Florida Governor Rick Scott Signs “Caylee’s Law” … Missing Children Legislation Inspired by the Death of Caylee Anthony & Casey Anthony’s Lying to Police Makes It a Third Degree Felony
Florida Governor Rick Scott signs Caylee’s Law. The legislation was inspired by the death of two year old Caylee Anthony and the outrage following the acquittal of Casey Anthony. The newly signed missing children’s legislation will increases the maximum penalty. Caylee’s Law makes it a third-degree felony and increase the penalty from a year to five years in prison to give false information to a law enforcement officer in the event of missing child.
The law increases the maximum penalty from a year in jail to five years in prison for knowingly making a false statement to police about a missing child.
Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony, was acquitted last year of murdering her daughter but convicted on four counts of lying to investigators.
Caylee wasn’t reported missing until 31 days after she vanished in 2008 in Orlando.
Following the absurd decision by the jury in the death of Caylee Anthony, Florida looked to make it a felony offense for an individual not to report a child missing. Sadly, it is too bad this law was not made retroactive for Casey Anthony. Had this law been effective when Casey Anthony did what she claims to have done during her murder trial, Casey could have gotten up to 20 years in prison rather than the slap on the hand.

President Barack Obama Underwater in Wisconsin, Only 44% Approval Rating, 51% Disapproval
WISCONSIN, A SWING STATE?
My what a difference a couple of years makes and the failed and unpopular policies of Barack Obama. In 2008 Obama won Wisconsin by a 56% to 43% margin. Flash-forward to 2011 and a PPP poll that shows that Obama has only a 44% approval rating, while 51% disapprove of the job he is doing as President. Democrats have won Wisconsin in the last six Presidential elections; however, that all may come to an end in 2012. Obama and Democrats are worried that the need to carry swing states like Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania in order to win reelections; however, Obama’s job approval is so poor that even once considered solid blue Democrat states like Wisconsin are now in play.
Will Obama sport a cheese head to win over WI?
Obama continues to be unpopular in Wisconsin with only 44% of voters approving of him to 51% who disapprove. It’s yet another competitive state at the Presidential level where his standing with independents is abysmal- he’s at 36/57 with them. In mid-May, shortly after the killing of Osama bin Laden, Obama stood at 52/44 in the state. But he’s dropped 15 points on the margin over the subsequent five months.
As Jammie Wearing Fool reminds us, Republican Governor Scott Walker has a higher approval rating presently than Barack Obama in Wisconsin. So much for the LEFT’s and unions efforts to recall him. It is the underlying current across the country, the 2012 election will come as a surprise to many. There will be many “blue” states that are in play in 2012 that have always been considered true blue.

TIME Magazines New Obama Civility … “DEAD MAN WALKER”
UNBELIEVABLE, THEIR HYPOCRISY KNOWS NO BOUND …
Take a look at one of Time magazine latest articles regarding the battle in Wisconsin between Republican Gov. Walker and the unions, ‘Wisconsin’s Governor Wins But Is He Still Dead Man Walker’? Because this is completely appropriate.
Um, “Dead Man Walker”, a play on dead man walking. Exactly how does this play with President Obama’s call for civility following the shooting in Tuscon, AZ? Can any one imagine the out cry and calls for heads to roll if the conservative media made such a comment? Libs had complained about bulls-eyes and targets, yet “DEAD MAN WALKER” is perfectly ok. Yup, no double standard or hypocrisy here.
The state capitol of Wisconsin had taken on an eerie quiet on Friday. Gone were the throngs of protesters who occupied its marble floors like a campground in summer. The midnight honking of cars circling the white building had ceased. The chalk “dead man” outlines etched with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s name on the sidewalks remained in dismembered parts, incompletely washed away by clean-up hoses.
Who thinks this is appropriate?

Wisconsin Unions and Democrats Lose as Senate Voted Wednesday Night to End Nearly all Collective Bargaining Rights from Public Workers
It has finally happened … the Wisconsin Senate passed the Union bill that strips nearly all collective bargaining rights for public workers, without the presence of the Democrat “Fleebaggers. As reported by the AP, the union bill passed 18-1.
The bill had been stymied after all 14 Senate Democrats fled to Illinois three weeks ago, preventing the chamber from having enough members present to pass it. Walker introduced it to plug a $137 million budget shortfall.
The Senate requires a quorum of 20 to take up any measures that spend money. But a special committee of lawmakers from the Senate and Assembly voted late Wednesday afternoon to take all the spending measures out of the legislation and the Senate approved it minutes later, 18-1.
It’s Finally over as the fleebagger are left out in the cold, or Illinois.

The reaction from Unions … from J-S Online, AFL-CIO says GOP used ‘nuclear option’. However, it is king of hard for those on the LEFT to cry fowl, when 14 Democrat “fleebaggers”ran away from their jobs as Wisconsin Senators and hid out in Illinois. “Rigged the vote”? Who was it that tried to circumvent the democrat process by hiding.
Said Neuenfeldt: “Republicans have exercised the nuclear option to ram through their bill attacking Wisconsin’s working families in the dark of night. (Gov.) Walker and the Republicans acted in violation of state open meetings laws, and tonight’s events have demonstrated they will do or say anything to pass their extreme agenda that attacks Wisconsin’s working families.”

Clean Up Day in Wisconsin: Tea Party Members Plan “It’s Time to Take Out the Trash Day” at Wisconsin Capitol
Tea Party to the rescue to help clean up the mess left by union protesters.
It was reported the other day that it may cost up to $7.5 million in order to clean up the mess and restore the damage done at the Wisconsin Capitol building caused by the disrespectful union protesters. However, Wisconsin Tea Party members are planning a “It’s Time to Take out the Trash Day”at the Wisconsin State Capitol to clean up the mess left by the teachers unions and other protesting union members during their sleepover.
One has to wonder why these protesters were not fines or arrested for defacing public property and graffiti. Since when is it ok and legal to deface property? Why should all Wisconsin tax payers have to pay for damage done by unions? Send them the bill, you know who they are. The union protesters turned the Wisconsin capitol building into their own person pig sty, see pics HERE.
Its Time To Take Out the Trash Facebook.
As stated at Sistertoldja, it speaks volumes of the character of the Tea Party folks, who would go and help clean up the mess left by inconsiderate union protesters. If one ever wondered what separates the Tea Party from the LEFT and unions, look no further. But of course, where is the MSM reporting that the Tea Party is picking up the trash of the unions? I thought the LEFT was supposed to be so “GREEN”.
It’s not about partisanship or protests, but pride.
It is time to take out the trash… literally. In true Flash Mob fashion, on Sunday at exactly 1300 hours (1:00 pm for you non-military types) we will do an extensive police call (pick up the trash) around the capitol square. Regardless of the state the grounds are in, we will do this as both a literal and symbolic way to show our respect for our home.
TEA Partiers know how this is done. It is time to show OUR pride for OUR state OUR way and be the example.
TEA PARTY TO THE RESCUE …
