It appears that Sebelius has learned from the master Barack Obama in blaming everyone else for everything …

UNREAL, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is blaming Republicans for the lack of testing and the Obamacare website Healthcare.gov rollout failures. These people will take blame for nothing, including their own incompetence. It is just remarkable that these individuals in the federal government will not take responsibility for what they were the project managers and CEO over. When the contractors were questioned by the House this last week in committee hearings, many of them pointed blame back at the government.  Obama, Sebelius and the cronies that they gave the “no bid” contract to had three years to develop and implement the website. If Sebelius wants to blame anyone for the fact that she had a hard deadline of October 1 to go live, she has no one to blame but President Barack Obama. He delayed certain parts of Obama like the employee mandate, he well could have delayed the implementation date as well.

In an ideal world there would have been a lot more testing. We did not have the luxury of that with a law that said it’s go time on October 1st and frankly a political atmosphere where the majority party at least in the House was determined to stop this any way they possibly could including shutting down the United States government. So it was not an ideal atmosphere.

Hmm,  everybody was wondering how a Canadian based company, CGI Federal, and not a US based one received the no-bid contract to build the $678 million Obamacare website,Hhealthcare.gov. So how did CGI, the company behind ObamaCare site, with such a checkered past of failure and not meeting project goal expectations get this contract? As The Daily Caller reports, maybe CGI got the “no bid” contract because Michelle Obama’s Princeton classmate, Toni Townes-Whitley, is a top executive at the company that earned the contract to build the failed Obamacare website. Also, George Schindler, the president of the Canadian-based CGI Group, CGI Federal’s parent company, became an Obama 2012 campaign donor after his company gained the Obamacare website contract. Yup. no quid pro quo or cronyism here, EH?

First Lady Michelle Obama’s Princeton classmate is a top executive at the company that earned the contract to build the failed Obamacare website.

Toni Townes-Whitley, Princeton class of ’85, is senior vice president at CGI Federal, which earned the no-bid contract to build the $678 million Obamacare enrollment website at Healthcare.gov. CGI Federal is the U.S. arm of a Canadian company.

Townes-Whitley and her Princeton classmate Michelle Obama are both members of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.

Toni Townes ’85 is a onetime policy analyst with the General Accounting Office and previously served in the Peace Corps in Gabon, West Africa. Her decision to return to work, as an African-American woman, after six years of raising kids was applauded by a Princeton alumni publication in 1998

George Schindler, the president for U.S. and Canada of the Canadian-based CGI Group, CGI Federal’s parent company, became an Obama 2012 campaign donor after his company gained the Obamacare website contract.

Conservatives for Palin might have stated it best, “I know what you’re thinking.  But c’mon, I’m sure the no-bid contract was just a coincidence. No cronyism there. After all, CGI did such a competent job constructing Healthcare.gov with the taxpayer’s $678 million that there was clearly no reason to have anyone else bid on the contract.  Oh wait…”. Amen brother!

This week HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius spoke in Arizona after a stop at an Onamacare call center stating that she will not step down as a result of the disastrous rollout of the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov. Sebelius said that “the majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don’t work …”. Really, and I thought she worked for “We the People” of the United States of America? The Obama administration appears to have forgot that concept. Sebelius best watch out, the sound she is haring is Barack Obama firing up the bus.

“No one has been fired… Well, the majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don’t work for and did not want the program to work in the first place. I have had frequent conversations with the president and I have committed to him that my role is the get the program up and running.”

Three dozen lawmakers demand Kathleen Sebelius resign over ObamaCare fiasco.

Nearly three dozen legislators have called for the resignation of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, whom they say should be held responsible for the disastrous implementation of ObamaCare.

After a rocky introduction of the controversial Affordable Care Act – which included a widespread failure of the health care exchange website, the cancellation of thousands of private health insurance plans, and complaints from thousands more Americans who saw their premiums and deductibles skyrocket — Rep. John Fleming, R-LA, sent a letter to the White House Wednesday co-signed by more than 30 of his colleagues asking Sebelius to step down.

During yesterday’s House hearings on the disastrous rollout of the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov, Republican and Democrat lawmakers grilled four of the contractors that worked on the site. However, during the questioning, an alarming and eye opening admission was made by one of the contractors. Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) asked Andrew M. Slavitt, an executive with Optum/Quality Software Services  (QSSI), if he tried to get on the Obamacare site himself. Slavitt replied, “I logged onto to create an account, but I just never received a confirmation email. It didn’t work.”.

Yup, who actually thinks the federal government can run the US healthcare system and 1/6 of the US economy?

Yes, I did,” Slavitt replied.

“Did it work?” Murphy asked.

“Well, I logged on to create an account, was able to do so,” Slavitt replied. “I just never received a confirmation email.”

“So it didn’t work?” Murphy pressed.

“It didn’t work,” Slavitt answered.

Its ever man for themselves as the finger pointing begins as who is to blame for the Obamacare website rollout disaster. ObamaCare Website Contractors, CGI Federal and QSSI, are firing back at the Obama administration and saying they are to blame for the Healthcare.gov website debacle. The blame game has begun; however, in the end the buck stops with Barack Obama and his signature piece of legislation. HHS secretary Sebelius was in essence the project lead and was responsible for the contractors work was up to snuff. Obama is in charge of Sebelius. So no matter how anyone wants to deflect blame from Obama, this is on him.

Principal contractors hired to build the ObamaCare website HealthCare.gov are hitting back at the Obama administration for the site’s overwhelming technical problems.

Executives from CGI Federal and QSSI—the site’s main contractors—are among four companies testifying before the House Energy and Commerce Committee Thursday on the glitches.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) “serves the important role of systems integrator or `quarterback’ on this project and is the ultimate responsible party for the end-to-end performance,” CGI’s Senior Vice President Cheryl Campbell said in prepared testimony, according to the Associated Press.

“No amount of testing within reasonable time limits can adequately replicate a live environment of this nature,” she added.

Campbell also said, according to The New York Times, that all of CGI Federal’s work was done “under the direction and supervision” of the Centers for Medicare ad Medicaid Services.

The report notes she blames “another contractor” for customers’ problems creating secure password-protected accounts, but didn’t identify the group.  The Times said government records show QSSI had that responsibility.

Andy Slavitt, who represents QSSI’s parent company, said he also blamed the administration for the late decision to require consumers to create accounts before they could actually browse health plans. That change, he said, contributed to the overload.
