador to the United States and his colleagues delivered to the Secretary of State a formal reply to a recent American message. While this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing diplomatic negotiations, it contained no threat or hint of war or armed attack.

It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago. During the intervening time, the Japanese government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.

The attack yesterday on the Hawaiian islands has caused severe damage to American naval and military forces. Very many American lives have been lost. In addition, American ships have been reported torpedoed on the high seas between San Francisco and Honolulu.
