Republican Weekly Address: We Will Repeal Obama’s So-Called Healthcare Law Better known as a Massive ObamaTax (VIDEO)

The Republican Weekly Address by U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyoming) discussed the new Obama health care tax that was upheld this past week by the US Supreme Court as a tax. Barrasso called for the repeal of  the ObamaTax and the misrepresentation, lies and “broken promises” of President Obama and hid Obamatax.

All this to pass Obamatax, backroom deals, Corn Husker kickbacks, misrepresenting that Obamacare was not a tax, a 2010 Democrat shellacking and now raising taxes on Americans making less than $250,000.

Highlights from Barasso’s commentary:

“The President and his allies in Congress are going to try to convince the public that the Supreme Court just gave the health care law a seal of approval.

“The fact is that this is the same failed policy that won’t lower the cost of health care in America.

“On Thursday, I was in the courtroom as the Supreme Court ruled that the President’s health care law is what the President claimed it was not: a new tax.

“President Obama has repeatedly promised, and I quote, ‘if you’re a family making less than $250,000 a year, my plan,’ he said, ‘won’t raise your taxes one penny.’ (VIDEO)

“Now, all of America knows the truth.”

“The President’s health care law hires more IRS agents to investigate you and to make sure you buy insurance—but it fails to deal with the shortage of nurses and doctors to actually take care of you.

“The President’s health care tax is only one of his many broken promises related to this law.

“He promised lower health care costs, but they keep going up.

“He promised lower insurance premiums, but they’ve increased $2,400 a family over the past three years.

“He promised the law would create jobs, but the Congressional Budget Office projects that 800,000 fewer people will have jobs because of this law.

Now that the Supreme Court has acted, the American people cannot afford for Congress to wait any longer.

“It is time for Washington to repeal the President’s health care law and replace it with real health care reform. [...]

As GOP presumptive Presidential candidate Mitt Romney stated, the only way to rid ourselves of Obamacare is to rid ourselves of Barack Obama in 2012.

Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage. We stated the other day it was doctor fraud …

The University of Wisconsin Health System is going to investigate the doctors who were handing out fake and fraudulent physician notes to protesters. In a statement, UW Health said the would investigate those who participated in behavior that constituted violations of medical ethics or University of Wisconsin and UW Health policies and work rules.

These UW Health physicians were acting on their own and without the knowledge or approval of UW Health. These charges are very serious and in response, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, the UW Health entities that employ the physicians, have immediately launched an investigation of the reported behavior.

The investigation will identify which UW Health physicians were involved and whether their behavior constituted violations of medical ethics or University of Wisconsin and UW Health policies and work rules. The investigation and any potential future action will follow the established procedures of the University of Wisconsin. Any future disciplinary action taken will be considered a personnel matter and will be treated with the confidentiality required by University of Wisconsin policies.

More from the bogus doctors notes being handed out in Wisconsin. Andrew Breitbart asks, what if I am perfectly ok, am I going to get in trouble. The response, no, you have walkers pneumonia. Just curious, if everything these folks were doing was do legit, why did they want people to stop filming?

In checking the ICD-9 diagnosis codes, it would appear that “walker’s pneumonia” is not referenced. Or would it be pneumonia caused by an organism unspecified, like fraud.

Isn’t this Healthcare Fraud! … Fake Doctors Notes for Wisconsin Union Protesters

Talk about hypocrisy, or as we like to call it insurance health care fraud. Fake doctors notes are being handed out to union protesters in Wisconsin for their unexcused absences from work. That work in many cases would be actually showing up to school and teaching our children. Its nit just hypocrisy as Hot Air explains … isn’t it against school policy for kids to do an en mass sick out and going to the beach, mall or wherever? Would the educational system allow a blanket “sick note” that was nothing more than a copy, paste and sign here?

Who knew that union workers would be reduced to a Welcome Back Kotter skit of Juan Epstein providing a sick note excuse, signed, Epstein’s mothers doctor?

Just curious, if a union worker hands in a phony, false and fraudulent dr’s note as a reason why they had an unexcused absence when they were instead rallying in Madison, WI … is that a breach of their ethics employment policy? Or do union contracts have no ethics? Is this what the medical profession has come to … Welcome to Obamacare where doctors who shill for union workers are acceptable, and those trying to do the right thing are shamed. So are these doctors writing fake note fullfilling the Hippocratic Oath?

On Saturday, a group of men and women in lab coats purporting to be doctors were handing out medical excuse notes, without examining the ‘patients.’

“I asked this doctor what he was doing and he told me they were handing out excuses to people who were feeling sick due to emotional, mental or financial distress,” said Christian Hartsock. “They never performed an exam–he asked me how I was feeling today and I said I’m from California and I’m not used to the cold, so he handed me a note.”

Another woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said they were handing out excuses like they were leaflets.

Where is Obama’s outrage at the fraud being committed by these doctors in handing out knowing false, misdiagnoses, blanket diagnoses and fraudulent physician notes for people that are in no way sick, they want. In the above video Barack Obama Obama made a blanket statement that doctors did not necessarily do What’s best for the patients care.

So is signing fraudulent doctors notes best for the patient and the system? What is the difference between a doctor fraudulently misdiagnosing a patient to rip some one’s tonsils out for $’s as Obama asserts, or a doctor writing a phony note so that protesting teachers so that they can bilk the taxpayer out of a days pay and express themselves all at the same time. However, Michelle Malkin.com make a great point, wasn’t it Barack Obama and the WH that used fake dr’s notes to pass Obamacare.

UPDATE I:Ever wonder why union support is at an all-time low? Private workers and citizens, especially those with children not going to school, see union benefits that they must pay and say why? In order to support unions, you must be in favor of state politicians running away from their sworn oath of office as they are AWOL and being paid for doing their job by tax payers while not doing their job. You must be for an illegal teachers strike as schools are closed down. You must be for doctor fraud in physicians signing fake notes for unexcused teacher absences.  You must be for supporting union benefits that are bankrupting states, while you make personal cutbacks.
